サブヒロインとして登場でしていた、「野村美希」「水織静久」が攻略対象ヒロインに昇格し「加藤うみ」ルートが追加。
新ヒロイン「神山識」の参入により、物語はさらなる深みと感動を呼びます。

少年時代の思い出というのは、どれも大切で、大事にしまっておきたいもの。
ポケットというのは、そんな思い出をしまう小さな宝箱のような物でした。

海に囲まれ多くの自然が残る島には、懐かしさが満ちあふれています。

Summer Pocketsはそんな「夏休み」の物語です。
本アプリは、共通ルート（作内時間７月２９日～８月７日）を無料でプレイできます。
それ以降の各ヒロインルートへ進む場合は、課金を必要とします。
なお、ヒロインの１人「鳴瀬しろは」のルートが無料で最後まで遊ぶことが出来ます。

＜あらすじ＞
主人公である「鷹原羽依里」は、亡くなった祖母の遺品整理のために夏休みを利用して1人で鳥白島にやってきた。
一日数本しかない連絡船を下りたとき、一人の少女と出会う。
彼女は潮風に髪を遊ばせながら、遠くを…海とも空とも言えない境界線をただ眺めていた。
気がつけば少女はどこかへ行ってしまい、羽依里は狐に摘まれた気分になりながら、祖母宅へ向かう。
そこではすでに親戚の叔母がいて、遺品整理を行っていた。
羽依里は、祖母の思い出の品の片付けを手伝いながら、初めて触れる「島の生活」に戸惑いつつも、順応していく。
都会暮らしでは知ることの無かった自然とのふれ合い。
忘れていた懐かしい何かを、思い出させてくれるような、そんな生活だった。
気づけば彼は、この夏休みが終わらなければいいのにと、そう思った。

We did enjoy this but we wish this would come to America… We know they introduced this in English on their twitter, which gave us hope, but there was no news of a English release.
