“The game mixes realism and surrealism to create a story that can cause just as much laughter as fear. A-” – Just Adventure

“Has its moments of laughter and sheer horror to excite any avid gamer who loves a good narrative. 9/10 ” – BagoGames

A serial killer is terrorizing the streets of Victorian London, and private investigator Sydney Emerson has hit a new low between finding lost dogs and receiving alleyway beatings. A turn of events sees Sydney forgoing his selfish nature and thrusting himself into perilous and increasingly surreal situations, treading a fine line between dreams and reality.

Explore the foggy streets of Victorian London in all its decadence and depravity, searching the slums, taverns, brothels and even Sydney’s abstract dreamscapes for clues, while meeting a host of interesting, insane and eccentrically British characters along the way.

We found this while poking around on the AppStore and bought it on a whim. If you knew us youd realize this is something we never do, but something about the game spoke to us. We are so happy we did. Its really an underrated gem. The story could so easily be clich, but the dialogue and the characterization lift it far above other games with similar subject matter. The controls are a wee bit finicky, but not nearly enough to detract from the rest of the experience. We hope the developer is able to finish the story. It deserves to be told.

Well done! Very talented developer.

Story of a PI who ends up trying to solve a murder investigation. No problems to speak of but we did notice if we clicked on an item in inventory and left it open and went back to the game that it seemed we froze up a few times. No game loss. Game has auto save. After trial and error we found that if we clicked on another hot spot that it released it. Not sure if it was us or the game. We saw no one else mention this. Okay then, it was a cute story which left you hanging on for Act 2. As we see that was 2 years ago well lets just say we wont hold our breath for Act 2. If there was another Act- Id purchase it within a reasonable time frame. Played on IPad Pro.

We really enjoyed this game! The story, the characters, the humor! But now we need the next chapter. Please continue….. We are left hanging and wanting more of the story!

It was much longer then we expected and we were happily surprised. The graphics look vintage but not so pixilated that it’s hard to see and nauseating to look at (as we’ve seen in other games that missed the mark). We throughly enjoyed the entire play through. This is definitely in our top 5 point and click adventure games, and there aren’t nearly enough out there on iOS and even fewer that are really good. This is really good. We couldn’t put it down and was anxious to see what would happen next. We’re anxiously awaiting act 2 now!! Bravo on a great game! No complaints here. The only thing that could possibly improve this well put together adventure would be the addition of voice acting. We have to admit we thought to myself a few times how fun it would be to hear them speak in the accents of the area and lingo of the time. Something to hope for in the future perhaps. You have earned a fan in us and we can’t wait to purchase act 2, so hurry up! Lol.

We really liked this game. We just need the next one so we can find the killer! We hope it doesn’t take forever.

Thank you an amazing game. We played through it 3 times already and still enjoy it. How much longer for the second episode?

This does not seem to be a point and click adventure game, as it says in the description. We tried playing it for 15 minutes, and its nothing but looooong boring dialogue. It may become an actual game eventually, but we’ve lost all interest and cant take anymore clicking through stupid dialogue. Deleted and requesting a refund.
