How come the apps never give let us win? When we have A, A did not show up. But when other people have A, it show up and let other people win. When we got strength, it let other people win us with flush. When we got flush, it let other people win with full house. F u! Also, why always auto kick us out of the table.
This game is pathetic. In over 10 hours we lost all our winnings and highly recommend moving on from this game. It's not even worth the download.
This app is a rip off bought chips 3 times at the 9.99 price only to have them then disappear 20 seconds later, also the game crashes frequently and you get booted out of the ame during a hand losing even more chips.
We really enjoy playing this game. Easy to navigate and not a whole lot of distracting colors and effects. Very tastefully developed. The App is pretty stable and the Emojis are very cute and helpful to players in expressing their emotions , making the players' interaction more friendlier and fun. Customer service and support are quick to respond to inquiries. We had a couple of questions we sent by email and within a very short time , we received a response. We truly recommend this Poker App , so much better than the other poker games out there. Well done.
Cannot connect to Facebook and can't open "get chips" for purchase.
So, app stays down.. Fail login saying check wifi or 3G network when it's an app error . The buy chips button is just there for decoration. We mean this app needs a serious update . Love the game. Just need to work on touching it up a bit.

Best fun poker game one can play. Social networking is so much fun. A million laughs. Really worth playing. Not a serious poker game but the best fun poker game.
Rarely we get passed (idk if we accidently pressed fold) but just a small FYI either we're mistaken (likely) or a chat/emotion face bug b/c we did a face b4 our turn and got skipped.
When we start the app, it never just logs us in. Always says a wifi connection issue. P,ease fix.
The most inaccurate poker game we have ever played don't waste your time.
This game has good graphics and plays ok most of the time. But, the problem with it is it will dump you right in the middle of a hand and you lose all of your bet. These are high stakes games and you can get taken for a bundle. No support no english. Good luck.

Better than other poker with real pics versus avatar images. Also like the real look and feel of cards and tables versus video game feel of others. This is a fun game with good players and tables for every level.

You have a winning hand the you bet or call it wont let you it auto folds you and if you have the best hand and go all in guarantee one of the auto bots will win every time it is such B.S. Is the app that hard up they take the fun out of the app out of the thirteen years we have played this app we have seen it go down hill after the first 5 years we played and it keeps getting worse we guess its time to find another app if we knew the programmers we would probably hurt them for what they have done to this app there is always a glitch that takes your chips we have full Wi-Fi that is running strong be if you make a huge bet it will boot you out of the game we have lost billions if not trillions of chips because of it if you choose to play this app we hope you have better luck then we did.

This app is a joke! We logged on after being away from the app for 2 years because of the creators allowing naked pics, cursing relentlessly, and stealing chips. The first thing we see when we search the tables is a pic of a naked womans chest. No place to report so when they get around to checking emails maybe they will remove the photo. This app is not for poker players, its an app with about 40 players that buy chips to compete in the top 20. Its bingo! And a place for old worn out men and women to act young, beautiful, and tough.

This game used to be fun back in 2015-16, now the new updates messed up.
App use to be good. Tap is banning everyone for no reason. You send them an email you get no response other than a generic email saying update to the newest ios. When that is the furthest answer away from email you sent.

Dont play this app cause if u not friends with the wanna be top b*tch Paloma/haley/Jennifer, google wannabe, she will ban your acct by using her boy toy Dubai. Which means youll never be able to play this app so because of this they have no control of their app its like dubai and Haley control the app not freeon, if you want players back control your app.
The app is glitch if u buy in app u lose your money and never get your chips and bad was owner ignored ur emails , worse there are lots of drama created by one person under named dion and lots of discriminating and profane language used on daily basic we dont understand why apple store lists this app.. Can someone look into, everything said here can be checked.
The game cheats. If you win they find excuse to take your chips. They openly talk bad about black people we have the emails.
Game is ok but why do u have to put bots? And the more a person plays the less free chips they get. Game is only fair to ppl who pay for chips.
The new updata won't let us log in Iam on a iPhone 5s our friend download it and has a iPhone 6s and works fine ours go black and go right back to the main screen thanks for all u do.

We made an inAPP purchase from TAP 4 days ago, we played and won some. Our 60B got up to 75B … Yay, played frugally and carefully. We signed out for a few minutes and signed back in, shockingly all our chips are gone! Our acct reset to zero with a different MY ID number. We sent TAP email to question their action and requested to fix it and they have not done anything about it. We feel so cheated by FREEON. We are not the first player they did this to. We should have listened to them. TAP robs you blind! Losing at the table is one thing, being robbed by the App Developer is entirely different and it is scary! Zero star, 1 star rating under protest.
This app is so fixed, always let its favorite players win, also most of its players are rude and arrogant, using profanity and porn pictures for their nick names, they cheat by using their own languages, Lyly( girl with big fat, obnoxious lips, u will see wat im talking about if u see her) the one u should watch out for. Customer service is even worse, cant communicate well in English. Dont waste your time with it, dont even deserve one star.
We do not recommend this app, they steal all your chips. And the worst thing is that TAP POKER knows it too. And they do not do anything, we even sent photographic proof of the 7B we had stolen from our account. The player on the TAP POKER will threaten to steal your chips in front of everyone and they will suddenly go missing from your account, coincidentally. Several people have had this issue with the app and customer service is useless, giving you the same "copy+paste" answer each time claiming that they will solve the issue in 48 hours or not at all. They are NEVER clear as to why they do not answer when they don't, instead giving a half baked response that it's "somewhere in their guidelines" never saying exactly what it is and never truly helping in any way. We have invested a lot of time and money in this application and it does not seem fair to us.
Suddenly when we try to use the app on our IPad (with most recent updated IOS) it returns us back to the homepage screen and will not load the poker game. Others having the same issue. Anyone have a fix.
This Game it always logs us out when playing and hard to get connected . Best poker game was playphone poker to bad it's no longer available. We had 290 billion chips and it took everything away from us. We think this game is horrible. This happened to our friends.
So to start this review, back in June we had 280B chips only to have our account reset when they updated their app. Both the Game Center and Facebook logins have been reset. The Game Center account had around 12-17B. It wouldn't let us sign in. We emailed them right after only to get a reply saying to update to the latest iOS software when we've already done so. And they didn't return our chips. So we quit for 2 months only to give Tap poker another chance. 3rd times the charm right? We had about 40m and in about a 3 weeks time we made it to 1.048T. Only to find out when we logged out n logged back in yesterday we had 100k. The message said we should check our 3G and that we should log back in. So to go from 1.048 trillion chips to 100 thousand chips blows our mind. We emailed tap only to find out that since changing our region is an illegal action, which is news to us. When traveling to other countries, you'd definitely change your regions to keep up to date with the time difference. Never heard that before nor have we been cheated so badly by an app in the iTunes store. We changed it due to the fact of stalkers trying to belittle us. Everywhere we go on tables they always seem to follow. This is by far the worst app we've ever played on! Don't think we'll be coming back to this app. If we could report it, we'd report to the better business bureau. So back to the email they finally sorted it out and left us 40B as they said there is no data when clearly they new we had changed our region, knew our account name and our ID and only left us 40 + an additional 45 billion from 1.048 trillion chips. We're very dissatisfied! We would not recommend this game to anyone. People we've talked to have asked us if all our chips were missing and if our lvl didn't change. (People asked because there are said hackers on this app that will steal your chips and leave you at 0). Tap has stated they reset the account and made it broke. The lag on this app is very bad as well! The lag has always been an issue with this app since as far as we can remember. When we actually gave this app a chance 4 years ago. This is a brand new phone and brand new account and they continue to reset our account for no reason. If they return our chips we will praise them and write a better review.. But for now they don't deserve it! (BTW, for some reason the app itself doesn't show the old reviews for some odd reason. The owner somehow masked the review that we had posted a week ago today). Now it shows both current and past. So we just tried to search the review again and now it's deleted . We will keep posting this review for all to see until we get all of our chips back. Now there are login issues as we speak. Can't sign into neither Facebook or the Game Center account. Somehow they managed to get our 9/7/16 review deleted. KC guy told us he seen it and it was a great review. So all in all they owe us 1.533T to this day including what we had lost before even for the account back in '12. And in 2012 don't get us started with the lag. It sucked so bad but we'll just end it there.. Why do you keep deleting our review? Truth hurts doesn't it? We will keep on posting this review this is the 6th time!!! But 3 times today.(9/24/16). Now the 8th. If you return all our chips we won't mind if you delete our review. But until then stop deleting the review!!! Now we can't even login. So weird the the new iOS happens to be updated today as well. 9/27/16. Last time we were on was this morning and had around 287B, smh.
