Dont play blackjack its really not that hard to implement a system where there is one deck of cards that are shuffled and the order is saved until shuffled again there is not dealer get 20 8 times in a row absolutely absurd lucky they only got us for $10 dont waste your money on this game just use it to kill unwanted spare time.
Garbage of a game, the amount of times you will lose on hands youre clearly winning is unrealistic as it can be.
Last weeks update has made the app waaaaaay more resource intensive than before. Not sure what its doing differently, but it now heats up our iPhone 12 Pro (heat warnings from the phone if on too long) and it absolutely kills the battery (10 to 15 minutes of playing drops the battery by 25%!!!!). This has made the apps multi-table tournaments unplayable given they typically last a half-hour. Need to fix!
We’ve played numerous poker sites over many many years. Pokerist is the closest to real poker we’ve ever come across. In fact, Id say it is real poker. That said the recent addition of pop-up ads, which we understand may be necessary financially, makes this whole site seem cheap and game-like versus the class act we always thought of before. Disappointing to say the least.
If you dont buy coins, the randomness skews in the favor of those who did. It is very clear after you purchase coins and magically you start winning gut shots.
They are the biggest scammers we’ve ever dealt with. They have no contact phone number because they are scamming theives.
You will not be playing real poker . This game is all about sales . 90% of the people you play will be bots programmed to beat you unless you pay money for chips or anything else they are trying to sell. Been playing for years on this app so if you think you are gonna be playing real poker of any other card games this is not the app for you . Unless you are into the worse our impossible draws and calls you have ever seen . It can be entertaining in that fashion .
10 hand sequence, dealer 7 20 hands and one 21 hand. Tell us, when does random kick in on our side of the table? We lose 9 out of ten times when we play. Its not random.
Yes this is coming from a man that is bitter with the site. Im writing this review for the benefit of players that are looking for a good site. We dont expect that this review will be posted because of the negativity, but if you decide to play on this site dont give them a bad review because they will rig your game so that you get what you think are great cards but what they do is set you up for a bad beat When we give bad reviews such as our one star they wont post it Oh well we got it off our chest.

Game is full of online bullies and the game developers promote it by letting players send monkey face or cry baby at one another.
We played for 4 hours straight and didnt win a single hand, and they promote on tiktok youll win at least 1 hand out of 10 while 1 person with 50 billion chips had a full house every other hand. This game is so rigged we literally didnt get a single pair for over an hour and while we were playing they kept pushing us to buy chips. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP ALSO WORST BLACKJACK IVE EVER PLAYED DEALER ONLY OPENS 20, then when you tell support how is it possible for dealer to get 20 over and over if they use RNG THEY SIMPLY IGNORE YOU SCAMMM APP!!!!!
You can tell us 1000 times that the ‘certificate of fairness’ is on file with whatever. Playing perfect blackjack, one simply does not lose 20 times in a row and lose 2 billion+ in chips while the dealer gets 20s and 21s back to back and never busts and beats the player who is dealt 20 by getting 5-card 21s. The probability of that happening is in the trillions. It could not happen. Would not happen.
Everyone complains how rigged this game is but the reviews disappear. Almost every other review says blackjack dealer only opens 20 yet pokerist still doesnt fix their scam. We lost billions to their rigged system.
We have a few issues but the main issue is that people should not be allowed to be able to win tokens and then cash them into their bank while continuing to sit in there and play. Once you cash in tokens you should have to leave the table and not return. In real life poker what you win on the table stays on the table until you leave the table.

On edit: we gave this app a fair try. But now Im deleting it. As we mentioned in our original review, theres usually at least one player at the poker tables who ALWAYS goes all-in before the flop. This is happening over and over again. Its not realistic and its not fun. So this app is gone for us. But we will occasionally check to see if the developers have added pot limit games. Edit #2: The developer was kind enough to respond to our concern. In the response, the developer said that nothing can be done about players who always go all-in before the flop. But something CAN be done. Offer pot limit games. Please developer, consider that.
Like everything these days as time goes by things get worse we are told there are no robots at the table and if thats the case then these tables are rigged by giving you two good cards to go with the flop only to let an aggressive player take the pot In a real game it may happen once in a blue moon, but here it happens 4 or 5 times a game.
Had a few players gay bashing us and we reported them. In retaliation, they reported us and the app punished ME by restricting our app and refusing to punish those who were committing a hate crime!
How they did ads before was unobtrusive. Now, you have to watch an ad before playing a game. Im out.
Yeah download this app if you want to get robbed worst odds ever seen anywhere. All they tell u is its a certified app ( lie ) there is no way to liose 20 + hands in a row time after time. Save your money and find another app.
We’ve played over 30k games on this app (I now have over 1b chips) and, on the surface, its a very well designed poker app; however, we’ve become convinced that weaker hands are given a pretty massive edge in a lot of the large hold em pots. For example, in our experience, hands with very little equity (ie 1-5%) will hit their 1 outer on or by the river (or will just out-flop the PFR) far too often for it to be a natural RNG.
They banned our account for no reason than when we message they say we violated the rules when asked what rules they tell you they cant tell you. Had 400 million that we worked for since 2011. Go download another poker game.
Having a random number generator doesnt keep the game authentic. It means they can stack it with as many action inducing bad beats as they want, and they do. This game is geared to induce emotional calls. There are far better poker options out there than this one.
The AI specific to black jack is set to take all of your money, everything else is within reasonable. The app will purposefully bleed you dry.
We used to love this game. The more that we play the more we hate it. We dont understand why the female players usually get a great starting advantage with earning 20 on the 1st and/or 2nd deal. We love blackjack but we do not think it is fair to favor any player over others. Also the dealer has way too many hand that are 18-21. That is not a sign of fairness.

Is there a loss in the whole world like your game and our experience after a long period of time? We are the owner of 5 accounts and all of them are closed from profit. Is there a game that does not need the customer? Continuous and deliberate loss and you are not honest and our experience with you is very bad because of the lack of credibility in it and the second reason is the lack of interest.
We prefer IDs with better numbers, so we register more IDs, but we didnt notice that there are only 4 chances. We went to the customer service, but he said that we violated the rules of the game and banned us. We believe you are doing a game that does not require players game, not even a little bit of empathy.

When will additional Collections be added? We’ve been told that our request was sent to the Developers but nothing is ever done. Us old timers need to have new ones added to keep us interested and engaged. Its been years since the last two were added. PLEASE ADD NEW COLLECTIONS!! Thank You !!
We think theres a bug in the game. We like playing the game but we lost all our chips. We used to have about 900 million chips and we lost it all in within five minutes of black jack. When we get 20 the dealer would get 21. We feel that if that would to happen then it rigged. Also it wasnt just one time, it happen consecutively for like 3 times. Is there anyway if we could get our chips back or get some of our chip back. Also this is no disrespect to you. We enjoying play the game it just that it is very unlikely that that would happen.
We had played this game for more than 6 years on different platforms and honestly we enjoyed most of it, but lately we became almost sure that some hands are predictable and not random, specially when you got a pair in your hand or two good cards. Today the game just suspended our 2.5B account without a warning or a reason, and we have no options or rights to defend myself or to know why we no longer have access to the game. Pokerist just disappointed a very loyal player and an old customer. Thanks for the good times.
We have played this game for YEARS to start, and recently this is what we have noticed: very fun game of course if you like casino games but Im starting to notice a little racist aspects and we hate to feel that way but we do. Recommending this game to others have been wild. Our friends can not find their skin colors even though they used to let us be all shades, then with the 3d mode they just launched. You can only be white! We have contacted support and received a nasty response about the developers working on it why take skin colors away and then launch a mode that only caters to white people. If we dont see a change in those aspects we will be leaving the game and warning people before they play. Im not the type to throw the race card but why in the world do you turn darker characters white when playing in 3d! Thats so wild to us! Us and our friends cant even play in that mode cause its offensive!
Pls do not bother spending money on this game. They say its set up to be fair but it isnt. Once you start spending money they will make you lose believe us we tried several times. Also their support is by far the worst they dont even try. They respond saying nothing we can do its hilarious. We hope there is a gaming commission that audits these monsters.
Never play slot with more number . We played with 1M net and lost 300M. A upper tables there 100%BOT which win every hands may they are chips buyer or not which generated by own POKERIST to sell morel chips.
We’ve never seen a blackjack dealer get so many blackjacks on the first hand out of the shoe. Nor so many draws to 20 and 21. This game cheats like crazy and just ends up ticking you off.
It really annoy us ! Delete it !
