Please fix the app resolution, it used to be better before.
In your faq section on the website it says you can adjust the volume of sfx and music. We find the sound effects too loud and we feel like it takes away from the experience. Other than that the game is pretty good.

They delet our account without warning when we try to solve login problem, Supost solve our hidden character and GM BOLKAR not solve our problem, he just delet our character.

On ios 13 the app doesnt work as expected. We need a fix pls . Now we cant play tibiame because it keeps crash and wont log in.
This is NOT Tibia, its similar however its not what you would get on the PC. Also the questing system is broken, plenty of server disconnections and only two of the areas are accessible for free. Everything else costs money. This is a Waste of time!
The game has so many bug and erros. It is a game pay to win. Definitely a Waste of time.

Was stoked to play tibia again. We used to play the crap out of this game when we were younger. So we downloaded the app, made a character and… Disconnected from server 5 times in a row after taking about two steps each time…. Sad really.
We downloaded the game and it just stays on the connect to login server screen.

Hey we realy love your game but it have a lag issue but about the weopon. You should add a new power like water,light,darkness,physical and solar And about a characters you should add summoner and archer you know This is realy important If you stayed alive do what we said In 2016 do that From Louy.
Tibia best game ever on pc and mobile !
We like the game so far, but you should make new things like new characters and something that will not make the game boring. Then the attack animations anything like that. We would like to make you like make the sword in your character. You know like when you are using your energy sword then it would be look like you are holding an energy sword. That would be exciting. We’ll be looking forward for that.
This game is one of the best. We’ve played this game for like 8 years and we still have not explored everything. Great game.

We were playing with a friend and he has a blackberry 9900 Soo cool we want him to to be as strong as Mee like Lvl 1000 make Lvl infinity more monsters make still that we can all play as Famliy . Please don’t mess this up It Very Cool . For Kids and adults .
When we were logging in, well successfully we were able to walk around and with a couple steps it said disconnected from server. We think this is weird cuz our Wifi is very good, if this is a bug pls fix this.
It is fun but we think internet to this game with iphone is poor, we always had a lagg and please wait pop up everytime. That annoyed us and make it boring to play. On adroid it is all good no probs.

It is an ok game but could improve we know it would not be like the pc game but we at least wanted all 4 vocations and spells.
You send us game codes saying the game needs us. Then if we try to put the game code in, exactly the way your website says to, it tries to charge us money?!?!?
Can’t add attributes so we’re stuck with low level skills. Causes us to die facing medium monsters. And you lose an entire level when you die. Such a terrible game.

Good game, but after you invest a lot of time playing you finally realize you will need to start paying to explore any further. We would have payed a one time fee to buy it, but this platinum purchase crap is for the birds. No thanks. Next game.
Besides these old comments we downloaded this game on our iPad and it actually works there’s Alitalia bit of people playing but we hope more come after seeing this, lol it’s actually not bad kinda like a classic runescape. Just make sure to go in world 5.
We love the game. We are Pryu level 54 wiz on world 18. We guess the app is down? Went down for maitnence at the usual time and it has been off for nearly 12 hours please fix.
The app is stuck on "connect to logon server" and this is with downloading the app for the first time and clicking on it to even start to play it. Fix the app.
