We came across this app through swagbucks. Downloaded the app and loved it! So many different options to play; slots, poker, roulette, craps tournaments, you name it! Very fun As stated at first, we had downloaded it to earn credits for the swagbucks site. We think we were by looking back at the records now 52 levels in and was enjoying it so much decided to change our avatar and change our name from guest to the letter T. What we did not know is when you do that, it creates a separate account Long story short on the second profile we were at level 71 and noticed we wasnt getting credited through swag box we contacted customer service and ask if there is any way we could combine their credits they could not it was an abrupt answer not even a sorry this happened, etc. We explained the circumstances and then ask if there was anyway it would be considered the purchases we have made on the other profile if we could maybe just get a credit applied to the original account or username we should The response was weve answered all your questions fairly- no further discussion. Again, it is a great site, but we were very disappointed and we have now deleted the app sad to say goodbye actually that customer service is everything.
We wrote in regards to an ongoing problem causing a loss of chips! And since it never got fixed we deleted game we come back to find same problem we hit draw and get the first hand of 5 cards then thats it it tells us to try again.. Pretty sure Im not the only one experiencing this.
We had lots of fin playing this game. However, we feel a little bit scammed when it comes to buying coins. We bought one of the new gambling adventure for $99.99. But now, the price has gone up to almost $500.00. Because the games are addictive and theres a lot of fun competition, you want to buy more coins, which we did. But we feel, like a casino, the house always win, prompting you to want to buy more coins. If you are rich and have expendable money to burn, this game is for you. Due to the fact that we realized how addicted we had become, within a month, we have decided not to play anymore. However, we understand that there are people behind the scene that manages this app, and they deserve to receive funds for their hard work. So, we are ok with the purchases we made. But unfortunately, we dont have the money to invest in this game anymore. But we had a great time playing, and the app format is awesome. We would definitely recommend if you dont care about having to spend money on different events.
