We really like the game but its the scoring that makes us upset. Whenever you do a song from your fav artist, it scores you really low even if you have no missed or even if its all perfect/super perfect. And its only like that for some / most of the songs.
Love this game especially bc they got cravity.
We love this app, been having tons of fun playing our favorite songs. Our one issue is that it crashes sometimes, and it has missing photos and when we use a missing photo card with a question mark the game itself crashes? We dont know whats the issue with it. We hope this gets fixed soon.
Had an account with our email but now its saying that that information is incorrect. Our nickname is still in use, but we cant change our password or sign in at all. Contacted support a few days ago and have gotten no response. Im so over this and we dont want to commit any more of our time building an account only to lose access because we havent logged in in a week or more. Edit: Yeah us trying to contact them went ignored. Had these issues with several of their games and Im not going to waste any more time when our progress is just gonna get trashed if we got more than 3 days not playing. Edit: Emailed several times and have been completely ignored.

The game keeps force closing every time we open the game which makes it annoying when we wanna play the game.

We used to love this game because all of our favorite groups came from SSE, but we had to delete it years ago for storage on our 7 Plus. We recently upgraded to an 11 and SS-SM uploaded and launched perfectly fine, but SS-SS wont let us even get to the initial launch download and it crashes us out of it. We miss this game and would love to play it specifically for MX, but it wont even launch.
We love this game but it keeps crashing at 99% loading when we try to play, our mom is having the same problem on a different phone and account. We cant get our login bonuses and finish events if we cant access the game. Please fix this.
We were having a great time playing this game but it stopped having sound with the most recent update. Now Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and still no sound. Its not near as much fun when you cant hear the songs.

The game is good and fun, Ive decided to download it quite recently because of cravitys dare to crave comeback and there where SET NET G0 and SWISH updates! Although we understand the song updates will have such a variation because of the amount of artists under starship, there are way too many kiikiis and ives updates! Its really really frequently that those 2 groups songs will be released, and it takes quite a while to arrive cravitys, monsta xs and other artists songs. Its quite annoying that we gotta wait long for a song update thats not kiikiis or ives.
The way the game looks is ok but its quite fun and easy since it doesnt play the whole song.

Its so much fun to play! We absolutely love the songs and the cards from our favorite artists. Could play this all day.
The game itself is fun but there are way too many bugs and glitches that kick us out of the app at random points so we constantly have to reload and redownload everything. Its super annoying and someone needs to fix this.
This game is fun. You get challenges from playing some of your favorite Kpop song.
Redownloading the game just to get it to load. Unfair. Missed cards and special events rewards. Fix it.
A lot of fun playing IVE songs and learning other starship groups; the game is smooth we can hit perfect on hard mode; no complaints.

Ive had this account for at least a year now. Today oddly we were signed out, so we tried to sign back in but it treated it as if our account never existed in the first place :(.
We love the artists/songs available, and it is super fun. However Im now a bit sad because it has deleted our progress 3 times now, all being months worth of work.
We love playing this game. It does take a while to gather R graded cards, but it is totally worth it. The one thing that we hate the most is when there are events, the purchase for the limited cards are a bit too much. We are trying to gather enough diamonds to purchase the cards but we can never get enough before the event ends. We would spend our money to buy the cards and more diamonds, but as a student every penny counts. Besides that, this game is really fun. We feel like our thumbs have become an ultimate weapon.
Logs us out almost every day and its a pain to log in again.

We love your games, Dalcomsoft. Our fingers feel like dancing too when we play your games. You guys did an excellent job. The notes just so make sense. Please make for bighit, im begging you. We tried to play Rhythm hive only because we miss BTS Superstar and the songs. But they couldnt do as good as you guys, we end up logging out of their games so quickly. Please please please, make for bighit house too.
We absolutely love playing this game!!! Its a great way to pass time but we wish there were more ways to earn Diamonds. Theres a lot of amazing deals that require diamonds.
The songs are nice but when Im like playing a game our buttons are syncing up with our taps or it wont even show we tapped the screen so its a no for us.
We dont know what happened but we havent gone on the app in a couple weeks and when we went to log in again all our stuff was gone and they made us make a new account. We just want our Monsta X cards back.

We have spent so much time and money on this game and we have gotten so so far. Until one day it logged us completely out of the game. (we logged in through facebook, always with no problem). We tried signing in using our facebook login information, the information we signed up with, but no luck. It would try to make us create a completely new account. It would keep doing this over and over. We contacted support over 5 times and they said the same each time, automated messages each time, no actual help. We never signed in with an email or dalcom ID and they said that we did, and didnt help us get our account back. We spent hours and hours trying to log back in with no luck. We are so upset because we worked so so hard and was so happy with how far we got. We deleted the app and Im not getting it again. Very very upset.
We got the app but when it tells us to download the data it goes up to 97 percent then tells us to retry but when we press it it just doesn't load and tells us to retry again please fix this thank you :).
You took Wonho away from us so you get 4 stars. In Chinese the pronunciation of the word four () sounds the same as the word dead (). So what Im saying is your dead to us StarSh*t.
The game itself is amazing. We have all the SuperStar games and we love them. BUT we want Wonhos cards back :( Theres no reason his cards should be taken away just because he left the group.
We just downloaded the game today. Im a fan of MX and the Superstar games. Everytime we go into the app, we get the loading screen and then once its done its thing for loading it freezes on the screen with the artists logos scrolling by with no sign of it actually going and setting up the game itself. Idk if this is a us thing or an issue with the app, but we are greatly disappointed as now we cant play.
We just updated the app and all of our Wonho cards we worked to hard for in honor of Wonho are gone. We know yall cant do anything but if starship sees these, bring Wonho back, you all are losing profit because of it. In addition for an actual review out of all of the superstar apps this one is by far the slowest. We always sit at the load up screen listening to the worst menu music on loop for minutes.
App was all cool until yall removed wonho smh that's actually disgusting we deleted the game.
You let people who arent even in the company anymore, in the game. Leave Wonhos cards alone, he didnt deserve to be treated like this.

Wonho was our best card in Monsta X and you removed his card?? You didnt even give us an equal exchange. Disgusting. Uninstalled. We would give 0 stars if we could.
