We got to 3k+ games, played over a year. Updated to 18.7.2 and it would not open; just sat there. We restarted our iPad, didnt work. We deleted the app since we have everything backed up to iCloud, re-installed it and now we are back to the beginning. To say Im irritated is putting it mildly.

Do we love this game? Yes. Its a casual game we enjoy playing while watching a show, in the background. Or when Im bored. Or when we need a break. But that danger starts when the need for a dopamine hit arises. This game is def made for ppl craving dopamine. Im embarrassed to say how much Ive spent on this game, yo achieve hay next hit. Im writing this review to confess and be fine with it. We would have happily continued playing and paying, except lately, for the last 2 months, the game refused to let us buy thr least expensive coins to continue that game. Shameful. And then we realized the free coins are just available at their will. So Im done. Im going cold turkey. No one will care! But we feel like a junkie thats getting off this dopamine carousel ride. Buyers, gamers, beware.
This game starts off good but you soon realize its stacked against anyone playing for free. The levels get so hard you have to play like 29 times to clear it. Then they give you a few items to use and throw in a super hard level. We have wasted too much time on this game.
Free rewards are not rewarding! Ive played over 1100 levels, and suddenly the 7 free rewards that appear after progress and time just generate a message saying Oops, the short video is not ready. Also, our ability to give lives when requested is simply frozennothing happens! Very frustrating.
Totally agree with Biggie Smalls mom. Great game but every time we help with lives it wont let us give a life and it keeps saying There are some errors. It also wont let us claim coins when our teammate buys a match pass. So we dont earn coins for helping. Alsothe cost of purchasing coins. Im all for helping to pay the creators of the game but $19.99 and $29.99 for coins? Really? You would make a ton of money if you just lowered the cost as hundreds or even thousands would be willing to pay $1.99 – $6.99 in order to pass a tough level. Think about thatthe current model just doesnt add up. Thanks.
It let us update this morning. Halloween theme page opens but the game still wont load and open. Very frustrating.
We love this game. We used to be able to watch short videos and collect coins and other things. But we guess since we are at level 2199 we no longer have that option . Which is now a downer for us.
The free rewards feature has not worked for a week because the first video will not start. Disappointing – Id think you would want to fix it.
Free Rewards Failure. The free rewards have not worked for three days. Tapping claim simply gives the video not ready message. Very frustrating.
Love the game. Dont upgrade to 4.8.6. It locks up after one play. Support fixed it once but it didnt last. Join a team that will help you understand the levels. They are great.
Love it! We just posted a review that should have been on another game. Our apologies! Tile Match 3D is fun but should increase coins. They were more in the past.
Whenever a Luminess ad runs, there is no way to close the ad and continue playing. There is no countdown clock, and no matter how long you wait there is no way to continue playing. We usually have to turn our device off but then it happens all over again.
The only thing we would like to see different, when you screw up, show us the final screen, how did we screw up? We know we filled up the hopper, but what did we pick wrong.

The game is fun but recently a glitch wont allow us to touch certain items and then pulls a random one from the other side of the screen. We dont want to start over by reloading Ive been playing for over a year but it ruins so many games for us by forcing us to run out of room and lose a life. It might be to annoying to deal with of not fixed soon. Response: not to much clicking it happens at the beginning of the level and wont let us click the upper left corner. Take accountability for your own game glitches. This has nothing to do with players.

This game is really fun its challenging, games and theres so many levels.
Why do you use Jesus Christ as a depiction when youre trying to make weekend sales? We like the game been playing for a few years now but its always bothered us looking at the depiction of Jesus in your game. Why do you do that? Its insulting we believe to our Lord Jesus. Its actually uncomfortable.
After 184 consecutive daily rewards, we would think the daily rewards would incrementally increase. We are sad to report this is not the case. We kept waiting and hoping some specific milestone would shower us with a basketful of goodies but we still only receive, at most, a couple helps. So what is our incentive for faithful play? We would also like to point out that if you want us to like you, 10 coins is NOT going to encourage us to do so.
The game is addictively fun. But what is the benefit of running out of lives and being locked out for a certain prescribed period of time? Like Im in time out!?!? Im not going to pay for more lives. So give it up. We understand the need for ads. So when Im out of lives, force us to watch an ad. But dont lock us out. It just makes us go play a different game. Doesnt seem like that benefits anyone. Also, lose the 2-3 minute ads of Royal Kingdom. If we havent downloaded that game after 30 seconds, Im never going to download it. Two to three minutes of an ad is ridiculous.
We do love the game but the annoying bra ads are too much. Constantly showing the same ads over and over. Ill do ads but not the same ones over and over. And we dont need new bras.
We dont know how many times Ive bought coins, but they always seem to double or triple the amount of money they take out of our account and theres been a couple times. We havent even received the coins and when we call Apple, they say theres nothing they can do so we will no longer buy coins.

We submitted a request to Support several days ago and explained the problem but have not received a followup. We are therefore thoroughly disappointed. Can you assist us? We enjoy this game, and got it through fetch. We were supposed to receive fetch points, but the game has frozen at level 28 and we are not receiving any additional points. We have reached out to fetch. And they gave us some points. We are at a level over 450 and am disappointed that we are not earning additional points under fetch . We have reached out to fetch, but the problem has not been fixed.
Engaging and challenging. Some challenges are silly. The music pinball is mediocre at best. Come onmake it actually work like a pinball. Add some variety and make it not just give out more than single digit rewards 90% of the time on either end of the scoreboard every time the user shoots out the pinball out regardless of pressure. Theres nothing fun or challenging about this part of the game.
This game is fun and still challengingthe best thing is no ads.
We download the game because from the advertising whats about this game was showing find matching whats on the shelf but why the matching games showing something else.
We really thank the developer for creating this game but we have a question. Well a few..we know you can't be the developer of those corny ads that keep stopping our game, even when we pause the game we are forced to look at another video of a man holding a container of vaginal product in front of a female's open legs. We mean come on, how distasteful is that? Granted we are a female player, do male players get the same unwanted ads? Then we get other ads about women talking about their cheesy sex life or how their sexual body parts perform. We really don't care to hear about that we're a born again Christian and none of that is an interest to us. Please stop them!! If we have to see ads, can it be about biblical things now that we wouldn't mind, thanks.
We love that the game isn't interrupted by ads. Yes they try to get you to purchase bonuses but it doesn't interrupt the game play.
We have encountered a problem when asking for lives! It shows up on the recipients board. But not on the others chat board. Or it will say an error has occurred. Please address this problem.
We pay for the monthly extras. We occasionally will grab your lowest available purchase offer for more coins. YOU NEED TO ADD another, LOWER price point. You are losing revenue because we will not spend $7.99 to pick up the last one or two items. That is almost the same cost as the monthly and its dumb. ALSO: a way to communicate about these matters should be in Ap. Otherwise: we love this game and am embarrassingly far in levels :).
Very challenging and hard to put down.
We are missing a member and we think she is not able to get back into our group. She is at level 22900 and was having glitches in the game, can you possibly reset her and allow us to remove inactive members so we have room again? She would not just quit.
This game is fun, and addictive. Our only negative is you can choose to buy a weekend offer of coins for .99 cents, but you get charged the full amount of 7.99. If you pay that but only get the coin amount for .99 cents, thats not a bargain. Reported it, but no refund of the difference in price, and no increase of coins we paid for.
Trying to help someone reload this game on their phone and resume playing where they left off at. They do not want to start playing from the beginning.
We can play every game on silent, and dont hear any music or any game sounds. Except for this game. We should be able to mute our phone, with sound turned on and hear nothing. This game doesnt follow those rules and is quite annoying. Other than that, game play is good.
Love the game, as it is nice brain-numbing activity. However, when we hit level 300 it went from no ads to an ad after every single level. And if you hit pause on a game, you have to sit through another ad just to continue your game. Some ads are shorter and give you the option to pass on after 5 seconds or so, but we have had to sit through ads as long as two minutes. Would be great if there was an ad-free option.
App not giving us the proper passed level points! Many times shows as a failed game level, but Ive passed atleast 20 times! Ive updated our App and it is still not working properly.
We liked this game. However just today it started putting an ad in every time the screen changed. We will not play a game that has us looking at ads every two or three minutes.
Im at level 34,000+ right now. We dont have the mini games shown in the App Store (does anyone?), but what we do have is fun and we enjoy the team chat area and team competitions where you work together to get treasure chests. There are also individual and team monthly competitions with special jeweled frames as prizes. What we dont like is that part of our team (and likely a portion of folks on other teams) have a Beta testing version and are playing different games with different prizes and it is not a fair competition especially when competing with other teams. We should all be playing the same game!! Game support is normally amazing and responsive, but not on the Beta testing issue which has been going on for months. Basically its just tough luck. When will it end.
By far the best 3D match app out there.
This game is super addicting and fun. We enjoy it most of the time. It has a couple things that make us want to quit. Im almost to level 1000, and we have spent about $5 in the game only recently. Eventually some of the levels are so difficult they near impossible if you dont have any boosts. We can rock through levels when we have the bonus stuff for winning in a row but once you lose once, you lose every boost or advantage you had. There are no opportunities to earn coins or boosts other ways. There is 1 daily reward, so you could try to rack those up to pass one level. The effort isnt worth the payoff. Once you get into higher levels there are also a TON of levels not marked as hard or super hard that are CLEARLY as hard if not harder than the marked ones. Whats the point in the designation? It seems shady because if you dont know its going to be more challenging you cant plan your boosts. Pretty unfair to general players. Its very strategically setup to get you to spend $. People will want to keep playing and maybe even spend more money if they dont feel they are being cheated. Thanks.
Originally sold to as a line drawing puzzle, that aspect of the game was barely a side note and passed by almost immediately HOWEVERits still our favorite phone game and play it daily. The potion bit is pretty lame though*.
There are a lot of things to enjoy about this game, but one thing that has occurred frequently is we will have collected two items and when we click on the third, the first two that we already have collected disappear. This always happens when we are very close to completing a level. Its been going on long enough that if it had been a bug, it shouldve been fixed long ago so we really believe its deliberate programming to prevent us from completing a level without using additional resources. We just physically watched it happen yet again and have now deleted the game because building a cheat into the program like that is unacceptable.
This was a great game. Then there was a recent update. Now after every game you play, there is an annoying commercial. This is super irritating and interrupts the flow of play. You cannot get rid of these. We are so annoyed, we are now giving this game up. Its a shame because we really enjoyed it.
For a game that advertises as 4+, imagine our frustration for repeatedly getting ads to improve our orgasms and sexual function. Not cool.
We've tried a few times to get to a level or a game that matches the promotional games. It never reaches the matching games shown. Very disappointing. We've finally deleted the game. We may try again. Maybe not.
We actually started playing this game solely for the points that fetch rewards to u! But we love playing this game! It keeps us interested and we cant get enough of it. Lol!!! And we like that some levels will randomly be super hard while others a little easier! If we had any suggestions for improvement at all, we would say this tho.it would be great if there were more options for purchasing coins in the shopping! And also would be super great if there more ways to earn free coins! And sometimes would be good to change up the pics to match up with different themes.
