Have been a player for several years and now had to delete it do to not being able to get in with our iphone. We're so angry. How do we get back in the same game it was Poker Deluxe. Love the game but hate what has happened. We always logged in with igg.
Been here for years and thousands of dealing. Worst was being blocked for 30 days saying we were giving away (illegal transferring chips). Truth was we lost 1 billion at high stakes while on tilt after having a bad beat. Betting 80 million all in each hand for 30 minutes. Learn to shuffle it off and worked back up to 2 billion over 4 years. Feelings do get hurt when top 2pr or sets get beat but happens in tournaments too. Shugg and tighten up till youre on top.
Other than our inability to upload a pfp, this is one of the few apps that still installs and runs on our old iPod Touch.
Game has good graphics. If anything goes wrong you are probably screwed.
Like the game. Have been playing since 2013. The amount of bots in this game now is troubling. If they cant fix this we would not recommend trying.
Why does it not work as well on apple as android? Have so turn phone off/on to get back into game.

Why did they take away the daily sign in.
We cannot understand why we were banded from talk texting indefinitely and no way to talk to 24/7 live support unreal and ur win things you know the hands u win u get cheated on them ??? But being told u are not allowed to talk on here anymore when we didnt even do anything really look up our profile what Im played and said to people. We want to see it this was a good amp but a yew years backs has gone down hill and dont understand why and trying to talk to 24/7 live support thats a joke from what yall got wrote down question wise isnt even close to what we want to ask ?? U need a better thing for people to ask their own questions just not what yall got up fix YALLS bugs and give us back our free speach Thank you.
At every table there is, at minimum, two and sometimes up to five BOTS at every table!!! The BOTS tag with each other, raising you until you fold! This game used to be much more fun to play, when you could ACTUALLY WIN! Now, you lose more chips to BOTS than other actual players. This game is total crap now and IGG should be ashamed!!! Shame on you IGG for allowing this game that Ive been playing since 2015, TO BE COMPLETELY OVERRUN BY BOTS AND TAGGERS. Stealing from the actual players. 1 Rating #SkitZ is our username, and Im ridiculous there are more bots at tables than there are people.
This game used to be fun. Now it crashes every couple of days and They took away the only way to make free money every day. The daily sign it. This game has gone down hill. We dont expect it to be around in the next year because it has gotten so bad all of our friends on the game have quit too. Players beware.
Not the best game in town. It took all our chips and we had to start all over after being on there for months. Our suggestion is do not buy chips. At any time you can lose your money.
We advise not to play this game its garbage you will be robbed and catfish players fake women tryin to get free money the game will rob you of your hard earned money and support doesnt care about its players at all we got ripped off for over 80 billion chips over a couple yrs after purchasing the chips at $75 to $125 at a time and support did bothing to correct it ir make it right we reported the issue multiple times and they just blew us off and basicalyy said screw you.

We love the game but not the bots. Would be better if it wasnt any bots and tagging,takes the fun away. They need to bring back poker deluxe 2. ASAP.
This game is more realistic than Zynga poker and we've been planning for a long time we like it.

This is a fun app to play, the payouts are not correct sometimes. There are a lot of teaser hands that you can not win on, the besthandd to play are ones with 9-8/7 cards an not the face cards or Aces.
Its typical of an App. That sells chips. Too many flushes, straights and big hands. It aids in developing bad play. Play any cards dealt.
Cant upload picture and people get mad at you and complain to IGG and they cant say anything and igg believe it. Seeing all kind of bad language all kind of people being racist and they still play with nasty pictures. And someone complained about our language and we got blocked out and couldnt play. Witch it mas not true.

You will be on the winning side of the River, to a point, and then the River will turn against you. The App developer wants you to buy chips, so they designed it to make you lose.
This is app is an absolute scam!! Every1 plays as teams and the platform does NOTHING about it!!! We call them taggers!! A lot of Turkish taggers Chinese taggers and Thai taggers!!!! When u purchase chips these taggers are after u on tables and it makes u feel u need to buy more!!! We would never recommend this app / game / platform to any loyal person.
The agonizing slow speed of this game needs to be addressed. Theres a lot of inexperienced players who go all in on every deal. Not the games fault, but if the speed was increased, it would make it less annoying.
You can not change the pic or name if you have linked your account with facebook. You can only change name or pic if you are changing in facebook.
There game is rigged. They have the game set up so that the most stupid and crazy player would win. Its just ridiculous. This poker app is not for playing poker. You wont be enjoying this app definitely. They lock your account and confiscate your chips whenever they want. A lot of players got locked out of their accounts and their chips (which they paid for) taken. Why Apple even allow such scam.

Ive been playing poker online for over 10 years. Ive tried all the major apps and sites. While this app has a lot of features, some of them not bad, most of them stupid gimmicks, the interface isnt bad. However, without a doubt this is one of the most unfair platforms we have played on. The statistical bullsh$t that we have seen on this app is unbelievable. If you play this app, do NOT give them money. If you lose all of your chips go somewhere else. And the customer service is terrible, practically nonexistent.

There is no link to reset password if for some reason your account gets hacked or you forget your password! Needs to be addressed as we are currently locked out of our account! And bring back the option to choose your table.
The app has changed to the point that it is not as much fun anymore. We will be looking for another app to replace it. Change is not always good.
This game is horrible now…you can't view tables anymore which means it puts you on a table that has an open seat available.. Doesn't give the player a choice anymore… Ever think we may not want to play with those players for whatever reason????Maybe they cheat maybe they tag. If the table is full it puts you on an empty table more often than not… Bravo igg.. You drove so many players away because of greed.
This game used to be alright. Then they completely screwed it up by removing your ability to select a table to join… Why on earth they decided players shouldnt be allowed to select a table to join is COMPLETELY stupid, they removed player options and are advertising huge buys like $50 for worthless poker chips inside a game(worthless in real world). Screw the makers of this game.

Purchased chips, did not receive anything, customer service will not help. Zero stars, game is rigged. At the tables, many tags to make you lose.
We have been playing for over 30 years in Texas Holdem tournaments in casinos. The odds (which hands should win a great percentage of the time) are not realistic. Instead it appears the game is structured to get you to purchase additional chips. Thats ok if that is what your expecting. But if your playing expecting to learn how real poker plays this is not the game for that. If you experience the same you should also provide reviews here and on social media. It might save someone a lot of money. Tom.
