Sent in a message to support that our player level had stopped working at 17748. No response in 5 days. So much for support.
We have gotten an update request every two or three days for the last 6 months or so and there is NO UPDATE there once you click on the tab. Ive been able to clear the screen in the past by powering our phone off but it didnt work these last 2 attempts. We dont know whats wrong with this app but Ive actually spent our hard earned money on here and we rarely get to play.
We have the same problem with the update or new version they call it. Had this game for years, all of a sudden we were prompted to get get a new version. That was 4 days ago. Havent been able to play or access the game since then. Ive forced closed the game, restarted our device ( we only have one), uninstalled & reinstalled. Nothing has worked.
Freezes up and we lose all our credits when we have to delete app and download again. Sooooo frustrating.
Clean install August 12th 2020. Opened the application. Tells us we need to upgrade and wont let us do anything but say ok. No upgrade is there only this review page. Just a thought… Hire a tester! Uninstalling now and we wont install anything from this joint again.
Unbelievable that you want everyone to contact your support team when EVERYONE is having no luck trying to update to your new version. Heres a novel idea, why dont YOU JUST FIX IT and save us the hassle of contacting your supplier team. Very poor customer service on your part.

Since they instituted a add policy it is terrible. We have played the game for years and enjoyed the play. Thanks to the new add policy it constantly interrupts. We counted three 30 second adds In two minutes. When we complained the response was sorry we need the add revenue. Apple is forcing more apps to pay up. Our response is sorry no needs a bad app. Not get this app not worth your time.
After the update all we get is ads. They interrupt deals. We hate it.
But the most recent update made our screen only half the size. Not sure what your update was meant to do but we dont think that was your plan.

Please, please, please, think about eliminating the key option. If not, at least give the player the opportunity to opt out. We see no real benefit of this particular feature. The thousand coin win isnt worth what you have to go through to get it. Its a real pain while playing the game. Jackie Bach we do enjoy playing the game, because its always fun to win jackpots, which obviously allows you to play longer. We would have given it more stars, but we wish the developer could speed it up a bitsince we joined a Club, before we can play another hand, either the adding points to the club or the Play again response slows it down. Also, adding different versions of the games would help. There are so many variations of video poker and it would be fun to try others on this app.
