Tower of Hanoi-Pro is a Education/Puzzle/Board game from Jinguk Hong, first launched in 12th May 2011.
It’s rated 4+ and currently has 12+ ratings on the App Store.
What Makes Tower of Hanoi-Pro Stand Out
The Tower of Hanoi is a mathematical game or puzzle.
It consists of three rods, and a number of disks of different sizes which can slide onto any rod.
The puzzle starts with the disks in a neat stack in ascending order of size on one rod, the smallest at the top, thus making a conical shape.
The objective of the puzzle is to move the entire stack to the red rod, obeying the following rules:
-
Only one disk may be moved at a time.
-
Each move consists of taking the upper disk from one of the rods and sliding it onto another rod, on top of the other disks that may already be present on that rod.
-
No disk may be placed on top of a smaller disk.
This Education game offers engaging gameplay and regular updates for mobile players.

Community Insight:
Just installed to try to stimulate our brain. Disguised free app with ads that covers the play area of the screen making it necessary to click on the ads. Horrible do not support them.
This looks SUPER boring but it's not it's alot of fun.
Just like the classic. Very good if you want a challenging puzzle or to learn the basics of recursion.
This app doesn't even feel like you're using an iPhone. It's really bad. The interface is not nice, but the worst thing is the response. It's slow. It doesn't respond. You move a disk and you have to wait a little to see if it understood what you meant. Usually doesn't. The experience is really bad. Feels like a bad java game. To make it worse, you can only practice it. "Competing" and sending your score to the rankings, requires paying. Or training over and over until you collect enought coins. There are many other (free!) Hanoi alternatives out there, skip this one.
Do yourself a favor an get HANOI instead. We're all for making money but a free app should be just that and not disguised as a way to get you to go outside the confines of the Apple environment to get you to pay for additional features. If they are going to redirect they should have free or lite in the title. The worst part of this version of Hanoi Tower is that the disks look like a Disney cartoon and they do not move as you drag them to a pole to place them. It's almost 2012 and this is goofy that it can't be accomplished by the developer. Just get the free app simply title Hanoi. It's much better. This is garbage and costs too much even if it is free. We wouldn't keep it if they paid us the $0.99.
The classic Towers of Hanoi puzzle at its best. App runs great. Good user interface.
