Do not like the Ad break they added in.
We used to really love this game but now their is an add break every 5 mins. Its so annoying and not worth playing.
The ads in this game pop up every 24 seconds and we cant even stay focused on anything Im trying to do bc an ad will pop up and it takes away all your creative freedom and thought process. Please remove the ads. Its so ridiculous and obnoxious. No one watches them. Youre going to lose so many players bc of it.
The game is fun if you like farming and production games. It is fun to get decorations and develop your town if you like organizing your buildings and creating an aesthetic look when designing your town. Never got a reponse from developers when we had an issue that is still unresolved. The game had weird glitches sometimes but we can still play around them. The ads were optional to get some stuff, but now they are forced upon you, so we are still deciding whether we will put up with them or quit.
Have to Go- or youll lose a ton of players.
We were enjoying the game until the latest update. We were content to choose to watch the ads we wanted to, and we watched dozens per day. However in the new update, the ads are no longer optional and once they start popping up they continue to disrupt our thought processes every 3 minutes. If the subscription price to remove adds was a reasonable we may have paid it, but $4.99 per week is nearly the same price as a TV subscription. Insidious. Sorry to lose a game we enjoyed.
We really enjoy not being forced to watch them..you actually get a choice.
This is a fun game, but theres literally NO support for it. If you run into any issuestoo bad. Contact support? An AI bot gets back to you and fixes NOTHING. Ive had a couple things in the game literally frozen, not progressing for about a year. Support is USELESS.
Pay to play just isnt fun. It takes the fun out of the game.
We enjoy playing the game, but after almost every update you release the app freezes every time we play. Its super frustrating and think you should conduct proper UAT before you release an update into production. Theres really no point in releasing a production package if it does the exact opposite of what its intended to do.
It is a little overwhelming for the intro but good when you get a hang of it.
This is more like a SIM city type of game rather than an updated version of the original Oregon trail from the 80s also its way too hard to build when you are trying to build to obtain the max amount of people in population in order to build another establishment thats necessary to fulfill orders and the farm is ridiculously hard to upgrade given that we barely get bricks we get locks and tar buckets in abundance it makes the gaming experience a little boring other wise the mini games are fun and we overall enjoy the game honestly Im upset we have to restart because our game didnt transfer to our new phone but all is good we will restart now thank you.
We absolutely love this game, OBSESSED. However we havent been able to play it for the past 4-5 days because it only loads to 93% and wont open up for us.
Those of us were played for a long time have already completed all of the challenges at City Hall, weve done all the puzzles on the Oregon Trail, and weve completed all the collections museum. Maybe if you updated those you would keep the players who have played for a long time.
Once you build all buildings and production ones what is left to dothey need to add more.
We have contacted support and they are no help, they just say they will look into to it. This used to be a fun game to play but now it seems like it freezes up or has a lot of glitches in it. There hasnt been an update to the app in over a month. Cannot make in app purchases on the trail pass or if you can make an in app purchase it doesnt give you the item you purchased. It was a fun game to play but there are a lot of glitches and we have to close the app and restart it several times because it freezes up.
We have reached level 70 and for the last month the clan button is gone. We were paying to play with the trail pass, but without the clan its pointless and you cant compete. The mini event games are always chickens now and the game lost variety. We contacted customer service with no resolution.
Ok. Heres our gripe. Ive noticed this over the last year but Im finally speaking up. Last night over 10 hours ago we manufactured a medical splint in the pharmacy. We just checked it to send a wagon and it has 1 hour and 19 minutes left. This has happened weekly for a year with multiple items Im waiting for. This is making us not want to play this game OR spend any money on it. The steamboats are atrocious too. Waiting for items and the time never moves. Please fix this ASAP. Otherwise we love this game, but stealing our time and not giving us what we need when we need it is crazy.
The only bad thing is amount of time for things to be made no ads at all very fun tells you what happened on the trail to very fun game.
Do not like the use of the word Clan. Especially considering the time were talking about in the game other than that though we like the game as a newer model to the one we used to play in school but we also feel the concept of the game changed were your building your own town instead of actually making decisions along the trail.
Bought the trail pass, charged but did not go thru in the game. Contacted support thru game, attached pictures dont show up. Still waiting for it to be fixed.
Once we got to level 21 it froze and the button to get challenge prize wont work so it stayed stuck on that screen but it was a fun game.
Unable to play due to recent update with an event going that wont let us go past tap to continue when explaining that you need to earn points. Other wise super fun game would love to enjoy it.
The game is fine can be addicting. But the population growth issue is a big one. You cant built production/city buildings without a bigger population which you add by building living spaces but at a certain point it stops letting you add any altogether. The town just cant grow anymore and there are no other ways to grow the population.
This game is OKAY but we experienced TONS OF LAG AND GLITCH. AND we just started playing yesterday!!!! The lag and glitch happen and we cant even click on anything on the screen!! Would not recommend if your looking for a fun and relaxing game. Other than that its pretty good.
We have removed and redownloaded the game multiple times. It keeps freezing on us. We want to play but this is irritating.
Doesnt award 1st place prize after a competition. This happened more than once. Not worth the effort to win but otherwise a fun little game.
We spend most of our time micro managing storage because the game gives you so little space while at the same time giving you items you dont really need at the moment so it just sits there taking up space and reducing your game experience.
Game will not load. Try to open it for the past 2 days and it will not load. Stays at zero percent.
We enjoy playing this game however, please fix the chicken frenzy glitch. More than one person, along with ourselves has reported the inability to tap on them while running. Its frustrating when you take time to wait for it only to not be able to participate.

Loved the game but it will no longer load past 21%, this has been ongoing for over two weeks. From other reviews Im seeing we will lose all our progress so we guess its on to something else.
Multiple times a year this game will not open. It gets stuck loading and no matter how many times you force close the app and try again it just gets stuck. The game otherwise if fun(when it loads).
Discovered this app on our Android phone, but it has a really small screen so we wanted to use it on the iPad. But it keeps freezing when loading – sometimes it wont load for days, and every time the issue starts, it freezes at a different percentage – this time around its stuck at zero! Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting, two different locations and 2 different wifi networks. Checked for updates, made sure theres still lots of space on the device. Ive tried leaving it open for DAYS hoping it would eventually load. And we agree, there are too many catch 22s. Cant harvest supplies because the barn is full, but need to gather supplies to expand the barn. And have to give settlers things Im not even allowed to build the buildings for yet. Not very logical.
Okay so yeah, the glitches are getting too consistent and cant work around them. We cant even log in right now and neither can anyone on the fb group Im in.. Super lame when you actually do the clan comps because now were probably going to miss a whole day. These mini bugs need to be fixed or youre going to lose valued users.
Is a good game. Keeps you busy and its fun. But is very buggy. Right now it wont let us play or fulfill the tasks. Every time we open certain areas of the game it crashes (the museum area) So it needs work definitely.
Definitely not like the old school Oregon Trail, but great game to pass the time. The only thing is, that chicken frenzy game is so glitchy. It sometimes doesnt even start when its supposed to. And it currently froze our gameplay, with that new miners event. We cant tap anything to continue.
This is a very fun game! However, there are a lot of ads and the game has quite a few bugs/glitches. Another thing, it asks you to develop items that dont come until you level up or grow the town further. Kind of frustrating, but we think the developers did great.
The game is actually super fun and the ads are well placed but you could play slowly without spending much money. Our only complaint is that this game is so buggy its often unplayable. For example, the steamboats will arrive when theyre not supposed to or youll be missing one completely, or the wagons sent to Oregon will freeze and wont let you select anything or close out. At this moment, we cant open the app without some bug happening and forcing us to stop playing for a while.
We thought this would be a fun game to play in our spare time. For the most part it is. However the time it takes to complete products and grow things takes way too long. There are a lot of glitches when you return to the main screen and it has trouble loading sometimes.
Its a fun game if it didnt glitch every 5 mins. We deleted the game after playing for a month. Due to the glitches it makes you loose coins, dollars, prizes, and food.. It got too annoying. It freezes up as you are collecting items and closes you out of the app. We could never get in to the museum as it closes you out of the app as soon it uploads.
Once we hit level 8, some championship thing popped up, told us click to continue game is frozen. Ive been seeing reviews go back months about how its buggy, why is this game STILL buggy? And developers have responded to those reviews.
Game is constantly lagging causing it to freeze. Only been playing it for a few days now, really want to like it, but its so glitchy. All the menus disappear and have to click on farm land to bring it back.
Once we opened up the trading post section, it froze as soon as it was opened. Now for 3 days when we try to open the app it takes us immediately to trading post and freezes. Was a good game until then. Now if we try to uninstall and install Ill probably have to start all the way over.
We would have liked this game more if the text wasnt so small. We live in Oregon and would have liked to read the facts that we see in game but the writing is just too small. Unfortunately we have to uninstall as squinting just to play isnt fun. -Disappointed in Oregon.
We started playing this a week ago and Im very invested its a really fun game but since the update they just did we havent been able to load into our game and there is a event currently going on requiring us to harvest materials. Very upset that we cant log on to participate in this event. Game has been really fun but fix these errors please because we havent had any issues loading into till this game was updated and now we cant even get in.
This is a super fun game and we really enjoyed it, for one day. On the first day we started we had to spend right $4.99 just to keep playing. But after that, we were not willing to spend our own money to play a game on day two because we were unable to upgrade our barn that quickly we were not able to continue playing the game. So unfortunately not worth it.
We're a new comer to this game just downloaded it today. We're starting to like it, because we like games like this but there is some weird bugs going on, like glitching an having to tap on our screen multiple times for the surrounding items on the outer corners to pop back up. Wish it could be fixed. Could have great gameplay.
Cant get past the current event with augustus other then that seems fun so far.
Best game ever we have for long long time. We grew up since 11 years old.
