In the beginning we LOVED this game. The size of the cards, colors, all of it. But we quickly discovered they dont offer enough free credits to let us play for long. Theres too much competition to spend actual cash to play. Couple games here and there and Im moving on.
Played for years, for months now, no gifts. Sent 7 emails to support- no luck. When credits are gone, Im deleting.
We have been enjoying this game for years But Im disappointed that when we completed Jolly Roger and Aztec we didnt get the 35 points added to our daily amount . WHY??????? Ill give 5 stars when you correct this. Dont advertise the bonus when you complete 12 out of 12 if you dont HONOR it. Please fix it.
Whats going on ???? We went to collect our daily credits and its showing a shortage of over 100+ credits. All our levels of achievements have zeroed out!!! CANT YOU AT LEAST LET PEOPLE KNOW IF YOUR DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE OR WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.
As usual, like all other game apps, youre only given enough free credits to play for a very short time, number of games, then you have to, you guessed it, PAY TO KEEP PLAYING. Stupid.
Good. Of greatness amendment and the truth is not going even on your mind and you have to come see the truth.
This is always been our favorite bingo game, however, lately it doesnt load properly. You will load up to 28% and then stop. Im very disappointed in it. Normally we would give it a five star rating but Im dropping it down to three because of loading problems.
We wouldve given it 5 stars until the recent update wiped all our tickets,coins, boosts and XP and put us back to level 1. After we wrote to the developer, they awarded us 10 tickets. We wasted a lot of time watching those commercials, earning 1 ticket at a time, and 1 boost at a time. Not worth it.
BB crashes on our iPad (the only app that does) and getting free chips on both email and fbmessenger will no longer work. Emailed BB about this but no response yet.

Love this game! Just wish that we would win more often. Also, daily credits need to be higher as you get higher up in the levels. Unless we pay an absurd amount of money, we only get 1, maybe two games a day. We play four cards at a time.
We love this game so much but the one thing that made us stop playing is that you took away the special games such as the mining and the Easter egg one. Im kinda mad about it. Is there anyway you could bring those back?? Id appreciate if you did that because we would all look forward for that and you will get 5 stars from us ;) Thank you ;).

We used to enjoy this game but not anymore. Once we reached Pocahontas and we need to get 72 puzzle pieces it is near impossible to win.we have played probably 50 games and have only3 pieces. Impossible to win. Not enjoyable anymore. We completed Jolly Roger winning our last piece and everything froze. Never received our 35 credits. You can see its completed but dont know how to collect.
Was totally enjoying the game until we discovered we would have to give them money to purchase Powerups, NOT! Deleted.
Lately the cook down future is out of wack. Every time we start a new game. Instead of going up to use a power up. It cools down and stays there. There is definitely a bug. We havent been able to use our power ups for awhile now. Its frustrating.
… Dont update. The last update sped up the power ups….which made the games way too fast and unenjoyable…. No longer relaxing. And now they just removed the ability to give/receive gifts. Played this for years and now Im off in search of a new bingo site. Sad.
Love the games but keep making pay to stay playing so the wont let us in so we guess we need to go tell ppl about this.

There are not a lot of opportunities to obtain chips, money to buy power ups, or power ups themselves. We usually have to wait several days to get to play so we can save up enough bingo chips and then never get ahead far enough to even get any power ups. They do have videos to watch to get power ups, but its only enough for a round. Unless you want to spend your own money to play, which we dont, then Id suggest finding another bingo game. Not really impressed.
Ive been playing this game for a while, Im up to level 131. The game rips you off by cheating you out of your last bingo. All of the other bingo games we play give you a minute at the end to collect your last bingo. Not this game, you get a dialog box that says, Oops, someone pressed the button too soon, most times we dont even touch it and it comes up! This game has gotten too big and too bloated to be any fun. Im only sticking around to finish up all our collections, and then Im deleting it.
We rated one and would have gave no stars because it doesnt give you chances to earn power ups in different ways.
We love the game but Im on SS and work and cant pay for the tickets and since we cant afford to so we save them till we cant afor.

We will try to make a long story short. We just started playing Bingo and only play one card because we are partially paralyzed. We have been playing this game for several months and finally completed the Tropical Island card. We were blocked many times but was able to go into our lobby and click to get the coins we had earned to continue instead of buying coins which is what they were constantly pushing for! We should not have to pay to pay to play a game that we already paid for! We moved on to a new card and was only allowed to play two games before they blocked us! We went to our lobby just like we had before, but this time we were not able to play again for nineteen hours! We got on after waiting and was then only able to play we think five games before we were blocked again for an additional nineteen hours! We called Amazon after the first block and the Supervisor told us to email them for help because they had no right to block us or to try to charge customers to pay to play a game that they have already paid for! She read all of the other reviews while on with us! Now they are considering removing the game from Amazon completely! We are supposed to contact their department back as soon as we hear back from them, but unfortunately we have had no response to our email in four days! We sure hope that they do something so that the game will not be removed.
We really dont like playing with Avitars…..Please consider returning to true Profile Pictures of your players. Those that desire to be anonymous should utilize the avatar option, but should NOT be mandatory. We like the personal feel of seeing the REAL folks we are playing beside. Also, please add collection pieces to more than ONE card….it takes FOREVER to complete a room….just gets tiresome.

By far the worst bingo game Ive ever downloaded. Rarely do you get a bingo, we wards are very limited. A waste of money.
Needs to be a -5 rating! This game would be good other than our game keeps locking up in the middle of a round and we ended up losing all of our credits that we started with. By the time it would unfreeze, either there was no possible way to catch up and/or the round was over. We even rebooted our internet and reconnected to our WiFi to make sure it wasnt an issue on our end. In typing a message to support, the internet connection problem message popped up 3 times. If they would fix that issue, this game would be pretty cool.
We would play more often if we knew we were getting more bonus points.
We totally enjoy this game graphics are beautiful, game moves at a brisk pace, daily rewards & 3hr bonuses are AWESOME but: chances of getting a collection piece are so slim, that playing becomes so frustrating, we usually quit after only a few rounds! Our suggestion is to offer a collection piece at least every round instead of only every second or third round. Thanks for listening! ADDENDUM: Hey folks – you totally got our hopes up after we commented last week. When we played that evening, icons were up 2 rounds out of 3, & we finished our room fairly quickly! Sadly, that did not happen again, & its back to total frustration when we play.

Update: Waited a week to be able to chat, played 1 game & was instantly banned from chatting as soon as we used the supplied Bingo emoji & was banned again. Pay no attention to the developers response below. They do not respond to the inquiries. Dont bother with this game. Its aggravating & rarely anyone plays. Youll be banned for 72 hours (more like 4-7 days) if you chat or have a screen name they disagree with. You end up having to buy chips, coins & boosters to play. Customer Support is non-existent & does not reply to emails. You cant add friends to the game to send/collect gifts from. There are no tournaments. There are way better bingo games to play than this one.
Game keeps crashing and unable to play since last update. Please fix. Really like playing.
We have been playing this game for quite a while. We actually enjoy it! We do wish that the winnings would be better in comparison to the cost . Why did we have to get the new version???? Now its difficult to even buy power ups. It tells us that its loading for a long time, but then doesnt load. Also there is a delayed reaction when u go to daub! The game isnt the same with this new version! Im not going to lie and tell you that we enjoy it as much as we did.

We recently got a new iPad Pro and it working really well. Before that, it crashed all the time. But, it hasnt crashed with new device. The rooms are all fun with different themes to them. We like the variety plus its interesting to people from so many different countries. Im having a good time.
The profile loses our picture and we have no idea how that happen nor how to get it back. We love the game but that is very frustrating.
Game has become more difficult to get a credit/icon for bingo. When you win a bingo game the game tells you you won until it comes time to give you the credit/icon then it doesn't give it to you. When reporting a game error the game gives you 2 credits for your troubles even tho' you just spent 24 credits to play! This has happened to us too many times! If frustration is your addiction this is your game! Highly Recommended that you DO NOT spend your hard earned $cash$ as this game wants you to do every time you open it, if it can't work properly for free why would you want to spend $$$ on it.
It's ok games keeps you going but tires quickly need more free options.
When plying bingo iphone, it is extremely difficult to play 4 cards becuse if havung to scroll back and forth between 2 screens especially if a number is mismarked and when we try to correct it we then fall beind and never will catch back up also with having to scroll back and forth we dont have time to even see what numbers are marked in the cards to watch for bingos, need to make it like bingo bash has it, when playing 4 cards, the 3rd and 4th cards are automaticaly daubed and when getting a bingo it is automatically called. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED somehow so it is not so difficult to play from the iphone.
Everyone should be equal. Why do you make it so hard to Get Bingo Cards.

We have sent you 4 tickets through your game support and have received no response. This is a copy of our original complaint, and it still stands true. Hi. Today, 20 Oct Jack & Beanstalk crashed at 8:00 pm Eastern time USA. We were playing 4 cards that cost us a total of 60 credits, not to mention that it looked like we had bingos. Would appreciate refund of 60 credits plus a gift of good conscience for our loss. Thank you.

Extremely expensive for a bingo game.
We've been playing this bingo app for quite while but we're about ready to quit. Why is it that you don't have a chance to get a Reward Collect Item EVERY game? It's available about every other time or 3rd or 4th? Just because it's available on those times doesn't mean you're going to bingo but yet we're using the same amount of credits each time. Please change this process or we'll not be returning, even though we do enjoy playing Bingo and usually do OK. If you don't make the Collect Item available each time, then let lower the cost for those rounds, but we'd rather have a chance to win an item each round.
