Although we did receive the holiday bonus and Im grateful for them, we still lost the previous $500,000 credits that we had originally wondered about. We did upgrade the 1 stat to a 3 star but still feel shorted because of the previous loss of credits. We are really more concerned as to how we lost them since we didnt play them off as we dont want to lose them again. Thanks Somehow we lost over $450,000 last night and we dont know what happened to them. When we quit playing last night we had about $475,000 and this morning when we started to play, we have only $18,000 we have emailed them about the loss and is of now we have gotten no reply. This is extremely upsetting to just have credits taken away. Im very disappointed. Update; They claim to have answered our request but we cannot find it. We have looked in every folder in our mail, even junk. Im still very upset with this whole process. We have Contacted the actual manufacturer as well and still waiting for answer from them. UPDATE. Sounds like a great plan. Thanks for your help. We know they were free credits but it is a lot of our day these days. Thanks.

This app will not let us earn more points. It wont play the video we need to get more credits. What happened? We used to play it all the time and now we can get only 3 or 4 points or dollars. What can we do.
