No lo entiendo. We dont understand.
The game is fun, actually spent money on it, but u can see where they try and get you to spend more money by letting you lose. (Ill get back to that). First if you win big and get ie. $20M credits. When u want to play slots. It brings you to machines with $1M/ pull min slots. And if you didnt know, its a hassle to get into lower denomination slots. Back to the losing, this has happened countless times, $80M credits. And didnt hit 1 single line until about $12M credit left. And also the customer service is worthless. We won a weekly event. Total winning was like +$80M credits. And after the time ended, it froze. So we get CS, and their response was, oh were sorry, we are extending that contest another 24hrs. You can check back then. We said we bought coins to win, and now your saying we can lose!! They responded sorry but the contest is extended for another 24hrs, and you can keep purchasing coins and playing to win. Me: any compensation for your mistakes? – them you can wait to collect free credits that we provide – which is like 6000 per 24/hrs.

They had an event that rewards 1st to 3rd place. The event ended & they did not award chips. Said the time lock was wrong & did not honor but instead changed time clock on their end. Very shady to make sure guests purchases chips for event did not reward for.
Absolutely the biggest rip of scam out they they say they dont interfere in winnings thats a joke its easy to see because if you win thats a big if you will lose it all plus more before you win again dont waste your time or money fill the pockets of these no good lying cheats.

We enjoy playing slots and poker on this app, and it is very fun to play. The only thing we dont get is that there are people on there who are acting like its an online dating app. We came across a couple people who did just that, asking us how old we were and whether or not Im single. That doesnt make any sense to us.

We have been playing for a year almost straight hoping things might change. First thing Won 10B they took it all back by no winning hands? Every time we win big, the odds change and we get nothing but dodo hands on VP. Yesterday won over 200 mil. Kept playing just to see what would happen. The usual, nothing but really bad odds Im back to like 65 mil. If Im low on coins the odds seem to rise just enough to keep our interest in playing up. We mention it they always send us stupid report about outside auditors guaranteeing random hands. Yea. It does but depending on how much you win those random odds change to the house guaranteeing Ill be back buying coins again. After this we quit theyre not getting any more play from us….. We wouldnt get caught up in this if we were you…… Keep in mind they are NOT REGULATED LIKE LEGAL US GAMING with a govt commission… AGreen.
This app is awful! All they want you to do is purchase coins but then you win nothing. No bonuses for purchasing and you never win jackpots. Do not spend money on this app they will just take all your coins and want you to buy more. A waste of time and not fun because you never win anything!!!! They rig all the games!!!
