We do enjoy playing and winning!!!
Wins are harder to come by than in a real casino. Games are mediocre and dated. Daily Spin wheel is predictably bad. No glitching issues as experienced by others. Meh experience at best.
We play the app every day. The one thing we dont like is that the daily bonus wheel is rigged and you never hit the large amounts of money (points). Come on, let the machine loose. Then, and only then, will we give a 5 star. We do like the fact that it teaches us how certain games work so when we go to the Winstar, we can play the machine knowing how the game is played.
Playing roulette on the digital app will completely void the rules of statistics. Just as soon as you win a few rounds it will switch to loosing all your chips. Happened multiple times like hitting black 7 times in a row just because im up and bet on red. Im deleting now cause its worthless.
Half the games wont load and you dont get enough free coins.
As a long time player at the Winstar Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma it saddens us that they would allow their name to be used with such a scam as this app. Most casino apps take your money after a few games, not these greedy saps, they steal your money from the first time you spin the wheels. Its almost laughable because they make the other shady casino games almost look honest. Sorry Winstar, from now on we will only gamble at the other tribes casinos, thats your payback for ripping off a good customer.
If you are looking for a game that you can spent time playing this is not it they dont give you enough free coins to play with if we wanted to spend money we would just go to the casino and have the chance to profit but this is for fun and this app does notes not provide that.
What is wrong with the app?? Seems like 1/2 the games we want to play wont load. We end up playing the same 5-6 games over and over because the others wont load. Gets boring fast. Please fix this!

This is a fun game, but not real money! We cant understand why most of the games have such a high minimum and your wheel for bonus money is so tight. We literally hit 100 almost every time. Playing this game does not entice us to drive to the casino. We would think you would want to give online players a chance to really feel like they are winning and doing well so they will come in person and spend real money. We know you can pay to play online too, but the games are just too tight. Im not spending money on this.
They removed all the good games with the new app.
We are unable to sign in with our Facebook login, so we lost all our levels and the money we had accumulated. Same games, same stingy payouts, and now expected to start over. This app is as crappy as the casino itself.
The app wont open. It says no connection even though our phone has service and wifi.
Older folks dont like change especially when with the change they lose their chips. Enough said, we dont need explanation we need our chips back.
We have been a user of both the Winstar app and website for years. We dislike the design of the new app so much that we deleted it in the first 5 minutes. Not only does it lock use to the long side of the screen (which makes a full sized tablet hard to hold) , it appears all Keno games have been deleted. Since Keno is one of the reasons we play Winstar, we hope this isnt a trend that will follow to the web version. If it is, that will be the end of our long relationship. You ruined a good app design for no reason. Hope you change back to the old version, or its goodbye for us.
Why did they change the viewing format from landscape to portrait?

The whole app just sits there and wont load up after using it one time, myVEGAS never has these issues smh.
When opened all new updated app totally lost everything from old app including logging in, wiped out millions of points, plus changed layout to portrait (very offensive). Used to be how we earned extras for in-person play. Im done. Last 5 years were fun.
