Community Insight:
The platform is quite stable. (we have yet to experience a glitch of any sort). Action is fast and smooth. Our perceived drawbacks are that although screen always displays players hand value, the winning hand value isnt always obvious during fast action. Additionally, all tournaments are sit and go. This is disappointing. Otherwise, an excellent game.

Excellent App for practicing Texas Holdem or just playing for fun. We enjoyed playing it very much.
We have all of the Texas Hold em apps downloaded onto our iPhone and we do play some of the others sometimes but this app is by far the best for TEXAS Holdem. The algorithm is constantly fresh so you dont get the same cards every 40-5-0 hands, which some of the other apps have issues with. Its easy to navigate and when you click on the app to play you dont have to cut through a ton of contests and prizes and adds which you have to do with all the other apps. This one has none of that.
Game is enjoyable without purchasing chips. Easy-going casual poker game. Not the greatest app ever created, but nothing terrible to complain about.

Ive loved this app for long time but there is a handful of cheaters playing 2 and even 3 accounts at same table. The app used to monitor this and try and stop it. That no longer happens and we see the poker players slowly leaving. Few years back this app was booming with 4 full servers now only 1 and its mostly empty. Other poker sites are getting your business and it wont get better til you get rid of the double and triple sitters. There is also 1 player in particular that seems to know what Turn and river card is coming. His name is le quack and by way he bets and wins so quickly Id say he was a computer programmer of some sort. Im expert at poker and nobody can win that fast consistently as he does playing hands with seemingly bad draws that hit far too often.
One of the better poker Apps , its fun n simple to use better than Zinga n pokerist by far.

The bots are ruining the game. All they do is go all in.
Chips are too expensive to replenish. People would buy much more if costs were cut in half. You are making a poor business decision. Be in it for the marathon, not the sprint.
We love poker, and this app is super fun! Pretty cheap chips and easy on the eyes. However, every time we enter a game at some point the game will take up to 3 minutes to load what happened and sometimes itll just boot us out of our seat after we bet, making us lose our chips and our seat. Before you say its because we ran out of chips, no. No we did not run out of chip, Ill have 300 chips, only bet 9 and boom, Im out.
Ive been playing this game for a short time! A friend and we were talking about the game and he told us he gets bonus chips daily, however we do not. We wonder what gives with that.

Best poker game online. We've been playing for many years. Recently our player keeps freezing. The rest of the table seems to be operating fine. Then we're kicked out. Seems like always with the best hand too. At first we thought it was something to do with our tablet, but it was happening on our iPhone also. Different profiles. We deleted the app and reinstalled it, losing all mt chips that we've accumulated. But this didn't solve it. What can we do.
Keep loosing our game in the middle of the game online why is this.
Loved this app the first couple years but now it keeps kicking us off the table. We can play maybe three to four hand and then it wont let us bet or check and just exits us from the table. Very frustrating!! Have no idea why this just now started happening and dont know how to fix it, but cant play it any longer.

Its a great game when its not being rigged.
We have played this app for years and it was always our favorite. Until this past year. We play daily, sometimes multiple times daily. We like the app for its simplicitylogin, play poker with real people, no frills. Easy enough. But something went wrong with the last bug fix they did a year ago. The algorithm is way off! It does not shuffle properly, LITERALLY! We just played and, as happens most days now, we get the exact same pockets sometimes 3 and 4 hands in a row. Then, the same winning hand comes out on board: 2 pair – winner always having a high full house. All for consecutive hands, repeatedly and daily. We think its time for a new bug fix! Until then, Ill check this one for an update; Im willing to give it another try (again, we do enjoy the simplicity) but we will be switching to another app for now.
Real Money Poker pop-ups are aggravating.
Its generally a fun and user friendly way to pass time and play poker. With that said, it seems like the cards come out in a manner to promote action and not super random.
We prefer the way it was a year ago, we dont like the new format. It feels like we are actually buying chips with our own money. Theres a stand up feature that is been deleted, we dont like this format at all.

There a good reason this is free.
This is NOT a game based on random odds. Its based off the players that spend money to buy chips having the greater odds. If you elect not to spend money, you will never get a winning hand. Those that buy chips instead of earn them, will win 75% of the time. We have played several matches to test this theory. Its not fair randomized draw play. This game started off as a great game to play folks from around the world. Real people. But Im done with this app. Unless youre willing to put in your money, dont expect to win. Ever! Been using this app for years. Loved it! But recently (last month) the game has become unstable. Not responding to commands locking up and kicking you out without rhyme or reason. Its all everyone playing the game talks about yet it has yet to be fixed.

Really? You cant give a strait/ flush every other hand. Its unrealistic. You bet all on with two kings and you lose to a suited 6,7 who, for some reason, go all in. And get a flush. Unrealistic odds. Favoritism to payers. Very far from realism.
Just updated the game and now you are required to buy in to play a game. Been playing this game for years. No more. Deleting it.
Biggest scam we ever seen absolute garbage.
The game has no mechanisms to allow you to protect yourself from abuse or harassment! You cant block another player from following you and stalking you. You cant keep them from watching you anonymously while you play either! Its very dangerous! Very very dangerous! Do not play this game.
We decided to finally try this app; no way does this platform use honest random number generator (RNG) software. People who pay clearly win more. We played/watched 1000 hands to the end and kept track. Over half those games were won by a straight, flush, full house, or greater. This is not statistically normal! We cant tell you how many times we would have a good hand and get beat by a one number greater kicker card. We kept playing well beyond that for a while and saw the same results. Ive tried to contact customer support with zero response. Ive heard that from other players also – zero support. Aside from the recent update three months ago to fix bugs this app wasnt updated in over a year. Just another overseas scam. Dont waste your time on this app.
