IVE BEEN PLAYING THE GAME FOR A DAY AND ITS SO FUNNN.
The game play is good but has several bugs. We’ve been playing it since over a year and we have opened several complaints and none get fixed. Club seasons coin distribution is always wrong, bullseye challenge doesnt give the right strings, the game freezes, scores are given at random sometimes. So dev team plz regularly check and fix the bugs.
We think you guys should fix the line hit box because even if the balls hits in the line its more out of the line and our opponent gets the point we dont understand that.
On many of times, connection has been lost and we know for a fact that its not on our end we’ve been in the middle of tournaments and the Wi-Fi drops out. We are at the beginning of a game and the Wi-Fi drops out so naturally that has cost dollars in the game and other winnings so if that continues we will delete but we do enjoy the game. Please work on connection for the players.
We hate these types of games where its really dependent on the equipment you spent on rather than skill. Basically pay to win. The matchmaking isnt even fair.
This game was very fun for awhile and we got up to very high tour levels netting over 500k coins without paying a single dime out of our pocket through natural progression. Then suddenly out of no where we lost about every match we played throughout the better course of 2 weeks constantly being matched against players whos tats were better in almost every category every time. The matchmaking is severely flawed in order for you to lose so much that you pay for upgrades to your character on your own dime. It is very clearly rigged in order to do so, build confidence up by winning many times then playing for larger amounts just to make you lose to unfair opponents repeatedly until you give them your money. Made us delete the app because it was so frustrating. Also very glitchy, when you or an opponent is using certain strings it makes the game very choppy and not as smooth as it should be. Only time we noticed it wasnt choppy is when we used the low tiers string that give low tier enhanced abilities or no abilities at all! We ultimately deleted the game out of frustration bc of how rigged it is. Dont recommend it at all unless youve got money too blow!
Corrupt beyond your wildest imagination. They have made us regret every dollar spent, every hour wasted beyond anything we’ve ever known in this genre of pastime. Changing policies as to what constitutes skill (thus requiring more cards hence more time/money than what youd bargained for when committing to the game); ever more dilution of already super rare character cards on the fly (after youve already ponied up $$$, and invested too much time to quit on the spot); bots for opponents almost without fail so that you lose those very matches which will allow you to get a bit more than what theyve conditioned you to expect for what youve put in by way of in-game resources, and of course, time. (its indeed relative to an expectation that you develop over time as to what should be good enough in a given sequence; so the conclusion regarding the wanton use of bots is based on hours upon hours of gameplay and pattern recognition.) A customer support staff that acts like it doesnt understand English when you put it on the spot to explain such outcomes thereby wasting more of your time. NOW, all this perhaps would have been our problem, our failure to heed the principle of caveat emptor, if certain conspicuous happenings during gameplay didnt repeat to the point that there being something criminally rotten in this company/development team can likely be proven in a bona fide courtroom (that is, of course theres a quid pro quo at work to explain the really wild stuff). Yes, incomparably so, this game has the potential to be this deleterious to you given its addicting allure. Its unspeakable that APPLE apparently protects them so. It will indeed be Apple who will deny your repeated pleas for refunds, or apparently take down a far less detailed but indeed highly negative review while youre away.
Matchups are often horrendously unfair.
About 1000 of our gems have disappeared and are unaccounted for. Every effort to reach support has failed. This is a game we put in tangible time and money into as someone from a third world country. Pls do the right thing guys. Our ID is 61d1066e.
Game seems fun, but after the tutorial it says the servers are down. Havent been able to play a single real game since the download.
This game is garbage. Its the most payed to win game ever. If we dont spent 100 dollars to get character that other people have its an instant lose. Not only that but you have to have perfect connection to win. If you start have bad connection it kicks you out of the game and you cant join back. Never play this game!
Why did they make this like clash royale.
As a paid player, the game glitched several times resulting in atleast a 500,000 coin loss. You send the app developers messages – they dont respond! Also, the bots are horrible. We played against 3 players in the last month who had obscene player strengths. They do this to get you to buy packages.
We used to spend a lot of time and money on this game, even to this day. Yet to be met with such disappointing matches with higher levelled players each time. We are truly disappointed with how the developers are treating paying players who devote a lot and yet gains no true value out of this game.
We hated the game instantly because you run out off energy instantly and you cannot hit the ball and you lose every game do not recommend.
Honestly, it is a good concept but its impossible once you start getting a tour or two in. You get matched with people who has 3x the stats you have which is abnormally unfair and you lose so much money because of it. Because of this you cant upgrade so youre stuck in a cycle of loss and getting dominated. It gets boring and because of this the game has definitely died down since there isnt much to get from playing this game but getting unevenly matched. On top of this, precision shouldnt affect the speed of the ball. The ball going fast is the whole point of the game so slowing it down and literally freezing it so they can hit is not even tennis anymore and its favoring the person of the precision wire for victory. Victory is based off of matchmaking and wires. Nothing else including skill even matters as you start to advance in the game. Please fix your game if you want it to be as enjoyable as a game should.
Warning, you will lose all your money on this game.. Because they force you to play with people who are dozens of times stronger than you.. And whatever your powers, you will lose because this game is simply unfair.. And when you pay for the development of your players, you will not be able to win.. Beware of swindlers.
Game is too righed. Even how much we spend our money to upgrade our skills, the game will find a way to match us with a more skilled and with higher agility and stamina than us. Bots are also stronger than us. Lots of times also where we have a clear advantage, the game will find a way to make us lose by draining our agility and stamina. Our shots go either out or going up in the air for an easy return by the oponent. Not worth the money, its just good in the beginning especially if you love tennis but this game is all about money for sure.
The algorithm for opponent matching is 100% designed to frustrate you and make you pay. Otherwise well-designed game is rendered a waste of time unless you open up your wallet.
This game is rigged. You can never win 1st place in a tournament. We were 1st place since yesterday. And Im watching the scores and players under us. We did the math and there was no one who can overtake our spot based on results and score. Then we check 5 minutes later and Im 3rd and 2 players surpassed us in 5 minutes with 2 hours left for tournament and they werent in the top 30. Impossible to play 20 matches and jump from not being in the top 30 to 1 and 2. Rigged.
This is a really good game and you should try it.
Game is pretty good and straightforward. But heavily pay to win. If you are someone who enjoys spending some $ in mobile app games, youll be fine. But if you are trying to spend $0 you for sure will have to be extremely patient and be ready to grind for awhile.

Lots of fun, finally a game that you can play against others around the world. Besides some lag and glitches the Game play is smooth. Pretty addicting but progression is nearly impossible unless you spend that money. We’ve spent over $50 already on this game, yes they got us! . But we will not spend another dime and just enjoy where we have progressed to and thats it. We understand its a business so Im not upset with the creators. Good work.

Decent game ruined by not having the option to turn off chat. So there are many idiots laugh at your every miss. Sure you can ignore them, but much of tge fun is playing a good natch against a tough opponent and telling each other Good Game or Well-played.
The is fast to get out we always lose because of it and its really hard to get a new player in the game because we always lose and then when you lose the game is not fun!
The game is funwhen it works properly. Its frustrating to be winning a game and suddenly you cant do anything but watch balls fly past you because of connection errors. Also, there are times when you see the ball go past your opponent, bounce off the wall behind them, and then suddenly, like a miracle from the tennis gods, they manage to go back in time and hit the ball sending it flying past you. It also used to be possible to participate in tournaments and events, but now tickets to do so are 100,000 coins or more. You can only achieve this level of coinage through spending money on the game. Sad.

Packs generate the same 2 things, not random at all, if u got better forehand and agility u automatically win.
Basically if you play against someone who spends a little bit of money on the game you are lost for sure. They are given a lot of benefits that make you a clear loser. Theres also some stupid things on this game, for example, you might stand in front of the ball, but just because the opponent hit it very hard, you cant hit it back.
Game is essentially pay to win. The matchmaking is terrible. Game play is ridiculous with players being able to cross the whole court but your character will barely move an inchI might be terrible at it, but the game play will make you frustrated.
Game is fun when youre actually playing against people with similar skill level. Developer needs to work on player pairing bc it makes the game zero fun when youre way overmatched, which is oftentimes the case.
All you need to know, the game is SCAMMING you for money. Dont waste your time.
Horrible game. When we were going against an opponent it was in slow motion for them when we hit it further.
Every time we try and play is loads to 74% and wont ever load. Until this stops happening 1 Star. ( should be zero stars)
1st 3 days are great, matches are fun. Then turns into money grind, half matches are so mis matched uncompetitive its a joke.
2 year update: The developers and management are terrible. Recently they awarded in-game prizes to people who paid money. Today, they took them back and said it was an error. People paid money for tickets to get the prizes shown in app and they went and took everything back. Also, the Home Screen of the game now has 50 pop ups trying to get you to spend money on EVERYTHING in the game. Cards, characters, boosters, gems, retries. This was a great and fun game when it was first released. Now its just a money grab and they dont care to make it enjoyable for the players that dont spend thousands of dollars. We’ve had the iPhone 13 pro since release day, and played TC for a year or so beforehand. When we downloaded Tennis Clash on our new iPhone, it was impossible for our hits to reach further than half court. We told them about it, they asked us to record our screen when playing and send it to them. Its now been 6 months and they still havent fixed it. Theyve made plenty of other updates but its not playable if you have an iPhone 13 pro.

Unbelievable and absurd do not have someone at the customer support to resolve the problems. A lot troubleshoot, ball is freezing benefiting the opponent, and the problem is not internet connection.
We are not sure how the matching algorithm works but, its not balanced at all! We get matched with players who are several classes above our character and there is not even the slightest chance we can win against them. And this repeats itself over and over again. Very rarely we get matched with players at our level or below. If you want to get frustrated over and over again, play this game.
Deleting the game. We get matched with players who have ridiculous power. We never see the ball so we get beat more often than not! Because of the mismatches between us and our opponents we cant win anythingespecially at the Tour 4 level and above. Whats the point to continuing? We will run out of coins very quickly! And what when we are winning at a higher level do we have connection issues. All other items in our home using internet are working just fine. Several times we have been winning but get kicked out. Your Server is horrible. Our internet is fine but that server gives us a connection issue and then we cant return the ball. Ridiculous!

Really? We just moved to the third level of the latest challenge and then get an update message, so we updated. Now Im informed that we’ve completed all challenges of the last level. Hope we get our gems back. Cmon guys, quality control.
