Download this one. Super fun & appropriately difficult. Awesome game! Downlod Part II also. Continue the adventure! It reminded us of The Lost Vikings (one of our all time favorites!
We loved the game we beat every level and then went back to get all the crosses. Some of the crosses were great brain teasers that needed thought and we loved how you actually had to think. Biggest problem there arent any new levels to play. We were wondering if the devs are planning on making more levels or if we should go ahead and delete it?
We know people complain about this game and give it bad reviews, but that’s because they’re not good at the game, and they don’t like it, so they give it a bad review because they can’t understand why a game should be challenging. Over all, the game is a masterpiece, the turn based action is is cool, and the concept is great, and best of all, it’s challenging.
We love this game!!!!! Please create a third!!!
This is the laggiest nitrome game we have ever played, but the strange thing is, it has anti lag zones, parts of levels where all lag stops and its perfect. Please make the whole game as fast as it is in the anti lag zones, and please remove the lag.
We just cant find the X to remove the ads when we die.
We just finished the game and got all the golden crosses. Great game! Very fun! But ends after level 24 and there is nothing to do after collecting all the golden crosses. A endless level feature would be fun but we doubt Nitrome does it…
We’ve been a Nitrome fan ever since we were eleven. Nitrome was one of our favorite online game website and still is. We’ve loved seeing some of our favorite games like Ice Breaker, Magic Touch and Turn Undead come to mobile if we had to recommend a three games Id love to have remade for mobile they would be Mutiny, Double Edged or Skywire. But Im sure whatever youre next mobile game is we will enjoy it too.
The game is fun but is spoiled by the Ads. We payed to remove them but the post death video persists.
Game is awesome, but controls make it almost unplayable. Supposed to swipe to move, but more often than not it continues moving more than once which in a turn based arcade game just means we die all the time when we only meant to move one space. TLDR: fix controls pleeeeeeease!
We purchased ad free game and the ads still play why? Good game but play for free ads still play.
Its fun but when you die it asks do you want to watch an ad to revive yourself if you say no it puts an ad anyway.
This game is great, but dont waste your money on the in-app purchase. If you want to continue after you die, you still have to watch an ad to continue the level without restarting. If we had know that, we wouldnt have purchased at all. Very disappointed in the purchase. Still a big fan of Nitrome though.
Level 8 on the last section where you have to use the monsters as platforms we cannot beat it can you replace the door with a block.
This game is Very fun, and we suggest you you try it. But there is an issue, when climbing, you jump uncontrollably, and can cause you to lose. Also when you press the back button, it moves you back and then forward again. Please fix this, it has caused us to die several times we will raise the amount of stars when this is fixed.
This is a fun, challenging game, but the game control is horrible. You have to swip life/right/up to move and touch screen to shoot, but too often you swipe and instead of moving the character it shoots the gun instead. Would like it better if there was more established areas for movement vs. Shooting.
We think this is a very fun game, we used to play it on the browser so it was very important to us to be able to keep playing it. When we saw it had ads to turn back time after death? We payed to remove ads. It still asks for ads on death. IF YOU PAY FOR ADS YOU STILL GET ADS this needs to be stated at the start or before you pay. A 4$ premium for no benefit is not a benefit to us.
Which makes this game virtually unplayable.
Super awesome game to just sit down and energize your mind and who doesnt love a little challenge in free time. We enjoyed every single minute so far and we think the game is really worth a try.
This game has a nice concept and a perfect gameplay, very suitable for those who love action puzzle game. The graphics looks pretty good and controls are easy to manipulate. Really enjoy this game.
This game is actually amazing, Im not much of a mobile gamer but we find myself playing this game whenever we have downtime! Good job devs keep up the great work.

In app purchase finally clicked and ads went away. Very fun game. Starts out simple and ramps up nicely making you think. Basically a turn based platformer and as such doesnt require twitchy fast skills. Recommend!
This game uses captivating art and challenging yet possible levels that make the overall experience satisfying. Our only wish is there was more of an end to the game.
We really like the puzzle/turn based features of the game. Some of the levels are a whole lot of fun to figure out. One problem we are having, though, is on the last level, the flying ghoul-like monster keeps escaping by itself without anything touching the trigger that is supposed to release it. This makes the level easier but it is nearly impossible to get the golden cross.

There’s already too many ads and a lot of times, when we actually use the ad, it restarts the level anyways. Also, there should be an option to make half the screen where you tap to fire, since every now and then when we’re tapping to go back a swipe, it fires the gun and it makes us die and restart.
Turn Undead is a good game. Playing this game is funny and good interface. It’s look like Mario game and easy to play. Thanks to the developers.

The game is phenomenal and took us a while to beat about 7 levels, but as everything that is good has flaws and that comes in this game with ads and crashing. We are stuck on the level right after the first level with werewolves not because of the level itself but because of crashes. If we move at all it crashes with no exceptions. Also, too many forced ads. We love the ad system for more lives but it’s simply too many ads that are forced. Other than this, a great game that will be fun if it ever stops crashing. We are using an IPad Mini 1 and we can’t check what level we’re on because once we try to open the level select menu it crashes as well. The best we can do is the level directly after the first level with werewolves, in the first 10 but we don’t know which.
Really good game, our only problem is level 23, It is different on the computer version we guess because it is possible to push boxes through the spaces with the platforms, its really hard to explain, but because of this, level 23 is impossible to beat with the cross, other than that the game is great.
We cant figure out how to get achiemvent to share game we shared on Facebook on tumblr and to our friends still locked. We killed 200 zombies counted them out by hand and still no achievement does killing same one not count?

We’ve been going out of our way to get the crosses in each level. When we got the level 23 we couldnt. We’ve tried over and over to get out, looked up walkthroughs. But nothing worked. It might be a big or something but we’ve seen the box supposed to go under the wooden plate, but it wouldnt do it in our game.
Level 23 is broken on the App form to obtain the cross and beat the game. How can you redesign a game for the mobile format and change a fundamental part of a stage? We would rate this higher if you would actually fix this flaw.
Game looks great, and we love the concept… Unfortunately as soon as we launch our first stake the music gets choppy and our screen starts shaking. We have an IPhone 5, with the latest iOS, and other games that require ios 7 or higher have worked great for us. Not sure what the issue is here, but we can’t keep playing with the screen shaking like that.
If Im the slightest bit off from the rewind button we end up firing a stake and get killed by a monster for a misfire. Please make a shoot button or increase the area around the rewind button. Overall, not a bad game to past the time with.
The game is so slow and when ever you move everything else moves like the enemies and the stakes it makes it really easy to get killed and to many ads when we died we watched a ad to revive and when we were finished we were dead again becuse The enemy was right on us when we respawn and it kills us then we have to watch a ads and when we’re finished it does the same thing.
This game is very fun to play for us, but it has a tendency to stop working. One of the red floating vampires keeps breaking free even through the barrier that we have not opened yet.

This game has just gotten to the point where we’re raging not because of the game, but because of the ads.
It is a really cool concept and fun game, but they did bad job with the mobile export. The swipe controls are awful and unresponsive most of the time. Also, the arena enemies have some loose code or unchecked listeners that can sometimes bring the frame rate to a screeching halt. If they cleaned up the enemy code and gave a d-pad, this would be five stars easily.
Like stated above, great concept poor execution. Ads appear to often and ruin gameplay.

We like this game. People give it low stars just because of the ads but the game is kinda hard with out them. In the game, you watch ads to come back to life. If that wasn’t a feature,(this is how it works with slot of games) there would most likely be a money system which means you would have to pay up every time you die if you want to be resurrected. Now ask yourself this question, would you rather watch a 10 second ad every time you die to have infinite lives or pay and try to earn game coins to try and resurrect yourself every time you die? Trust us the game is REALLY hard and having infinite live definitely helps. To be fair, ads do play after most of the levels but not every level. The game itself is a clever puzzle game and we would totally recommend it to a friend if they were looking for free games to play.
There’s so much lag, we won’t even go through our time playing it. The gameplay is ok, but please fix the lagging.
We enjoy the gameplay and its mechanics but the fact that an ad appears after every death or victory is an annoyance that makes this game become hard to enjoy.
If you want someone to enjoy your gaming app, and continue to enjoy it, you don’t jam them with ads every time you die/transition. These ads are a full 30 seconds, which is too long to begin with. Not only that, the ads for games that you can also download for free, which we presume also have more ads. REALLY?! That’s no way to get someone immersed in your game from the start. All it did was make us delete it within about 10 minutes. And not only that, the gameplay and instructions were cumbersome and just not fun at all. It’s a shame, because the graphics look pretty good and with some polish, it might be a good game. Don’t have the time to wait for that.
