Data and progress were deleted and customer support is just nonexistent. Please save yourself the misery and DO NOT download the app. Dont say you havent been warned.
They need to fix the fact that you cant get the golden mode before you can claim the daily coins. Best slot game. Now that we’ve reached higher levels, the minimum bet is 750,000,000; the daily bonuses barely earn you 2.5 billion on a good day, so you have to repeatedly log in, just to log out and wait again, unless you want to spend a LOT of real money. (17 billion coins for $4.99 when minimum bet is nearly a billion??!) Forced to uninstall, and disappointed in the developers for this. Either lower the minimum bet, or send out higher daily bonuses. Im not looking to play a game that costs hundreds of real money, every day, just to play for a small amount of time.
We came across this game while on vacation a few years back. Whenever we travel, we treat myself to a small purchase of coins. However, once you achieve a certain level, the game does not let you bet less than 2.5 billion coins. As a result, our spend is consumed quickly, and we just feel guilty spending on a fake slot machine. Our advice is: respectfully, enjoy your flexibility while you have it, and before the game forces you to select denominations that are outside your comfort zone.

This game is a joke! It is not fair, boarding the point of illegal. It takes your money and rarely hits. Do not buy credits. If you do, the game is sure to make you lose all of them forcing you to purchase more. We spent $100 and we had 7 trillion credits. The game did not hit and, a few days later, we had no credits left. This was not the first time this happened. The side games they offer do not pay you what they tell you. We were screwed on a technicality, even though no technicality was ever mentioned.
