Update error on iOS 12.5.6 iPad. Shows same error message continuously. Please recover to previous version.
We lost many games because the game server disconnects. This is very stupid. Please fix.
Works for the most part, but UI needs enlightenment work.
What a crap of app. The counting in the end is wrong, always. They cant even fix the basic, yet hilariously leave a warning: notice the counting in iPad version may be wrong… Shameful.. And when you hit home button to switch a song or check news, come back guess what, the app restart itself! Amazing, we havent meet any other app does this. Not to mention its easy to get disconnection in busy time, and guess what, if both of the players disconnect the game disappears. You cant review your recent game, nor can you know your recent play to get how many games left for rank promotion… This app is a crap. And for 6 or 7 years its being crapier because we remember back then at least the counting is correct.
So called 'overseas user' bug exists for so long and it's still not fixed. Why bother use it while there're ton's of similar apps.
It shows "overseas user" with a confirm button, and tapping confirm button doesn't do anything. We can only login as a guest. This bug has been for long time. We can't believe they still haven't fix it. Is it because Koreans hate Apple so much that even Americans are not allow to login? Bug.
Please solve this. We are using ios9.
Tygem does not work in our iPad under iOS 9 and higher since Sep-20-2015. TONGYANG Online co., ltd, are you able to fix this.
We tried to log in after updating our iPad to iOS 9 and it crashed. Now it won't work at all. Fix this please it's really annoying.
Disconnects 20-30 times during a single game. Sometimes reconnection does not help, and we have to kill an app, since Network mode becomes unavailable. Calling it "a severe connectivity problem" is too mild way to put it.
Everytime we play against someone the game crashes and freezes. Ill change our review after they fix it.
Continuously disconnected. Need to keep logging out to keep the game going.
It says to confirm that we're a overseas user but we don't know how. We click on the confirm button but nothing happens. We are in USA.
Retina iPad with iOS 6 will crash this app when try to connect to network play.. Please fix it.

This app is an absolute must for any player of Baduk! The interface is simple and intuitive, and you are connected to thousands of players online. One request would be to add the AGA and World servers to the English client. With the American Pro Preliminaries online, it'd be great to watch from this app. Thanks for creating a quality product! With this app we can play online baduk. Our teacher recommended us Tygem for improving fighting skills. And it is very convenient to play on iPad with Tygem app. And we are enjoying watching pro games on Tygem too. ID: Akomuto.
Very nice to be play go against strong Korean and Chinese amateurs. Also nice to see pro players online, sometimes. What should be improved: after you request a game, you should get feedback if the other declines. It would also be nice if you could see the list of your previous results, and if you could chat with your opponent during friendly games, just like on the Kiseido Go Server. Another little improvement would be to get rid of the "jump 5 moves ahead" button in the Review screen, because it is too close to the normal "next move" button, so replay is akward unless you have very thin fingers… But we're glad their is finally a good app out.
Program auto closes when a match is found in this version.
It is functional. The biggest drawback is its fixed Portrait orientation. Landscape orientation should be more suitable so a side window for conversation can be implemented (the all important board will still be the same size). The authors for this app can learn a lot from WBaduk HD.
We're Korean user~! We feel good about this app. We could play with Korean, Japanese, Chinese. We hope play with player of every country. We have some tip. They opened a twitter. Search for "tongyangonline" and write question there. So, they'll answer to you. And~ when you make a ID, if you make before 1990years, you can connect every server.
