Been playing this game for years. However, we are not able to update and the icon is grayed out on our iPad. Hope we dont lose the game.
After many years you finally updated the game now we cant get notifications and having problems with collecting the hourly coins they dont want to go into our account this way better before they updated this game Im giving them a 2 and they need to fix this issue also many years ago they cut our hourly collect coins in half hopefully you can have another update soon not 10 years from now.
Love the game but hate the gross over provocative and sexist ads that come up on our end. The pimple popping one we cant stand to look at.
Please fix our game so we can go through the various cities again. Unfortunately Im only able to play the Solitaire part of the game. Thanks.

No bells or whistles, just a really good game of solitaire. We love it.
Loved since we got it . But with the new updates become more hard to play without crashing or loosing what you won and to many ads with the ads getting freeze and losing everything you gained. We still playing but they should do something about it.
We love it. If only we could only cash in over 4 Billion. Makes us feel careful with our bets, our plays and yes to help our family with this kind of funds is a dream come true.
We finally find a game worth playing. Half way through the screen goes blank.
As the temperatures have been unbearable (117 lately) in Phoenix we find ourselves spending a little more time inside. We loaded this game and love it.
This game has been our favorite app for the last few weeks. However we are now not able bet over 1,000,000 and our high score goal is also not advancing. Our dad has been using this app for years and plays daily and he is able to bet his entire winnings and has a much higher high score goal than we do. Its like our game has just stalled out. We have reached out to the contact us in the app and only received a generic message referring us to check the FAQ section for known issues. Our issue is NOT listed in their help section. Please help.
We purchased this game so there would be no ads. All of a sudden we have ads popping up in the middle of our game, after our game, and then it freezes up our screen and we lose our progress. Contacted support numerous times and once they actually removed the ads but then they came back and now they are not listening to us. Looking for a new game to play Vegas solitaire on .. We really liked this one but Im frustrated with the ads.
We have enjoyed the game foe quite some time. Clear cards, good incentives and wins are often possible. BUT recently adds have been popping up DURING game that will not go away ruining the game in progress, and more than once making a round that was a sure win not able to proceed. Not sure why this change has occurred but it makes play frustrating. Our rating has dropped to a two from a five.
Used to be a fun game, now the ads make it almost unplayable.
You cant get rid of ads as the FAQ suggest. When we contacted Tech Support they simply referred us to FAQ which is no help. We asked them for help two other times and they ignored us. We have had this game for years and put a good amount of money into it because it was a really fun game. They used to have really good tech support. We were out of commission for several months and came back to crap. Its really too bad.
It was bad enough to have to wait, sometimes, over a minute for an Ad in between games; but now the obnoxiously long Ads that interrupt the middle of a game are too much.
This game used to be fun, but now the ads dont clear, so you lose your points. We really did enjoy it, but now it just makes us mad.
Enjoyed this game until this update, every second there is an ad, and that terrible banner above the cards is way to distracting, Im deleting, it seems the app designer doesnt want to listen to any suggestions. Its all about the $. So sad.
Please help and fix, every time we play and the ads pop out it always goes blank/black after ad is done playing. Thank you.

After about 6 or 7 games it just shuts down and u cant play anymore. And too many ads.
We love playing this game but the pop up ads take ur points and u loose the game and ur points. We understand ads are necessary but why the heck do the take ur points as well. Sometimes it will interrupt the game in the middle and you have a pop-up ad and you can never get back to the game it takes it from you.
E the game but it has problems on our new iPhone. Tried to restore our progress, that went fine but following many of the the pop up ads, the screen goes black and we have to kill the app. We have made several attempts to contact tech support but we just get automated replies telling us to search their site. Not sure if its an apple problem or … We have unloaded and loaded the app several times without luck. Wish it was easier to contact tech support.

We lost our progress when we changed phones and now the game goes blank after each and often appearing ad which makes it seem like we deserted the game.
Fun game, but every time an ad pops up, the screen goes blank and we have to close it out and start it up again causing us to abandon our game. We didnt abandon the game, there is a glitch in your system.
Love playing this solitaire game but the world cards on ours have stopped showing progress. They are completely blank. Ive emailed the Admin four times asking why but not one response. If something is broke, you should fix it. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or just us. We only play this game on our iPad. Maybe Ill get a response here.

This would have been a great solitaire app except for; Constant other game apps download requests interrupting card play. Fade to black screen during card play. Coins and moves taken during card play because you cant get out of black screen. Constant commercial pop ups. Please sell this game without all this and call it a day. Thank you and we hope to come back and purchase a new version without all this nonsense.
Ever since last update this game is so annoying to play. We used to love playing this but every other game we play gets blacked out after ads comes up & we loose our place, score & any advancement we may have made. We do not mind the ads but do not understand why game just blacks out after them so frequently! So frustrating that we are ready to give up on this app, someone needs to correct this problem.
When we click on clubs- it says we have points, but they were not delivered to our account.
Hate the ads always popping. The ads pop up on the left you loss your winnings. Why not fix this. It is as fun game if its running right.
At first when you download.. No adds at all, its great! Then it asks you to rate the app.. Then immediately after that its non stop adds! You cant even browse through the menus with out having to pause for adds. Do not get this app.
We gave this a 1 because we loved playing this game and then they updated and added all the ads. Doesnt matter if we play on our outdated tablet or our iPhone, it seems every time we finish a game and before we collect our winnings an ad pops up. Then our winnings disappear, especially when we win more than we bet. Frustrating and we no longer play this on a daily basis!!! If we could we would give this a zero! So far this week Ive lost over $100,000 due to the ads popping up, finishing then we hit the x and it disappears . What in heavens name did you do to screw this up? Give us our winnings then show us the ad!!!! Wont let us add another review so Ill just add to this one!! Tried again to play. Everything was ok when we were losing but as soon as we were winning above our bet , we hit the same x and it immediately went to a black screen and we lost everything.
We would buy additional items from this game. However they continue to interrupt the game Im playing and try to get us to sign up for new games. This is a good game but a bad company policy trying to get you to sign up for new games.
