Community Insight:
We just started playing this game and Im already in love! The birds are so cute and the music is actually really catchy and charming. HOWEVER, one thing that did bother us is that the bios of the birds dont list of WHAT KIND OF BIRD it is. That made us kinda sad, because Im genuinely interested to know what kinds of birds these are. If the game developers could add that on the next update it would make the game a lot better and more educational.
Ill start with a Pro Tip: for those of you like us coming from Neko Atsume, we did notice a distinct difference in the food feature. In Neko, when you place the free basic cat food, it seems to last FOREVER compared the free breadstick counterpart in this game. If youre putting breadsticks out and keep missing the birds, even just the veggie sticks seem to have a much longer active timeframe and attract more birds so youre very likely to see them. We know this sort of tiered food stuff was also in Neko (using more in-game currency gets you better in-game results) but its A LOT more noticeable in Tori Note. We thought this was a flaw at first, but we think it has to do with the musical aspect of this game; it seems to help keep the instruments/sounds you hear from the birds fresh and varied while not becoming repetitive and potentially annoying. That being said, if we had anything to say to the developer for improvements, we would say that making the duration of the basic breadsticks longer would be helpful and more enjoyable to most players! We play this as an adult, but we think for kids especially, theyre more likely to want to save their feathers for in-game items and toys to place in the environment, and may get too discouraged by the basic breadsticks not working as well as the higher options even when they place cool stuff in their yard. All that being said though Im very nostalgic for Neko Atsume, and we love both birds and music, so we were very happy to learn of this games existence and it did not disappoint! We have very few games on our mobile devices (Im more of a console gamer) but Ill for sure be playing this for as long as its supported and more! Its a great game on its own but also an excellent expansion on what Neko Atsume started and Id recommend it to just about anyone looking for an app to just chill with. :) And thank you so much Hit-Point for working on these games for so long.
Its a good game but can feel repetitive. The concerts are a little confusing to host, and it takes a bit to get the rainbow feathers.
Its cute but for some reason you cant open the character tab to see the descriptions of each bird.
Was working until we updated it 2 days ago. Now we cant get any info on the birds. Kept showing new update available and when we click on it nothing happens.
Our app automatically updated today. The Characters Picture Album no longer opens, and some of the characters can no longer be clicked on. We also lost some character photos. A patch for these issues would make us very happy. Thank you.

We absolutely love this game, there is a wide variety of birds that you can take pictures of and always exiting to see what new bird that is at our forrest!!! It makes new music every time that you get a new bird and what is cool is that you can get new songs to try with different birds. Its not very complicated but that does not take away from the fun of the game, we recommend tapping the little sparrow and turning off conducting so you can get a different picture like with the bird sleeping or something different. You do have to be patient though for new birds to come but it doesnt take too long :) If you like cute games you will love this game.
We love love love this game as someone whos been playing Neko atsume for almost 10 years now. Our only complaint is the rate that you get rainbow feathers. Its way slower than getting gold fish in neko atsume and they cost 500 regular feathers for ONE single rainbow one. Almost all of the cool items, songs, stages, anything cost rainbow feathers so shouldnt they be given out more? We feed our birds an array of foods and we feed them multiple times a day and its been 4 days in a row we havent gotten 1 rainbow feather from them.
As a veteran neko atsume player and music person we love this game. We do wish that the little steelpan thing we get to play was based on A rather than C to match the background music so it would be a little easier to play alongthat or make the background music in C. Its fine since its chromatic so its still possible to play in key, but it would be convenient to have Do as the note in the middle and stuff :).
Only nitpick is that after a few days or so, the character menu stops working completely. We dont know how to fix it without deleting the game.
Im really enjoying this app. Our only complaint is that app has no sound. The settings show that sound is on, but no sound is being produced. Its kinda hard to enjoy an app with birds playing music when the sound isnt working.
We love playing this game! All of the birds are very cute and we love checking in on them. There are no ads unless you want to watch one for rewards, and the music selection is very nice. We will say that some of the birds take a LONG TIME to show up though. It'd be nice if there were a system that could attract specific ones! Also, all of the music in this game seems to follow a very specific patternpiccolo, oboe, xylophone, etc get the melody, flute harmonizes with the piccolo, etc. We think it'd be cool if there was music that gave the melody to different instruments instead. All in all great game though! Very relaxing and we don't get bored of it.
We love this game soooo much but we have a few suggestions. Please lower the costs of items we the game. Its hard enough to get feathers already, also tjs game would be fun in VR, like how you made Neko atsume into a VR game.
Lovely voice, all of the songs were mixed, representing different birds, we love them so much! Because city birds are hard to see, they are too shy, this game makes us happy, it remains us of the real birds :).

We just got the new Snow Town and new birds and now we lost our progress.
We love Neko Atsume so we decided to give this game a try as well. We really enjoy it, but imo its not as fun as Neko Atsume. Its the same premise, but the food runs out so quickly and barely any birds show up, even when we put down premium food, and because so little birds show up, we barely make any in-game money back. Ill leave the game for a few hours only to come back and see that only 2 birds ever came. We feel like Neko Atsume is more balanced and if the devs could maybe increase the amount of birds that show up Id probably enjoy it a lot more.
We have been a Neko atsume fan for years and it wasnt until the other day we had seen they made Tori note, and omg we love this game. It has the collector feel that neko astume does as well as the camera and album feature. The characters are adorable and each have their own personalities. We love the music feature it makes the game extremely special we cant wait for more birds and goodies.
We downloaded this game on a whim. We had been playing another one of Hit Points games for years, called Neko Atsume. We figured this one would be similar, and we were not disappointed! This game is really cute and doesnt require much effort. However, we do wish there was a few more things. We think it would be nice to have more birds, and maybe allow them to be in different poses. But, we understand the different poses would be hard to do, as they are playing instruments. We also would like to have a way to get a few extra rainbow feathers than what the birds give once they leave, since furniture and food is pretty costly. Those are just small things we hope for in the future, but overall, we love this game! Thank you Hit Point, keep up the good work.
This game is just perfect its very simple, but everything feels achievable with patience even when playing without paying. The ads are optional and unobtrusive. The music and birds are so adorable. We love this app because it helps us have something quick and neutral to do when waiting around and never feels like its pressuring or becoming addictive. We cant wait for them to add more perches and birds.
This game is amazing, and yes this is for the casual gamer, and we still enjoy it even though we play fast paced, interactive FPS games. Fun game about getting birds to come to your yard, then seeing what melodies they can create together. There are a few bugs, such as the game not reloading when you open it sometimes, causing the same birds to be there forever (just fully shutdown the app and open it again to fix it) we think the game should be more interactive, Like how one reviewer for a similar game Neko Atsume (great game btw) suggested being able to interact with the cats, like petting them, maybe giving them a bath, etc.
We love birds, and am a long-time fan of your cat-collector game Neko Atsume. We really want to enjoy this similar game involving musical birds. (Thank you for translating it for English-speaking players!) However, Tori Note seems really unbalanced in regards to how quickly the food drains (even the free stick biscuits option), how barely any birds show up, and for such a small amount of time. We keep on missing certain birds, even when checking in pretty frequently. The toys and special foods in the shop are extremely expensive in comparison to how little feathers the birds leave (especially regarding the rainbow feathers, which are way too difficult to accumulate). This is a big problem with the game that restricts a lot of fun. We love the different kinds of birds and how animated they are with their musical instruments (though we havent seen many), and how their bios tell a lot about them – can you add what particular species each bird character is? But Tori Note just isnt as fun as Neko Atsume, which was way more balanced when it came to food duration, how long the cats stayed in the yard, and how much in-game currency the cats left, especially gold fish used to purchase the special cat toys. Bird toys and fancy foods are WAY too expensive for how little feathers are given by the visitors. Can you please fix this game to make it more balanced, like Neko Atsume.

If you like birds, music, and cute things, then stop reading reviews and get this game!!! We LOVE this! We have been playing Neko Atsume for quite a while, and we still love it! But this game This game is amazing. We love that you can play along with the birds on a tongue drum! We also love the variety of the instruments. When we log on, we have no idea what the music will sound like, because there are a lot of combinations! We do have some suggestions though. We would LOVE to see some more furniture added to the game! Neko Atsume has so much in it, that this game does feel a little lacking in that area! We would also love to see more birds to collect, and maybe even a territory expansion for when there is more furniture! Also, the rainbow feathers seem a little hard to collect harder than the golden fish in Neko Atsume this normally wouldnt be a problem, as that is the special currency, but most of the furniture you can buy is quite expensive. (Again, probably because there isnt that much of it) It would also be fun to see the birds interact with the furniture in more ways. (when they are not all playing their instruments that is. They kind of just stand there) Real birds love to play with things such as bells and swings. Love this game so much! Looking forward to any future updates.
Love the birds! Very cute!!! Something Id like is to know what species each bird is maybe near where their instrument is? And expanded space like neko atsume but honestly Id enjoy it like this for a long time.
As a long time fan of this genre (been playing games like neko atsume for years) we are very happy to add this to our collection. When we first saw it say sound based game we wasn't sure, since we usually play our games on silent. However just spent the past twenty minutes trying to jam out with our bird friends coming to visit! Highly recommend, we predict actually knowing our birds instrument in real life in the future.
We adore this game!! We just wish there were more furniture options and A L O T more birds.
Its literally neko atsume but with singing birds.
Same formula as their Neko Atsume title but better because borbs playing music, and birbs > cats. There needs to be more birds and furniture, similar to their Neko Atsume title. In addition, unlocking furniture feels like its going to take a long time. We dont recall Neko Atsume feeling this grindy.
We put out food, leave the game. We come back later and the food is empty, It tells us that birds have visited, but there arent any there, theyve already left we guess. But they left feathers at least. So we use those feathers to get more food, set it out, leave and come back, there are no birds, just evidence that they were there and left. There is no gameplay. There is no music other than the regular background music. The only time we were able to do anything was during the tutorial, and the one time we used a whistle for one bird, that of course left once we closed the app. We have come back after a short amount of time, and Ive come back after a longer time. No matter when we come back its the same. We dont get the point of this game.
Lemme just say, this game is so cute and we love the music ive played neko atsume for years and im so happy to see game like it but with music and birds we only have one thing we dont like. There isnt many character or items, which makes sense because its a new game. We cant wait for more characters to come out, we think adding a character or two who play brass instruments would be cute (unless there already is, we havent unlocked all of the characters yet) since we play a brass instument. Or maybe a bird like an emu or a penguin (again, if there already is, im sorry because we have not unlocked all of the characters yet). LOVE THIS GAME!! But can the perch actually be usable by the birds? The description even says birds of any size can ride on it, but they all just stand in front of it when in use.

The attention to detail in the animations, and the delight you get in hearing different combinations of instruments, makes this a wonderful game. This game is extremely respectful in its use of in-game purchases. You can buy them but they are never required or pushed on the user.

This game is so cute and calming. When we saw the reviews and 5 stars. We had to check it out. As we were playing it was exactly how the reviews said it was like. Our personal favorite part is the little birds that comes over and play an instrument. We 100% recommend this game to anyone who likes birds, music and cute games.
Im so far loving this game! We love the style and the whole theme of it. Very cute and simple, just like Neko Atsume, which we had completed a while back, so Im already loving the new things to do. One thing that is probably super minor and probably unnecessary, but we noticed theres a small gap/sliver between the animation of Hatman. Im honestly really looking forward to more updates and cool things! Already loving it.

Im pretty sure we didnt miss anything in the game, but its so difficult to get feathers and especially rainbow feathers, and there are like no items in shop to get for the birds, even so most of the items cost rainbow feathers which like we said are impossible to get we also hope they will add a mute button soon What we mean is you can click on a bird to mute it while the others play cuz sometimes we just wanna listen to the music of a new bird we just got but we can barely hear it due to the others Game is good but definitely needs some improvements.
We love this game so much. It is such a cute game and it is so fun to play. Im so glad that hit point released another game just like Nekoatsume because we kept on looking for games like this and we couldnt find any so finally they came out with a game that we enjoy and it doesnt have any bugs so far so its a really good game and we recommend it. As a long time player of Neko Atsume, we love these kinds of games. Its so nice to see little birds gather and play different instruments! Cant wait to see future updates.
