This is a very fun game to play us and our 5 year old brother love to play and solve puzzles.
Our kids (5 and 9) both enjoy playing this game but if using it across multiple devices it does not save progress or allow you to restore purchases. We reached out to the developer via email and he let us know theres an issue with restoring purchases sometimes in kids apps. He kindly added more coins to the one device that wasnt caught up and our kids and we are thrilled. The response was super fast and very friendly. Highly recommend. ONE NEGATIVE: there are ads to give hints (I had purchased the ad free version but these ads are extras) that are not appropriate for little kids. Maybe for the 9 year old but our 5 year old started calling everyone a loser due to one ad that repeats all the time. We wish those were not included.
Our son deleted the game can you restore our coins.
This game is like 1k fans that love this game like our brother he is 6 he loves you guys.
Our 4 year old son was play this game when an ad popped with with an almost naked cartoon!! Her arms crossed over her chest with a skirt on. The add was titled make her happy SO DISGUSTING. We immediately deleted it and BLOCKED THEIR YT channel as well. We will no longer be supporting them.
We purchased 30000 coins and tried to install the game on a new iPad with the same Apple ID and click restore purchase. Nothing happens……

Both our boys 2 and 5 are having lots of fun with the puzzles and mini games. We enjoy playing them too. We just wish the ads were appropriate for young children. Some of the advertised games involve harming others or as one says kill all the crew mates.
What the heck? Our son accidentally deleted the app & now all the coins & progress we spent money on are gone!! EDITED: we originally gave 1 star because of the above comment. We decided to reach out & send a email to the email address listed. Not only did we get a response within minutes but they also restored our lost credits. One of the BEST customer service we have ever experienced. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
We purchased the whole version on our phone but can’t restore on our sons ipad even if our apple account is signed in.

Im 11 years old and our brother is 3 years old and we really love this game and we always play, its the best gameeeee.
Our 4 year old loves to do the tasks on the among us game but we didnt like the fact that she could also be an impostor since that promotes violence. This game gives her the challenge she needs and its super fun. We all like to play to see who can complete the levels the fastest.

Went dark when we press the Christmas one ,and we re-downloaded. But all the games the we purchased cant restore.
In app purchases are not connected to puzzles so dont make any purchasers in puzzles.

We will take back our last review. It was our fault. Kind of. We were completely stuck on the last 4 digit lock. All we had to do was pull up on it and there was the code. But when we watched the first walk through on YouTube that lock wasnt there on theirs. Fortunately we found another walk through that did have the 4 digit lock and saw that all we had to do was pull up on it and there was the 6 digit code. Boy do we feel like a dummy! But, there have been other games that when we are completely stuck the walk through games dont look exactly like ours and thats why we cant complete them. Usually restarting helps, but thats just extremely frustrating. This one however we will own.
Can you make a CODING 12 locks where players can play other players games.
Its fun to do puzzles and get more coins just by playing more.
The game is awsome but we recemend to make the price for the puzles lower or free bicouse we need to play a lot pf games to reach the price but we want the puzles to bee free and if kids get bored of puzles they can play minigames and we recemend the devlopers to make the minigames free couse sometimes kids get bored of playing the same minigame over and over to reach the coins they need for the minigame and this glich sometimes kicks us out bicouse some time it shows us a half of a hand and it kicks us out we hope you devlopers fix this glich so others wont waset monny on this game and regret it.

So we got this game and it kick us out we deleted some apps but still kick us out we just wish some games dont have to kick us out. We hope we are not the only one Who has this problem we wish we could play this game so bad please consider fixing this glitch Im not being mean or anything and please understand that Im feeling frustrated and upset and we also feel bad for our dad because he uses money to buy this good game we’ve been watching tons of videos of 12 locks we will give you a better rating if you fix this please.
Our six year old loves this so much she approves and her cousin played it for the first time and boy was she entertained MUST DOWNLOAD!!! Well still havent checked if its not needing WiFi but definitely a good game we recommend epically for being a 5+ game recommend for kids how our kids found the game was seeing this video from cherry pop production and beg us for it so overall 10/10 5 stars whatever but great game!

This is a perfect puzzle game for (in our opinion) all ages and just over all a great game.
We like how theres mini games and its a little bit challenging and we like how you can get some keys its so awesome and fun we wonder if theyre gonna make more mini games.
The first time we did this we have no clue what we were supposed to do until we found all the keys and we did it now we remember what Im supposed to do and also we did this in one minute and 22 seconds.
