Community Insight:
Fun game but cant go anywhere without the developers increasing how to get energy. We can only play the game for about 5 minutes and that is including having to watch a lot of videos to get a small amount of energy. They need to do much better.
Ive played a lot of survival games. This concept is a good one but the need to keep refilling your energy is ridiculous. We have no issues with the game concept but you get 45-60 energy and it costs 3-15 energy to clear something along a path. So clear 5-6 items out of 20 and its a constant energy drain and wait.
Liked this game but all the ads ate up too much of our iPad memory. To the point that we would tap on something and nothing would happen. Then our iPad would freeze up. Not worth the frustration anymore.
Great game honestly, however we think you should take away the fact you need energy to complete a task, it gets old quick to the point we rather delete the game.
We understand you want to make money. You also have a game with so much potential and is fun if you put TOO much money into this game, but you limiting players so much via energy and then having an expensive pay to play mechanics is going to cause so much irritation and have an insane turnover rate on players. Again you have a great product and an amazing concept to stand out from the rest of the similar games, but youre limiting players so much, youre hurting yourselves in the process.
Good game but take so long to get tasks done.
We can play no problem on our iPhone, but on our iPad the game glitches and most of the time wont load. So we tried to delete the game and reinstall, but then we had to start all over in the game even though we thought we saved our place in Facebook. Needless to say we are very frustrated. We really do enjoy the game, nut also would like it on our iPad to see things a little better.
We really like this game but it keep crashing. Then when we follow the suggestions it deletes all our progress. It first even give us an option to log back in with our gamer id.
Awesome game to play to pass the time.
You have limited energy that last for about 1 to 2 minutes of game play then you have to wait an hour to replenish. Graphics are great, story line is great but the waiting part really tests our patience.
Great starting out but then not so great we dont understand the way the creators do math was 600 hp higher and still lost. Not worth the aggravation.
Game is fun but it only gives you 45 energy max? That means you log in and literally do 3-5 actions and thats it. Hope they fix this.
The game itself is interesting but too expensive for energy refills. Youre out of energy before you even start to accumulate resources.
The first level fun! You start off with 300 energy points! The second level cool. The fact the developers only allow 45 energy points is annoying! You can only clear between 3-4 things as you attempt to clear the level. You get 15 minutes offline and thats it. They offer upto two hours of offline resources for 7.99 a week a week. Not worth the cost! Im giving two stars as the concept is cool.
Fun game, great way to kill time.
The the adventure And keeps us wanting to play.
Fun game just need to give more that 45 energy.
Absolute awesome game, cant put it down 10/10.
Just started playing but so far we like it.
Fun to play. Great to kill time as you have time between errands.
Been playing this game for a long time and still havent gotten tired from it yet.
Needs work but all in all a great game.
We are enjoying this game. The game developers have put together a game with building, strategizing and character development. Theres so much to do and keep you entertained. We do wish the energy levels were higher but thats because its easy to burn through the 45 that you have. There are small energy packs around the different locations that you can claim and it helps.
Its a shame that when you watch a preview, and the game isnt what the preview shows, but you say why not and give it a try,and then they drop their ads in your face to BUY stuff, and then stop you from progressing cause of some bull$hit thing as ENERGY,would be cool to play a game that didnt stop you from playing for only 5 min cause they cant design a game that you need resources..and then require you to use ENERGYwhat a waste of a designtake out the ENERGY..and let players progress according to the story line.
Try any other survival game first, and heres why we say that. So, we think this game has a lot of potential. Its like a lot of other survival games in premise but its SO hard to play! Apparently the characters need naps endlessly, night when everyone has to rest happens on a weird and very short schedule. The actions needed to play the game require a lot of energy, and you guessed it, you dont get a huge amount so you can either not play for long periods of time while your characters energy recharges or you can buy more! It could be a fun game but honestly just too many hurdles and interruptions to game play for us to get engaged with the storyline, and its so obviously a pay to play it turned us off. If you want our money get us involved, give us the opportunity to actually get a feel for the game.
2.5 stars. We really like the story and the gameplay, but you cant progress very far bc of the energy limit. We think it would be a better balance if the energy was increased to 100. Bc of the limited energy of 45, it feels like you have to spend money to even progress. And the free energy thats provided in hidden areas, you have to spend about that much energy to get it. Plus to only get 15 min of resources while offline is really annoying. Even if you purchase to get 2hr of offline resources ($6.99), it only lasts for 7 days; we think it would be more fair if it was made permanent after the purchase. We feel that this whole game is just a money grab, and it detracts from our enjoyment of it. Im inclined to uninstall until changes are made.
We really want to like this game, but the energy system is broken. It takes a lot of energy to clear the map, but you only store enough for three large energy tasks at a time. We are not enjoying logging in every 30 mins to see the notice that we only collected 15 mins worth of resources and having an energy meter only 2/3s filled. The story elements are repetitive and its frustrating to have to collect 100s of resources 35 units at a time. Energy utilization needs to be entirely rethought in this game and needs to allow enough activity to make us feel that Im playing a game. As it stands now, we log in to do a couple mins worth of tasks then its back to waiting. This is an idle game that missed the part about idle progression. We havent seen enough in the game to warrant paying money yet. 15 mins worth of resource storage while off line is a joke and a waste of time.
Its fun but its 45 units of energy. Thats three little things basically to clear areas. Its designed to make them money. It forces you to spend on rubies to buy energy. Game is fun. But the money grab infuriates us.
The gameplay and story elements are all interesting and well done but , unfortunately, you dont get to see a whole lot of it because of the energy cap. You get 50 energy and it costs 1015 energy to clear each trash pile. So youre clearing 4 piles per login when it takes like 30 piles to get enough materials just to complete one journal task.
Hey, Ive really enjoyed this game. Ive been playing it for sometime now. We love the style the gameplay the little mysteries on uncovering signs and fire barrels, all satisfying but we do have a slight problem at first you have all this energy and then you find out that 45 is your max so you get far but then it disappears really fast. The game gives you gems to spend more on energy to be honest with you. Im saving up for the 1000 energy because how fast it goes. But using energy for combat kind of feels like a steel thats not fair. Dont make this game feel like a grind because grinding games are not fun at all . Thank you.
Love that they have mini events in the game but they never give you enough time to complete them we feel like even is you put money into the game you still have no time to complete the events game needs to make sure event last at last a week not 48 hours.
Gameplay and story are good, but it was done by very greedy and incompetent developers. Several events cannot be done without paying for every step, to much to do and very little energy. Chunk of functionality can disappear for several weeks and then return, useless support answer week later that if something missing it means they removed it. Upgrade heroes takes eternity or insane amount of money because 1 paid upgrade gives you 0.01% of experience you need. And after latest upgrade it stoped running and stuck on 38% loading. Big regret spending money on this game.
Great story and characters. But be prepared to wait weeks to level up your characters to successfully fight and kill the monsters.
We like the concept of the game and we get that these companies need to make money but as soon as you stop spending this game slows way down. Like to a crawl. We spent too much that is on us but now that we stopped spending cant even advance in the story.
Great overall game just needs bit more free bonuses.
Game play would be more enjoyable if the VERY limited energy you have didnt vanish so quickly causing you to leave and come back later for 2 mins of play time before starting the cycle over.
Unique, interesting game. So much possibility. Quickly becomes about $$$. Stingy with energy refills. If you want more energy, its behind a paywall. Seems to be the trend with newer app games. Im over it.
This game costs energy to do things and you only get 45 energy max unless you buy the subscription to get 90 energy. Each obstacle takes 5-30energy PER obstacle. Game is unplayable with these energy limits and costs. Arena is broken, its not real people, yes, they are ALL bots. We win every single fight because we have a lvl 75 character and yet we cant get anywhere near top 100 because of the arena ticket limit, yet the top 100 on the leaderboard are all way above us with generic (not real) names.
The game is fun but the lack of energy ruins it you need energy to do anything in this game so your constantly waiting.
The creator of this game should not be stingy with rewards. They should give us unlimited energy and also unlimited gems and stars so that we could make our heroes our characters level up easier. Otherwise, this game is amazing. Its helping people to get back on their feet giving them hope because thats what this world needs hope.
One of kind game with a great campaign. Its frustrating that they focused their development efforts into boring arena and mini challenges instead of developing initial storyline.
Ive been enjoying the game a lot and when you find energy along the way it helps a little, but without any of those available, you run out of energy after only 3/4 actions. Most of these games have a max energy of 100.
Its a fun game however..out of all the games Ive played this is definitely by far the worst money grab one. Very little you can do without spending money, a lot of money. Starts at the second scene. Energy levels run out with 3 clicks.
Interesting game but waiting on new city to open up and starting over with all resources is that great. Just think when you put a game out like this it should be complete not waiting for update for the next level all the time.
Takes way too long to get the stars to go up levels. For a while we were getting 1 killing per box. Now we get 250K. Why go backwards.
The game is fun, but we dont like having to spend money in order to complete missions. Also, Ive reached as far as we can go in the game and have been waiting months for the next location. So Im stuck at the moment.
Fun game but energy level is a joke. Can spend about 5 minutes playing without purchasing something. Again fun but just a money trap.
Initially, we really liked it. We got through the first couple of levels no problem. We did spend money to upgrade heros, etc. But then we moved on to the 3rd level (Clarion River) and we got stuck. Like stuck stuck. The game says we have to do one thing, but we cant do it until we do something else. Its so confusing and we see no way around it at the moment. Seems kinda pointless or a money grab.
If you have hundreds of dollars to spend and like advancing very slowly, this game is for you. The story is engaging at least.
The energy balance on this game is comically bad, which is too bad because the art and story line are great. We can play for like 30 seconds every half hour or so. Even if we spent money it would only buy us another few minutes of game play, so.no. And then they have timed side quests in the middle of that? Lol.
