We gave it a five star because we played this game when we were like 6 years old and it said Bluetooth is disabled we went to put on Bluetooth and nothing happened its not working again we played this in the passed and we like it so five star but still dont understand Bluetooth thing.
Let us start by saying this is the best Batman vr game.

We had a play the game but it looks good and if you need a VR for it can you use the oculus quest 2.
We cant belive a great vr game like this was released for a vr game in mobile its pretty bomb.

We gave this game a 5 star but we think the controller needs to be more cooler heres a list 1.it can hook up to your phone and control it 2.needs to be able to hook up to wii/wii U 3. Needs to hook up with Nintendo labo VR headsets and games And 4.needs to hook up to Nintendo.

We have a question so please answer it what controller do we use.
We really like this game but we think its kinda hard to control and can be really tough sometimes.but its pretty good.
So we started playing this game we were so happy then something was wrong it said that we had to have a controller but we have the iPad we are even deleting it.
GOOD: This is game is good for a batman mobil vr game honestly you get to play as batman in first person mode to use his gadgets and 3rd person mode to run and fight enemies honestly its great BAD: the d-pad that you move batman with lacks controlling batman sometimes he doesnt move really good to where you want him to move If you came lookin for an impressive vr game then this isnt for you but if you came for a great fun batman vr game then this is maybe for you.
Why do you have to go to the store to buy this headset just buy a regular phone headset to play this is not that good.
So it says searching for your controller it doesnt come with a controller it really should mean its not for mobile is it.
Its very good and all, but we would love an update where you can fight the thugs in first person. With same motion track.

Honestly you fixed the controller but the thing is is the fact that the pictures look good but the game…nothing like it still its a good VR.
Im really a big Batman fan and thought we would give this app a try. We downloaded it and opened it and it stuck on a message that said turn Bluetooth on. Our Bluetooth is on and we tried getting tech help and that was a complete waste of time. Dont waste your time messing with this app.
When we join it tells us to enable blue tooth when it is enabled we were on mobile with Bluetooth controller.
It says Bluetooth is disabled and we need to activate it but we already have the Bluetooth activated.

We played this game and we were so happy to get it and then it ask us that we need a controller and we were so mad if you can change that we would play this game more thanks.
It wont let us connect our controller.
When we saw the title and picture of this game dint get us wrong it was pretty cool but when we actually opened the app it says the our Bluetooth connection is off and we had it off so we turn it on and still we re open the app and still dont waste your time with this app its not worth it.
Dont waste your money. It doesnt even open without crashing. Disappointing.
Every tine we try to connect the controller it just freezes.
We are trying to play and it not we have our controller and it is on but it not let us play.

We just purchased this and the remote will not pair with our iPhone 6s. We have done all of the troubleshooting tips but it still continues to say that the controller is not compatible with the game. Im.
Hey, guess what this review is about? Ill give you three guesses and the second and third ones, you wont need. Yep! Our controller wont pair. Before you (tech support guy) tell us how to troubleshoot it, Im no idiot (Im more Batman than Bruce Wayne), heres what Ive done: 1. New batteries 2. Removed, then reinstalled batteries. 3. Turned Bluetooth off, then back on again. 4. Closed & reopened game app. 5. Deleted & downloaded app again. 6. Held our mouth at 45 deg. Angle. 7. Took a shower, then tried steps 1-5 again. 8. Didnt look directly at it when loading. 9. Taunted it when it wouldnt load. 10. Gave up. 11. Fake gave up then tried again trying to fool it. 12. Gave up again. 13. Looking for a buyer to get our money back.
It actually connects but the app screen stays on the looking to connect screen. Under iPhone tools it states it is connected. Also when we closed the app dialogue box states it disconnected.
Wont pair with remote, our kid is super dissapointed,we are returning it right away since this problem is obviously not getting fixed.
Bought this and you cant go any further then the baterang training. Literally 10 seconds in. Then you go in the pause menu and none of the controls seem to work but they do online game for the most part. Seriously upset with this. Fix it.
What is going on? This game will NOT connect to iPhone. We have spent way too much time trying to get this to work for our son… Not cool! What is the fix? Our other son had the Jurassic World VRSE and it works great. We need this fixed ASAP.
Used to work perfectly, now simply won't pair! We paid good money for this and we feel like it was wasted. Fix this! Battery replacement was the first thing we tried and reinstalled the app reset our Wi-Fi and everything else we could possibly do on our end. As soon as the app loads it freezes on the pairing screen and won't allow us to go back or forward from that point have to simply close it out.
We love it the second we tryed it we were just amazed and we give it a5 star rating because we are a fan of the Batman and second we LOVE VR PUT IT TOGETHER AND U HAVE A BAT MAN VR SIMULATOR.
We quite like this experience, but Im having a surprising amount of difficulty when it comes to combat. Im often getting sucker punched to death and the prompt to counter only shows up AFTER Ive already been hit. We very much hope this gets fixed soon.
If youre looking to be immersed then youre out of luck but if theres nothing else to do then Id say more amusing than connect four.
We downloaded the app. Our phone continues to search for the remote connection. It never finds it. What should we do.
Like most others, the device wont connect with the phone.
The application wont load on anything beyond an old iPhone 5. This is a rip-off until you fix this.
Same issue as other parents have posted here, the developers need to provide a fix for this issue ASAP.
Im just like a lot of apparently some of the other people leaving feedback, cause our controller doesnt seem to want to connect either, like Ill have Bluetooth on and the controller on, and the app begins to open but when it gets to the looking for controller screen it just like sits there and doesnt do anything, almost like it freezes or just refuses to find it and therefor cant go any further or actually play the game. To the developers, is there any trouble shooting advice or something Im doing wrong or just anything you can think of to get it to find remote and therefor get it to start working correctly.
Controller will not connect to iPhone. Tried several different iPhone versions with no luck. App needs to be updated.
Like everyone else, the game cannot find the controller. Controller shows up in phones Bluetooth devices, but app wont recognize it. Software issue. GET YOUR GAME TO WORK BEFORE SELLING IT.
