We are never going to buy Oprahs magic weight loss gummies. Not this game, not next game and not the game after that. Not tomorrows game or next weeks game. Not ever. And yet between every one of them we are subjected to the same ad. Just stop. Stop showing the same thing over and over and over again. Love the game and would give it five stars and we would hate to stop playing because of Oprah.
Tile Journey is our favorite game! We are drawn to it everyday for several rounds of the game. Im having trouble with the timed games and reach a certain score. We know its new challenges people want. However, our brain isnt very fast. That is our only complaint and otherwise its the Best.

We love this app!! However, this last month we have to sign in every time we close it out. Its frustrating.
Please get the advertisements off the screen. They stay on way too long. We have been playing this game for a long time. Im almost at 7000 games ,plus all the events and its getting ridiculous. We have complained about this many times and it keeps happening. Ridiculous.

Three times now while competing in the Mothers Day event this game has gotten hung up, slid yellow prize tiles out of sight behind other picture tiles for no credit, and simple refused to send yellow tiles down to the rack. O matter how many times we tap them. This messes up our count and our score and slows our progress PLUS if we go out of the game and come back in again we get to enjoy yet another ridiculous advertisement for a lame game. We enjoy the game but this just hasnt been fair.
We love playing this game with the many more events that are now being added. Were not having to wait weeks for an event to come along. It is much appreciated.
Love this game, playing a lot. You can play absolutely free, if you have patience to watch ads. Some are long, yes, but you can deep breathe 3 times or look far away for your eye health and its time to play again. Recently we have a problem with turning tiles, especially golden ones. We think its a bug. The tiles are completely visible but cannot be turned. Sometimes the game finishes while there still are titles on the screen. Please fix ASAP.

We loved this game but Ive noticed that the long ads that you cannot exit out of but have to let play out are much more often. We find ourselves just closing the app and reopening to avoid them. Its gotten ridiculous.
We love this game, but as of this morning the app will not open. It just reverts to our Home Screen with all our icons. We have over 38,000 coins, and am currently ranked 1st in the race game. We dont want to delete the app because Im afraid Ill lose our coins and progress, correct? If we could get the app to open it would definitely be a five star review.
We like this app. Relaxing to play. Would be nice if you could challenge other players. A challenge would have to be an option you chose since mandating it would have older players blowing up 4 year olds fun time. LoL. We are reaching our limit for wanting to continue to play because it does get boring after awhile.

This is kind of sad for us. Last year Tile Journey just would not load. It was one of our two favorite games. We contacted you to fix it on your end, and you did. We dont remember the exact icon, but the 2021 became a grapefruit with 2022 overlaying it. Well, here we are at the end of 2022, and once again Tile Journey will not open. Just immediately flips back to the wall where all our icons are. We decided to delete and reinstall it even though it would mean losing years of gameplay. We like the game that much. Well guess what. We reinstalled it, and it still wont open. What is the point of having a game that can only be played for a year? We ask, because this is the second year this has happened to us. Both times in mid December. Update: Here it is 2023 and once again Im deleting and reinstalling. Like the game. Love the graphics. But it only plays well for a year. After that its almost impossible to load, or play more than a level or two at the most before it kicks out. Oh well.

We love this game! We love that theres no timer and theres no lives. We can just play as long as we want. The events are also enjoyable with the different types of levels. When Im feeling anxious and just need to busy our mind we play this game. We purchased no adds because we play so much! This is one game we will ever delete off our phone.
Tile Journey is a wonderful challenging game. It is very addicting, but thats okay.
We love this game and Id play it for hours a day. But one day a few weeks ago it just stopped loading. All that comes up is METAJOY and then nothing. We dont want to delete the app and reinstall it because Ill lose all our progress. Otherwise Id give this app a 5 stars.
Have played this game for last year and at the 1600 levels it becomes so ridiculously impossible it forces you to either use all your rewards or watch an ad repeatedly in order to complete each level!. Too bad because this was a fun and relaxing game; now its just pointless! Bye bye Tile Journey.
Get rid of the Time ad with Oprah Winfrey. PLEASE!! It causes the game to freeze and either you have to wait hours before it will unfreeze or delete the game and start over. PLEASE.

Having issues since the update. Our phone gets really hot and the battery drains so we cant play more than a few rounds. And also the star tournament disappeared while we were playing. Now it wont come back. Was enjoying the game a lot before the update though we like how there are so many backgrounds and tiles to choose from.
We enjoy this game a great deal. The tiles are very fun and the levels are challenging as you progress. The different bonus games are also a nice touch. We love the revive feature and the replay feature. Our biggest complaint is a series of misleading weight loss ads permitted by the developers of this game. Aside from the untruthful claims made – this is a game that is played by children as indicated in the age rating as well. We wish that the developer would take into consideration that this is not appropriate advertising on this game and consider it more carefully before allowing future businesses to advertise on this platform as well.
It is often difficult to get past the advertisements. One in particular, about a weight loss gummie, reverts to something about Opras magic pill and the only way out is to shut down the app. Very frustrating.
Paying for ad free did nothing to stop the endless added. Trying now to get a refund. Im so over the endless lying ads.
We paid 6.99 for app have been playing no issues until yesterday. We won an event did not get points and now cannot access events or getting rewards etc. Reached out to customer service several times with no help paid and now cant play game.
This has many of the attributes of Zen Match, without all the annoying needs to continue to buy more coins and lives to keep playing. While there are options to make those purchases, you dont have to, and you can still keep playing the same level over and over until you move on. We could play this for hours.
Just like all the tile games. Matching three gets impossible. Im done trying to find one that is good.
This game is a great relief as it is not rigged to require player to constantly pay for this or that to continue the game.

Literally takes longer to go through ads than game play. Id even pay to skip them; but after 3minutes of trial ads and 20 seconds of game time!? Not feeling it! Make your intro period a little longer before you chunk MEGA-LONG-SPAM at people thats lasts 45seconds each before you can dismiss! Also, there was an ad we literally could not get to dismiss. Every button we tried was just a download now.
We love this game and have been playing it pretty regularly, but Ive noticed issues with the special event games. The Valentines event, we completed all 300 levels and received all the prizes, but once the event was over we got a big notification that said Sorry this event is over and you did not complete all the levels. ButI haddays earlier. This time for the Easter event we completed 300 levels, there is an option to continue to level 301, but anytime we click it it is just a blank screen and we have to close out the whole app to get anything back. It shows that we have not completed the event but there is no possible way to advance. Love the game, but the events are proving to be a waste of time.
Several days ago this game just went completely black. Cant get anything to come up. Hate to delete and start over as we has reached very high level.
We have spent so much money on this game on our iPad because it just randomly has a black screen and wont load. Its been like this for days. The last time it did this, we deleted and reinstalled it. We did not get back ANY of the tiles sets that we have bought, or the 100+ levels of the bunny hunt we completed the first time. Now Ive completed 100+ of the bunny hunt AGAIN and it has the black screen of death AGAIN.
Going to delete. We can pay to remove ads, but you dont say if its a 1 time fee, weekly, or what. Ads with misspelled words telling us our IQ is whatever, makeover games with stupid soap opera plots, and the horrible pregnant lady & child in peril games. Gross, stupid & annoying. We are new to this kind of game and after being ripped off by another one we decided to look for a similar game to see if impossible levels were normal or we just had bad luck on our first experience with these. Well, after playing almost 900 levels on Tile Journey we can say this is THE one. It is fun, with many events to earn extra coins, a very extense collection of tiles you can purchase with your coins and with no tricks. Our only small complaint is that there is no ad free version and some advertisers are just plain annoying, but hey, developers have to earn their well deserved money and if watching ads is what it takes to enjoy this game Im up for it. We just love this game.

Love that there isnt lives, lots of coins available and they arent constantly encouraging you to spend money.
You can stop ads after every level after 5 seconds but the game itself becomes very hard to pass levels and make matches to win and you either have to watch a full ad or use coins to continue. We could understand once in awhile but it becomes every level after awhile.
Im trying to reach 10,000, Im at 7300. We reach the 30 stars and have not collected the rewards it stays at 7300, we probably could have reached at least 8000 by now but it does not advance. Whats the problem.

Like this challenge a lot because it allows a bit of pre-planning. Im not in it for any coins, awards or rankings just the visual challenge.
