Our husband and we decided to download this and try it out for our kids; who love screen time. We have an 8yo and a 6yo and they love this. They started out playing the battles of David and have since moved on to some of the other games. Both our husband and we enjoy it too and really like that it does get progressively harder as you continue through the games. The kids like to try and race their dad through a particular level of the game and beat him to the finish line.
Its fine but if it was us, we would make some changes.
This app is really great. This app is really good. We dont know what to say but this app is really good. We like it because all the stuff because Benjamin and Lucas and stuff so Benjamin can like fight time stuffing.
Some games are really fun, but others are a tad glitchy or the pixels look old and blurry. The feature to create new profiles for the kids does not work. It just duplicates the same profile over and over. Hopefully they can fix this with time because Im super grateful this app exists.
We were supposed to receive a free trial of 7 days and instead we were charged 69$ with the whole year not good at all.

STILL KICKS ME OUTmy phones not big enough too power this app and Im sad. This game would be really fun if it would work for our small phone you need too make it where you can play it with any type of phone if you dont get what Im saying then tell us. Thanks.
We have a year subscription that we are not able to access for some reason. We are not going to repay for one. We have emailed multiple times to support but no feedback. The app is great for kids but it is not working properly.
The app continues to glitch even after we have updated it. Our son loves this app, but the glitching it definitely a problem.
It is SO RARE that a gaming company cares about kids and their good upbringing AND makes fun and quality content. Ethical gaming companies need as much support as possible! The more people support good and faithful content, the more it can be made.
The concept is good and the games are fun but every five minutes it glitches we have to get out of the app and then it loses our progress please fix this. And can you please add a game about Adam and Eve. Thank you.
We let our son play this and he said "why does it need 70 dollars" on the David game he lost tickets when doing the tutorial. We dont know if we want to pay 13 dollars-70 dollars to have a child play games.
We were excited to try this as a good solution for our kids gaming addiction however as a single mom we just cant afford another subscription. :(.
Please review as the sound is not playing in app. We tried deleting app and reinstalling and still no sound. We also turned up the sound in the app and on our iPhone.

Downloaded the app, subscribed for our kids to play but none of the games will load.
Several of the games dont seem to be working well. The ones we were able to play seem neat and engaging for our 10 year old. For the price its disappointing that there are so many glitches. Hoping these get ironed out before the annual renewal.
The first two games didnt work. The play button didnt work on the Ava one. The lion sword word one would go straight to a black screen after loading. The next game we tried to help our son with was the little flame. Far too hard for him. Wouldve been nice if the scripture at the beginning of each try was narrated audibly, as he cant read yet. The last we tried was the leap of faith one. No scripture or godly narrative/correlation being narrated to the bug jumping up the branches. Maybe Ill give it a try in the future once some of the bugs and glitches are addressed. We dont want our son playing inappropriate games so this seemed awesome. We just dont want to have to sit here and read him everything on screen as we were hoping he could independently get into gods word in a way.
Kinda expensive for a child game. There not even any free games to play just free trials. Deleted it right away.
Im interested in seeing what this is all about. It says free trial, but you cant do the free trial without signing up for a subscription. How is that free? We dont even know if the games will be appropriate for the children or if they will be fun. We thought that was the purpose of a free trial so that you can see what the games are, etc. Im confused.
Downloaded the app today it ask for birthyear then that as far as we were able to log in. It kept going back to the Home Screen.
Downloaded app. Saw it had in-app purchases, Im cool with that. Entered basic requested info. Then hit with having to sign up for free trial before we can play for our kids. Deleted.
Our family really loves these games. We have one complaint. Stained glass is great and we enjoy the challenge of it. However, level 8 on Sarah is ruining the game for us. Its impossible. Ive played it over 100 times and am unable to solve it or move on. Its discouraging and ruining the game for us. Im also out of helps and cant get any more since we cant move on.
This game is tons of fun and engaging for our son. We typically feel like a bad parent during iPad time but when hes playing Truplay we know that hes learning about god. Really good excited for future updates.

We love and respect the idea behind this, and we hope that with time it will achieve what it promises to become. But with such a limited selection, and plenty of annoying, game stopping bugs, $12.99/month is a high price to pay to be a beta tester for their platform. Game is not for Christians its filled with witchcraft do not download for your kids.

Came here through an add saying. No charges, no ads, no in-app purchases no subscription. First thing we gotta do is get either a monthly or yearly subscription. Other than that. You cant use the app.
Nice idea, but audio doesnt work for iPhone or iPad.
We made a mistake on the email used for subscription so they told us to uninstall and redo it. Now it says it is tied to another account so we cannot use the app even though we paid for the year. We are waiting to hear back from them.
Fun game, just wish that the audio worked. Using a 6th generation IPad and it wont play audio.
Great game for the first week free; however once it charged our card it will not link up and work. Cant play any of the games, it says subscription required, we press on restore purchases, and nothing works. Ive deleted and redownloaded. It said when we redownloaded that it looks like our device is already linked to a subscription. Sign in, and same thing. Cant play any games because it says subscription is required. GRR. Frustrating. We hope you can fix this issue, your games were very fun.
Disappointing to show that we get 3 month free access to TruPlay and when we accept it, we gotta pay for almost every single game, if not, for all. Deleting it.
It doesnt feel right that its advertised as a no in app purchase game but theres still a subscription you need to purchase to have full access.
Seems pretty neat but you cant even test it before you subscribe to it. Not one game is free until you subscribe so you dont get to do anything.
Lots of disgruntled reviewers about paying and saying its somehow not Christlike, but Christlike would be supporting a Christian company for providing an outlet we can trust when so many others are trying to rot our kids brains and hearts. Customer service is also very helpful and kind.

Our kids loved this app! We were so happy to find a Christian app for our kids to enjoy. We had gotten a free year trial from someone on TikTok. Our year has now come to an end and we dont have the money to continue the subscription so we went to cancel our subscription. The website will not let our click on the manage subscription tab. We went to account settings and STILL it will not let us interact with the manage subscription tab there either. We have contacted support twice and still no response. We cant afford for another yearly subscription to come out of our pocket and all because the company wont get back to us or even just fix their website so we can cancel. This is our first ever review on any app. That is how frustrated and disappointed we are. People need to be able to cancel their subscription whenever they would like. This is absolutely ridiculous. If they dont let us cancel our subscription in time, we better get our money back if they charge us. What a bummer.
The idea is great, but shouldn't expect families to pay a $70 subscription for each child. We don't mean to sound rude but that doesn't seem Christian like. We understand you have to charge a fee and we're okay with that. We will gladly pay so you can continue to improve the platform, but having us pay a substitute for each person in our household seems unreasonable. We will be canceling our subscription before the 7 day free trial. If you change this to Family Sharing we might consider it.
But u have to pay in order for u to actually play the games.
Needs game controller compatibility.
We heard about this app on TBN news so we wanted to try it. Once we got on it we found out it is not free. We think the description needs to be honest and let whoever downloads it know that there is a $70 annual subscription rate. The games might be beautiful and edifying but we really don't like how there was nothing in the description in the App Store telling us we had to pay money first and how much we would have to pay. At least if people know ahead of time they can decide if they can afford it. Just don't surprise us with a bill.
