Player Experience Highlights

Community Insight:

10/10. Cant separate this game from our life and our childhood.

Old player coming back from 10 year break. Why did we ever leave.

Are used to play this on the computer we just found out today that we can played on the phone we miss playing this game so much our favorite game is the freaks.

Love the game , started playing back in 09. We would love an update that shows an X or some sort of symbol on any corner of a card thats not allowed in tourneys or other type of formats instead of having a list of names (huge list) or at least highlight the cards in your deck that are essentially banned. Thanks! Hope this helps (:.

Ive played this game since it was a web game many years ago. Developers please revamp the game and turn it into a rpg/pve/pvp like undead world , battle night or one of them gacha games Id love to see our favorite characters come to life its been too long. Join the 3d world please – sincerely a fan.

Ive loved it for years, havent played it for years. Check out the nft scene. Might be up the devs ally. Would be amazing to see this game shine. Best,.

Ive played this game on and off since October 10, 2010. It started as a great game then had an update that ruined it for us. They went back to the drawing board and put out a new version that was great again. We just came back from a long break from the game and its seems that its back to being terrible. Collector cards were one of our most favorite things on here because once they went Cr you had to do something big to get one. Now it seems you can just buy them. We have used the same decks for years. It now says that all of our deck are not useable in every game mode. How can this be? Im going back on break from this game. We hope it finds its way back to being great.

Been playing Since fantasy rivals first came out Rip to that awesome game but we just the theming urban rivals does with its clans.

We would not recommend this game Simply cause the staff bans for no reason. They dont listen to the veteran players and will ban anyone who they dont like.

Never played many trading card games and this was the first one we discovered that was fully online. Just redownloaded it and it seems like theyve done good work keeping it up to date.

After being locked out of our account, no amount of emailing and contacting them has helped us to fix the issue. Unreal.

Abhorrent power creep and shameless cash grabbing have left this game nearly unplayable, impossible for new and returning players to catch up.

Hi, we're just trying to pitch an idea but we've been playing urban rivals since we were 12 years and we love the design of the characters and we feel most of them could have their own style of fighting just off how they look. We recommend making a fighting game around the urban rivals universe. We know it's a long shot and a studio with certain equipment is needed but we feel as though the community could help out if you ask honestly.

We played this game on our iPod 4 generation. Got bored during quarantine, and decided to re-download it after thinking about it a couple times. Great game, good interface, and all round fun. Kudos to you and your developers.

Ive been playing this game since 2007, and we love that its still around. The game not only needs, but deserves more exposure. Its got something for every card game fan out there and has some serious strategic and psychological aspects to the gameplay. They update the game regularly with new cards every two weeks on Friday and while you can take part in micro transactions, the game is 100% playable without spending any money. If you want something new and fresh in terms of a CCG, check this out and then…show your friends.

Ive almost been playing this game for 15 years now (on & off) & we can honestly say that this game has continued to grow even after we first found it back in 2006.

This is easily one of the best card games ever. Ive been playing this game for over 10 years and it still delivers excitement. Recommended for all.

Used to love this game stopped playing for a little bit and now going back to it is way to hard. To many different modes where so many different cards arent allowed where you have to have a millions decks made up or always redo your deck to fit the certain needs and very confusing on what kinda cards are allowed and not allowed for each mode.

This game is not evolving it only look to get into yor wallet there are not restrictions when started and want to pvp like before it just put you with random people in the same lobby with higher lvl and best cards than you, it was way better before.

Ive played this game since around when it first came out and we played it for months after that and then on and off for years. Its an amazingly fun game but this app doesnt really do it justice since the app is so buggy. The best you can do is buy, sell cards, and build a deck on your computer and then only play the game on the app otherwise youre gonna have a bad time.

Been playing since 2009, highly addicting. Great card game with a lot of improvements still happening. Its not necessarily pay to win, and involves A lot of strategy and sometimes luck. Hundreds of cards and deck possibilities. Great replay value, we play almost every day.

As a kid we grew up putting so much hours in this game. We managed to recover our account and we couldnt be happier. Now that Im playing again we hope you guys still do comics. Im beyond stoked that this is compatible with the online game we fell in love with.

UR is one of the older online TCG and it still gets plenty of new cards, modes and other additions. The mobile version is tougher to navigate than the regular desktop version, but thats largely because theres a LOT to see.

IphoneX Collection – team building Missing cancel button, can not close team selection.

Great game been here since 2008.

We dont write reviews very often but having been a fan of Urban Rivals for years, we felt compelled to write in hopes that the developers will effort to improve the interface and make it more intuitive for beginning and returning players. For example, trying to see how many cards of a specific team you possess is buried deeply within a submenu, not in collections, but rather in a semi-secret button under your profile page. Another would be a swiping mechanic to view cards in collections so that you dont need to exit out of viewing a card back to the beginning of the entire list, but rather could swipe to see the next or prior card. Another is the buying and selling mechanic – it can be done but not without a great search through the menus when it could be put in a prominent place because as any player of UR knows, the market is half the fun. Despite all this, the game is a blast, the artwork is fantastic and the collectivity of the cards make this game a winner. Thanks for reading.

Game doesnt load past click to continue after we tried logging in.

Ive played this game since its creation and its very well balanced and the strategy is good its really not a pay to play game and we respect it for that every clan is unique and it really helps one find the best fit for them.

A blast from the past, if this game gains traction again it will be better than hearthstone.

We just installed on our iPad and loaded it in our iPhone XS. It wont load past the opening on either.

The game used to be great when we played it years back. It seems as though they have a new production team who constantly change the game, and as a result frequently breaks the game. The app doesnt even open anymore it just crashes immediately so dont waste your time.

We played this a ton as kid we wanted to see if it was still a thing see our old cards maybe play a few rounds we got excited when we saw this on the App Store our high school gam spent hours after school playing pulling all nighters perfecting our decks was telling our girlfriend she should download so we could play together after eagerly awaiting for it to download we click the icon just for the app to continue to crash and close out if you are a fan from the website days dont expect your glory days to be relived because its just a broken app.

The app is broken. It apparently doesnt work on new phones. Fix this or you will lose all mobile revenue because people with newer phones cant even play the game.

We have played this game many years ago and we remember really enjoying it. We forgot the name and finally found it. We have an IPhone X now and we downloaded while not connected to WiFi. Now we cant open the app. Ive deleted and re-downloaded the app and we still cant open the app. We this a bug or what? Please help.

We love this game to death its just that we want to see our characters level up after a match we wanna see an animation at the victory/defeat screen where it shows what the characters evolved into its the one thing thats missing also our game has been crashing since the new update.

The newest version of the app is slow. The game modes arent working and you cant access all of the components of the last app. Deleting it in a few days until its updated.

One of our favorite card games for the last 10 years haha we took breaks from it but we come back and its just as entertaining.

Ive loved this game since 2010. Played a lot on PC before downloading it from the App Store. The game is just is just as on the phone as it was on the PC. However, the game needs better screen fitting. A lot of the buttons used to navigate the menus do not display properly due to a sizing issue. May drop down menus also are covered due to sizing. Our phone is an IPhone X. Not sure if anyone else is having the same issues as us. But we hope this review is helpful and gives the devs something to work on for a better user experience.

Love the game been playing for years never will delete cuz the money and time we had put it we always have the urge to play but all the updates and visuals its hard to navigate make the game or put in options for older look when it made more sense.

We used to play this as a kid and its always been a game we come back to every now and then but now that theres an app we can just take the game with us everywhere.

Underrated itll blow up one day just watch.

Member since 09, a lot has changed this game used to be extremely simple. Although a lot of years have passed this game has kept updating and adding new clans with new effects.

Urban-Rivals has been one of our favorite card games growing up (we come from the Yugio and Pokmon generation) not only is it simple and fun but it is very luck and instinct based , a new player can start there collection with decent cards , and exceed to do very well playing with others with out blowing money , the games massive character pool and ability creativity only brings more fun and thought to your next move , it is very rare to run into duplicate decks among other players as everyone can create theyre own play style. Players who like to collect can grind and win big money such as 1,000,000 Clints if they put in the time and have a good set of skills , Some problems we do have are with in this app. One problem we have found to always existed was finding out about tournament rules. It is hard to find a page which explains which cards are not allowed in a certain room. We love this game and always will find it fun to play thank you for reading this if you had the time . -milton4897.

Fun, artistic, intuitive, free to play. This game gives you a tremendous amount of options as far as playing free. The market system is well regulated and your friends can sell you cards on the cheap. Only card game we still play after all these years. Multiple tournament modes Arcade mode- single player against computers Training mode- useful for testing decks Not to mention they have their own comics linked to character card descriptions, just a fun and simple game all the way around. Recommend to any card game lover or strategy geek.

Just quit the app and deck building bug is solved.

It's a great game but we wish they would bring back the old animations. Still one of the best card games out there. There should be better ways to get cards so new players would be retained for longer.

Ive played this ,off and on, for almost 10 years and we must say; one of the best Apps or computer games ive ever played. Never stops making updates and additional cards. Do think they could be a little less stingy with Micro-transactions…9/10 Favorite card game.

We enjoy this game it is pretty simple however since credits are the premium currency, it makes it harder to get new cards. It can take awhile to earn Clintz to get good cards. We wish we could get some packs for clintz which would make the game a lot easier to join in.

The game want let us log in please help fix this.

Ive played UR off and on for years and whats always made us come back is the uniqueness of all its characters and battle system. Each clan feels different and allows a player to find their niche in how they play card games. Our only criticisms come from how older cards are becoming out dated with new abilities, clan bonuses, and increases in power and damage of cards and that never once has this game failed to have bugs galore in deck management mode. Regardless, this game is worth your time. Find a clan, get your bluff on, and never underestimate your urban rival.
