We are on the fence when it comes to this mobile app. We like the game on desktop but we lose our chips on this app!! We win don't confuse what we meant our chips disappear. We had a certain amount of chips, we double them and left table only to find out they weren't added. We also have won hands where we've went all in had best hand but not the most chips and ended up with less chips than at start of hand.
For one the game has players with doubles to steal the jackpot. Meaning people use multiple devices to cheat. Not only the jackpot but other honest players chips. Meaning they sit in two seats at same table. And nothing is done about it. It just goes on and on. People need to be watched and banned permanently. Game play is very predictable and seems to work off the bet. Anyone who buys chips to play this game needs mental help. It is addictive and is great if yer on the wagon. The game needs a serious overhaul.
We do not like losing chips and in the other poker game that we play it has a hand strong meter when you get a AK it gives you the full meter and you easily win but this game needs that too that what we think.
Garbage app,harassing,spamming from other players makes this game not interesting anymore.
What is flooding?? What does it mean? Was kicked out for flooding.
… You have to INCREDIBLY CAREFUL what you tap because buttons move all the freaking time. You might think you are Check/Folding but you might really be raising if youre not careful. Also, trying to chat via the app is a joke; dont even try.
After playing one day and losing our chips to better hands. We give up for the day. Log in next day to a negative chip count easiest expresses -1×10*20th we get one chance at support was told we were banned for cheating /jackpot end of any dialog period Ive played since before it was Qublix and just ultimate poker pro. To be treated this way. 0 class.
We Love playing Cards and this is a great poker Game and we Rate it a 5 and if we Could we'd Give it a 10.
We been sending messages for the pass day or two and still haven't got it fixed we love the game but the is our only problem we were able to play until we went to bank our chips and then we couldn't sit back down we need this fixed please our money shows up with a line in front of the money sign.
We just like to play we're a little irritated with this game because they can't send chips that you purchased a week ago you have to prove it to him we guess because they told us they didn't get the order we mean where did we order them from we believe we thought we were ordering them from your game is just what a joke it's been over a week and we still haven't received our chips and we don't know if we will we rate this one star because it is fun to play but they're incompetent in pain what you purchased and we have a problem with that.
Won't let us join a club and we're not getting no achievements at all and we know we are owed a lot of them and costumer support won't help us we have spent loads of money on chips as well.
No way to stop other players from harasment. They keep sending gifts so u can't bet or play.

The worst poker app ever. Cannot find a table that does not have someone pushing all in, in the blind, EVERY hand. Who cares if you get billions, it's absurd, and infinitely inferior to, say Zynga Poker where at least you can actually play, um, poker.
We had 3/444 someone had a pr of 5 it give it to the pr of five not good at all.
We were an avid player of Ultimate Qublix Poker, then this weekend we somehow ended up with a bank balance of $-584,096,108,131. We emailed them under their "Help" section in the app asking how we can have a positive balance of just under $1,000,000,000,000 on Friday night, and when we log in on Saturday morning, our balance is so far in the negative? We are still waiting on a reply.
We like this game a lot they give you chips all the time and they have a lot of tables to choose from ..fun action play.

We noticed while playing that there were 2 hands the same n only 1 of them was given the pot! Why is that n how is that possible.

This is the best poker site then zgyna and they offer chips so you can enjoy poker, if you wanna buy chips it's way cheap then zgyna cause they offer lots of chips.

Its not bad, love spending billions of dollars and its not like others where you are always paying more to add money. We just wish it where faster, the players get to much time and the game drags on.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BETTER THE CHAT!!! 1. You can't see if someone is chatting via its black on black. 2. If your on the middle of a message and its your turn and you option to play and you don't hit send it erases what you had typed so far. 3. You have no idea some one is chatting due to there is NO preview chat box. You have to go into the chat area then into keyboard option then scroll up to see if you missed anything. (Very Very poor design) 4. If you jump out of the chat area and bet your hand it will force you "all-in". Please please please fix the chat feature. Can't see chats!! By the time you check chat box, it's your turn to call/fold/raise…and then you'd accidentally press on one of the buttons below either fold/raise/all In/, when you don't mean to. Please fix this app to better the players. Lastly, when you're still in game and have folded your cards. Then you decide to go and collect your bonus/ bonuses, when you return back to game and cards are distributed out to players, you CAN'T even see your cards! Please fix this as well so players can enjoy.
At the big blind table! We buy in 8T deal us pocket 8 , some one on the table all in, we called! He got nothing but pocket Aces! We flop a set of 8! Then we lose the pot! We purchases several time in chips! But guess what! We will not play at this server or company again! This is piss us off! We show it to our friends! Every time we start the application it shuts off for no reason. Please fix this bug.
The app will put you all in when you didn't click it or fold you when you didn't click it. We have also lost hands when we were the winner. Last time we checked a pair of aces beat a pair of nines. We've noticed that people often win when they shouldn't which is a problem with the app or they're fixing a cheat. We also wish that there was a pot limit option as we get tired of all in all the time pre-flop from people who are there to play bingo not poker.
This app was fun for a while then everything stopped working. You can get on to play, your unable to connect to any of the servers. These guys need to fix things.
We can't get on thru our iPhone or iPad so that's the only thing we use So basically it is useless to us now This just happened today we get an error message we liked playing it to please fixed it.
This app kicks out of internet connection if you are idle for a short time, and more than a few times we have had a great hand and when we raise the pot , we get kicked off the server. Not sure why, but it has happened a lot. Anyone else noticed this? Plus the lottery and exploding safes awards are down from what they were.
