How is it that this game wants you to research some thing in 300 weeks?? Am we wrong here? But you guys need to drop that.
They offer very small amount of gold for incentives in tournaments but is not a drop in the bucket of what you need for upgrading or training or anything else at that. Maybe enough to keep a shield on. But to achieve the goals in the tournaments, you would likely need to spend money.
Without any warning, our shield disappeared during the night and we lost all our troops and resources. When we contacted customer support, they were unwilling to assist, blaming us for not reading pop-up notes which we never received. All they want is for you to spend money on their packages.
The game starts out well it's somewhat engaging just upgrading buildings but after a day you realize things start to ramp up really really quick. Upgrades start to take hours then days which is standard but then they start to take a week and you think oh we're near maxing things out but no You just see the week counter increase and increase. At palace level 25 the upgrade to level 26 takes over 260 weeks a year is 56 weeks you cannot progress in this game without buying boosts and the game makes this very very clear by offering a lot of items and gold for cheap right off the bat but as you are forced to use it to progress at all they show you packs that cost double if not triple the starting packs for 1/10th the value it's extremely annoying and we will not spend $20 for 3million gold after getting 20million gold for $5 we're not that stupid. We will play to help friends but we will not play to win because the only way to do that is to pay.
We lost our phone on this account and cant get on our new phone we spent a lot of money on this account and would hate to lose it.
Experience lag and multiple glitches while playing game. Developers need to put more time into fixing these issues.
A member of our order was accused of cheating during Dominion and her account has been blocked. The game alleged that her account was an alt account set up to score points for another order. Her account is not an alt. She has been a longtime player, spends a ton of money. When she ask how the game came to that conclusion, she received no explanation and was told that the decision was final. No actual proof of the alleged wrongdoing on her part was produced to support the accusations or the irrevocable decision. Not good customer service when someone spends money and is accused of wrongdoing without explanation or proof. No opportunity to defend against the accusations. The terms of use are so vague that only the game can interpret the terms as it sees fit without any recourse from the players other than to quit, after paying to play.
Just beware that you can invest hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars into this game and they can ban you for basically any reason. Their terms of use are so vague that they can ban or limit your play for whatever they want without providing proof or means of recourse.
Been playing for years but since there latest update we can no longer get on game with just our phone service we have to be on WiFi. Makes it difficult to check in while working or away from internet.
Plarium has charged us over $200 for ingame purchases that we didnt make 10/10 would NOT recommend.
This game is great. They are not stingy with rewarding players. The wars with the orders is interesting. Players are able to jump kingdoms and play with players from other kingdoms/servers. The rewards are very helpful with leveling up quickly. They have learned from the games in the past which makes it the best game yet.
So sorry to have played this game for a few yrs now and spent a few 1000k more then we should have. Always believed if you enjoy a game and pay ingame developers would make it better. But not so with Plarium as there are a gambling co., not to worried about putting out a good product. Im currently a top 50 player out of 10,000 players. And now sorry for time and money wasted. All we can do is warn others to move on to a different game. ENJOYED PLANTSIDE 2. May revisit. Take care all. And be warned.
Plarium just deleted our review where we disclosed the nasty marketing strategies they employ to engage their marketing game in the game process, by having their employees play the game to sckew the participation scores. Players also discovered that XD and BW Russian based orders have close connections to the game writers that allows those high paying orders to exploit cheats. Plarium will not fix the exploit, and will refuse to admit their existence. And please shove your response : please contact support, we already did and you did nothing to fix the exploit that allows xd and bw orders to cheat on the events by hiding marches. We screenshoted this review, in case if you decide to delete it again. What an outrageous and deceptive marketing strategy. We are Not paying you a dime untill you fix the exploits.

We just asked Plarium why is it you cant take more than 300 million of each resource with you when going to a new kingdom. Their answer was that its all to do with math and mathematical equations. BS. If they had answered its all to do with them acquiring more $, that would have been at least an honest answer, but to baffle us with BS is their MO. Come on Plarium, at least be honest with us and just try to be a little more customer friendly, because your answers of avoiding our questions, shows lack of integrity.
Ive seen shield drops, players lose everything and its never the games fault. Two week shield and it drops on its own. Killing apostates and getting runes takes forever and a day. Too many coincidences in this game Ill stay away.
This game often crashes during new updates . Be prepared to get kicked out of the game while you launch an attack or participate in a raid. Kiss your troops goodbye if it happens to you during the Dominion events. LoL Plarium likes to reply check your internet connection. When All they have to do is check they social media and how many players cant log in after a new update or try to play the game after a new update and see complaints there about not be able to log on. Plarium dont try checking your "internet connection", your servers and check to how traffic is going in them.
DO NOT play this game because it will require thousands to even enjoy the game. Better spend this money on something else but not on this boring game. Dev will answer same thing every time yes, its free and you can play and have strategy no you are not!!!!! At first its fun but than it will require insane amount of resources and troops which you will need to buy and it will not end just $20 or $1000 you will spend $10000 easy and guess what its so not worth! Find another game or get PS4 or PC games instead so much more fun.
Pay to win. Casual players waste their time and dont have a chance. Dont waste your time. Cash cow needs to taken out back.
Better then terminator and other games.
In order to compete in the game you will need to make purchases, which makes sense. The game was not developed as a charitable exercise. What is unacceptable is that Plarium doesnt provide information about most of the games mechanics or features. It is as though the game is designed to make you waste what you purchase, and Plariums customer service provides no remedy for wasted items due to their ambiguous language, faulty game design, misleading instruction, or software glitches.
The cost of your packs are ridiculous we would spend a lot more money if the bang was more worth the buck but its not and as soon as you purchase one it gets even worse so you actually lose a lot of money on us and many more that we know of so you need to offer much more in the packs or reduce the cost of the ones you are already offering. But dont reduce the amount of items and raise the cost thats stupid and partly why you have dead kingdoms and a lot of dead bigger cities 100s of them. You should also consider merging some of the dead kingdoms and after 365 days of being inactive any palace under level 15 you should destroy and delete its wasting space and memory for the game.
We like this game a lot. We also have put in a pretty large chunk of money into it. Some small stuff we wish would be different with game play. The upgrade times after lvl 20 is very ridiculous. Weeks! Even months!! Thats insane. And when we buy a pack we use almost half of those boosts to finish that upgrade and then theres a lot more with that same wait time.
Unable to access game after last update around 3-10-2019. Sent e-mail requesting assistance, all we got back was a generic response that did not work. Tech support is lousy and of little help.
Excellent game only issue on our end is that doesnt work on our ipad 2nd generation and it has a IOS higher than 7.0.
Just started playing. Game seems final far.
Ive lost 2 different accounts trying to back them up. Thats money lost, if you know what we mean.
We see many have the same issue today and support claiming they warn about future updates? We got no warning. We havent been able to access on our PC account, on our IPhone account, or our iPad account all day… No internet problem at all, but game says there no connection.. Wrote support but they take over a day to respond and usual a few days to solve if ever. Ive had issues where after loading resources to the citadel the game lost connection and resources gone and support did nothing but tried to blame us or another team member… Resources dont just disappear and when used in the Citadel it creates something.. No team members can take out, but this does resemble they type of support they respond with the most. All in all we regret the investment now as the game is inaccessible and the customer support is flustering at best. Youd think the kind of crazy money they charge youd get quality service, but youd of thought wrong.
Wont let us restore our previous account when trying to log in through Game Center.

This is one of the best Games that Ive ever played in our entire life. We highly recommend it to anyone who likes medieval stuff. Sorry about mid evil. We love this game so much, and the players are really nice to you sometimes. Again one of the best games Ive ever played our entire life. Just amazing.
We were on our computer when we started the game. We signed into the game with our Facebook account. When we went to do the same with our phone it said it couldnt find us. Love the game but will give 5 stars when this issue can be fixed.
We probably play too much, but Ive invested quite a few dollars into it. Even if you dont spend a dime (you will) on packs, the game creators are pretty generous with gifts and bonuses. With a little commitment, you can advance pretty fast and become a formidable player within your kingdom. It doesnt take long to learn the system and thankfully its not overly cluttered. Graphics are good and overall, the game runs smoothly. Ive corresponded with Plarium and theyve always responded well within a reasonable timeframe. Im looking forward to seeing what new expansions they devise in future versions.
