Sent in a message to support that our player level had stopped working at 17748. No response in 5 days. So much for support.

We have the same problem with the update or new version they call it. Had this game for years, all of a sudden we were prompted to get get a new version. That was 4 days ago. Havent been able to play or access the game since then. We’ve forced closed the game, restarted our device ( we only have one), uninstalled & reinstalled. Nothing has worked.
We have gotten an update request every two or three days for the last 6 months or so and there is NO UPDATE there once you click on the tab. We’ve been able to clear the screen in the past by powering our phone off but it didnt work these last 2 attempts. We dont know whats wrong with this app but we’ve actually spent our hard earned money on here and we rarely get to play…
Constant adds for adult gamin… Sleezy and annoying… AVOID.
But the most recent update made our screen only half the size. Not sure what your update was meant to do but we dont think that was your plan.
It says update but wont let us. We are deleting this app. Total bs.

Since they instituted a add policy it is terrible. We have played the game for years and enjoyed the play. Thanks to the new add policy it constantly interrupts. We counted three 30 second adds In two minutes. When we complained the response was sorry we need the add revenue. Apple is forcing more apps to pay up. Our response is sorry no needs a bad app. Not get this app not worth your time.
Clean install August 12th 2020. Opened the application. Tells us we need to upgrade and wont let us do anything but say ok. No upgrade is there only this review page. Just a thought… Hire a tester! Uninstalling now and we wont install anything from this joint again.
Unbelievable that you want everyone to contact your support team when EVERYONE is having no luck trying to update to your new version. Heres a novel idea, why dont YOU JUST FIX IT and save us the hassle of contacting your supplier team. Very poor customer service on your part.
