Navigation is too difficult on this app and there are too many bugs that need fixing. Its a shame bc we think they have great ideas.
We upgraded to premium version but after a while it says us to relogin. We have to relogin every time we open the app.
Ads freezing up the app every second or 3rd time one access scores.
Great concept but the app needs so much work. Has gotten worse recently, have to constantly watch ads and once we watch them our screen gets larger so that we are unable to push the buttons on our iPhoneX and then can no longer navigate the app.
App has got even worse in v3 – navigation is clunky, you cant message friends in pools, nor even see previous round picks from your pool- how any of this could be considered an improvement??? And now annoying Ads on top of it . This experience is more like a V1 beta release than even a V1 or V2 . Very Poor overall.
Love the app. Had loads of fun with mates predicting rugby.
Keeps showing us a little bubble with notifications but theres nothing in the app… It wont show our pics beyond today… All the links just want to take us to the web, so why bother with an app… Erg frustrating.
App needs a lot of attention to make it friendlier ! Would be nice if an iPad version was available with an interface much like the web page. Also offer a paid version to get rid of the irritating ADS.
A good app to get some competition going but its become riddled with bugs. Starts okay but then you have to keep restarting it to look at each tab. Very poor compared to how it used to be.
App freezes. Need to delete and download each time or restart phone. Only works once.
We havent been able to use our app since we downloaded it. We will click on it and will see the logo but then we are looking at a dark blue screen and it wont open the app.

App does not run smoothly at all. Features such as the pool performance graphs take ages to load, if at all. New RWC quick link feature on home screen to see results and picks in pools does not function, seems to disagree with the app format. Love the Superbru platform but the app needs work.
We’re sorry guys, but this has to be the worst UI we have ever used. We cannot find anything we want. Instead we get some nonsensical info. We want to find our pics for a tournament, but it links us to new tournaments without ours anywhere insight. We were hoping the phone would be better than the web UI, instead it is much worse. Both are in need of some serious work. We are saying this only to help you, but please spend some money and consult with some UX experts.

This app is the worst thing ever. Takes forever to initialize and save picks. Deleting app and using mobile web browser rather.
Now even more confusing then before. Unintuitive, jumbled and above all, full of ‘try again later’ errors.
After the current update our superbru does not want to load and open. Please fix asap!

This app is bugged out. Never have we ever had an app that’s filled with so many bugs… Look at our picks…. Bug. Look at the pool…. Bug. Look at the draft results.. Bug. Go to home page…. Sign in again. Sign in…. Crash. Re-open app… Bug. The game is fun though… 1 star. Squish!
Okes – look at that app! It’s not user friendly. Make big tapping areas, bru’s have big fingers. It’s a nightmare to navigate through there. Simple easy buttons, for example, only load content for that user login. We wanna immediately see what the other okes are picking. Not interested in other tournaments on the app, can use the website for that.
It’s terrible. As though it was thrown together by a bunch of drunk rugby props in a Smartcar on their way to a game.

Long-awaited Superbru app, yay! Thanks guys, please just keep working on it. Features needed are a "Remember me" so one does not have to log in each time. Also, perhaps we are the only one here, but on the site and the app, the first thing we want to do is go to our pools. . . Not tournaments or picks or anything else. We want to see how we did compared to our friends in our pool. Adding a "Pools" or "Leaderboards" option on the first screen would be a great enhancement. And as others have mentioned, would be great for the option to buy out of the ads. Thanks!
App works as expected. Nice fast interface. Been wanting this for a while, so well done Superbru! One thing we would say is, rather charge us for the app and get rid of the boring advertising. Or give us the option at least. Now all we need is an app to help with our picks. ;-)
Have been waiting for this app for ages, great to finally have it! Works great but we also would like it to ‘remember me’ so we don’t have to log in every time, and would also like to see the pool "Banter"… Please release an update and it will be perfect!

This app should have been tested a bit more before being released. The mobile site is much easier to navigate.
Still using web browser as it remembers our log in… Too annoying to kept logging in. Not very clever…
Pretty useless to log-in every time – much quicker through browser that actually remembers you. Layout not bad, but useless before they fix log-in.
Don’t use the app without checking that it’s actually made your picks via a computer. Made ours the night before on the app, woke up the next morning to find all our picks weren’t recorded. Everyone who uses SuperBru knows how upsetting that is. Utterly gutted.
Have to log in whenever you open the app, website remembers your details. Often the ability to log in doesn’t even work. Have deleted the app. These issues need to be sorted before we try to use again.
Picks are more often than not, not saved although it shows submitted. Bad interface and obviously zero testing involved. Untill an update is released, keep using the website.
We are not able to log in keeps saying we must close the app and try again. Have reinstalled but still the same issue…
