Dont listen too the other reviewers they probably dont even know how to play the game is fun and is like building your own kingdom but for us is like building a cartel or mafia best game.
Great game add code PYIN8104 once you get it. Lots to do, just like any other GPS style game the potential is as big as your mob.
A really fun game to compete with other players around the world. Join a family to team up on players. Chat system is great. Mostly decent people to interact with. Great community.
Mobbing up Is hard work but Its a huge part of the game. Expanding your turf takes time but Is just really addicting going city to city taking over turf and becoming capo. Dont be fooled by the bad reviews.. Those are just people who played once and were too lazy to play, cheated and got banned, didnt understand how to play, or were too paranoid with a GPS based game. Just try It. Go to the forums and get help and youll do fine recommend Turf Wars 100%. Playing since 2011, fun and enjoyable even now. Recommend !!! It does take work. But after a few loot events and following the Dunn Guide, listening to advice.. You will have a good account to have lots of fun. You do NOT need to be over 40k mob. Add MRROBOT.
Yo the game knocked our influence from 8,438 to 6,889? Now we cant be capo.
Fun game with a cool gimmick to it but our invite to mob section got glitched so it now is only capital letters. :(.
Its been fun to play again after several years.
We have been on this game for nearly 9 years, and it used to be very fun for us that is until we started finding people who care nothing about other people, except for expanding their own territory by no matter what you need to make it so that active players cannot be targeted just by someone who just wants to take them out just because they cant go because they dont like them or something else. Inactive players on the other hand are free game for anyone. We have considered quitting this game because we are getting tired of just losing turf over and over and over again because people just dont seem to care about anything. But themselves they want the power of the game go to their heads. Yes, this is a war game but its now mainly more like its just a one-sided fight. Active players should be given protection to where they cannot be targeted, unless both sides agree.
You have to add mob members by their code to increase your mob size. Start by adding our code for your first mob member. Happy Turfing.
We have started playing the game since July and it has been going great. The game should start advertising on other games or apps for a revival since most turfs are inactive and make some changes Or just make a Turf Wars 2 but with the same concept and some changes and polishing, kind of like Overwatch 2.
Pretty game definitely a grind and we wish there was more achievements/ accomplishments but overall its not bad. Hard to get a mob going tbh active players are rare and we wish there was a way to get rid of old players ones that are years old.
Lack of updates with with engaging content like new equipment or new airports or events. The last one was for Brens Guns that required the possession of a rare drop(what ever. Not a huge deal) but since then then(maybe 6 months) the only other event was a cash money encouraged event that didnt increase the cost of turfs regardless of how many you bought with in a 24hour period. If you havent been playing for a long long long time its hard(not impossible) to get a large enough mob to challenge most of the larger players in large cities. After a few months we have reached about 1000 mob members and can hold our own in most of the back water towns. Overall worth playing if your ok with playing the long game.
More airports need to be added for sure. Theres not a single one for Maine, the closest one is Boston and theres no way Im turf hopping all the way to Boston. Other than that its great.
So heres the deal: we played this game back in its prime years back when we were a kid. We made a new account about a year ago, and am now level 86. We have about 673 mob members, while there are inactive players who have a LOT of turf and influence and have over 10,000-14,000 mob members and arent even active anymore and havent been for years. This game needs to do something about their players being inactive for long periods of time. Create a system that tracks if theyre still actively using the game, such as tracking if they are logged in anymore or not. It shouldnt be so hard to remove someone whose turf obstructs building opportunities and they havent been on since 2015 and cant be touched due to the high number of mob members that arent active anymore.
Ive played this game on and off recently coming back after a couple years cappoed ludlow mass for 7 years along with 3 rivers recently took ludlow back again now that Im back overall Im enjoying our experience it took slot of numbers to figure out how everything works we just wish we got some updates or at least a discord for update ideas.
We are addicted to this game! Wish we heard about it when it first came out. We love the concept of Turf Wars. We would definitely giving this game a try. But.. From the other reviews that we read about this game. The issues with the airports and loot chances should be fixed. The closet airport that game recognizes for us is about 300 miles away Which is a bummer. We havent came across any loot yet and Ive been playing for a week. Maybe the developer(s) want it to be hard to get. Who knows.
Just found out that terrorists use this game like look at syria for example it got many turfs and there are bomb logos in many places.
Why doesnt everybody have this app if the World ran on turf wars it would be a better world Ive been playing for seven years our mob is 5000 and we feel really good Capturing local stuff its really cool Ill start school in this game.
This game is great. Ive played it for a couple of months now and Ive been fairly enjoying it. However, some rules are simply unneeded. For example, if you wish to conquer turf you have to have 10% of your opponents total influence. This has been the hardest obstacle for us to overcome ever since we downloaded this game. We havent able to conquer a single turf yet other than the ones that Ive claimed in the map. Moreover, we wish that there would be an in-depth explanation of the mob in the market for example when you want to buy weapons. We bought all these weapons and now, due to the lack of mop, we cant use all of them in battle.Speaking of mom, we wish there was a better way to earn free mop. It doesnt make sense that you can actually buy them. If we had known this sooner, we wouldve bought way less weapons than we shouldve. We are also experiencing an issue when trying to fetch Google or tap joy ads. It keeps showing error messages after we tap the video to watch for a few respect points. Again, great game, but can be improved.
This type of games we enjoy. Yes it gets boring after a while but we still come back to it. This reminds us of racing live, world war, we monsters, etc. The games from storm8. There is a few things to fix but overall its good.
Ive been playing this game for a few years but we never saw anything like whats going on today when increasing your turf limit doesnt increase the cost to further increase your turf limit. Ive thought for a while that its a pretty dumb game mechanic to increase the cost every time you buy anything, but if there are going to be sales we guess its fine. Is this a new thing? Or does this game need to do a better job of notifying players that this kind of thing is happening? We will happily support the game some more of this happens more regularly and we have a way of finding out about it. Like a push notification. Which literally no other app is shy about taking advantage of.
We like the game but we do have a few problems with it. The loot system is totally unfair. You have the smallest chance of getting something and when you do its the worst thing available and barely any quantity. Another issue is the airports. The closest airport to us is almost 300 miles away. You need to add an airport in Augusta, Maine. They have one but its not one of the ones you can use in game. Also that would be the best spot cause Augusta is the capital of Maine. You should probably have at one airport in at least every capital of like a state.
This game is terrible the developer is some nerd living in his moms basement who gets mad when anyone gets better than him or his friends and he will ban you, save yourself the time in this dying game and place something actually good.
We built our turfs up for weeks, we get a private message from some kid demanding we leave our family that we had just joined or they were going to make us suffer consequences so we politely told the dude to kick rocks and he proceeded to reset our entire account and all our assets back to 0. Screw this game. Dont waste your time.
We live on Oahu and literally every street was taken so we couldnt do anything.
Havent played for a while and now we have absolutely nothing after logging in Ive been playing for years Garbage game.
The only way to be competitive in this game is to play with multiple accounts loaded onto multiple devices. Support will not ban these cheaters so dont bother even trying to play unless youre prepared to spend too much time using multiple accounts.
Game isnt even a game. You sit around typing codes all day to gain strength. But for every 100+ codes you type in, you might get five of them to work. The game is dead, you run out of things after an hour of play time, and then you just sit around typing invite codes for hours to gain strength. But even that wont make you very strong, because some players having been typing codes for several years. Youll NEVER get to their level even if you dedicated your life to this game. So at any point a bigger player can come along and just wipe all your properties off the map. And then you start over again and start typing more invite codes……….. Wow………. So much fun.
While for new comers, it can seem complex at first, its actually quite easy to understand and can get you addicted in just a matter of hours! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique gaming experience.
This game is truly one of a kind. This game promotes hard work and dedication, sure you can throw a couple $$$ to get ahead but in the end dedication triumphs. To be honest it is important to maintain dedication, if you want to be big in this game. This game favors the player that put in hard work. Most of the games we have played is runned by players you have spent hundreds to become big. Here, it is all about the work you put in, the people that are big now have spent years getting to that point.

Its a great game but there's no logout button which is really needed in order for the game to work properly.
We dont know how people consider this game fun. Its basically doing really monotonous tasks while most of the people that play it are toxic and have some weird delusions that they are actually in the mob and that the game matters.
You could play this game for free, but like most games with in app purchases, any of the useful features like player skills, turf limit, premium weapons, etc. All cost real money. Stay away. Support is non-existent. Several players take the game so serious as to go to the point of it getting personal and making threats to opponents in real life. Toxic is the one word that can describe it in a nutshell.

So addicted to this game we play hours daily. Its like Mafia wars and your gps made a love child named turf wars. You can plant turf and leap frog them all over the country or hop on a plane and plant turf all over the world and fight other players and turf. Really cool, unique game.
Been playing it forever. Wish they would make a new one to bring some life back to this type of gps game.

Its a really good game but it has a few quirks. Like energy, you have to wait so long to get energy.
Not gonna lie, its an old game. But the community is slowly fading away, some hop on in for some intense phone gaming.
Enjoy the gamea lot however we find developing mobs are very difficult and we spend hours on end getting a bigger mob – and about a week only getting 400 members .. Hard to go from there since in a month we went up 50 more .. :/.
The developer plays the game and changes the rules so his team wins no matter what. Dont download this. Youll regret it.
