We love this game so much! It really helps us deal with our chronic pain disability and keeping our mind active. We play it everyday! We love all the different attributes it has and the little extras that change every few days keep it interesting and entertaining. The customer service is awesome as well. When we got a new phone they were so very helpful in recovering our purchases and game data when we switched over and even gave us a bonus for the trouble we had prior to their help with it. We highly recommend this game to anyone wanting a fun game experience that will keep you coming back to it everyday.
When there is an ad between each game, theres too many.
We love this game. Til now. We are at level 458 and it opens but freezes. The screws dont move. Ive been trying off and on for a week but Im pretty much ready to delete this one. Too bad, it was good while it lasted.
Got to level 15 and its laggy and too irritating to play at this point.
Get a few to easy games and jump to levels you cant win without buying tools. No skill required.
Love the game, hate the ads. In particular hate the ads that launch websites with fake virus scans and other potential malware. Theres absolutely no legitimate reason to enable in-game 3rd party ads to launch other applications (like web browsers).

We do like the game play. But to win later levels you need the two extra boxes to sort. For each you have to watch an ad unless you buy the tickets. Then if you still dont win, you get to do it all over again. We are done.
We cant watch any videos, like to get another box or to collect extra coins. This started happening after the last upgrade please fix.
This game would be incredibly fun, but we feel as though we watch twice as many ads as actually play the game. We have to play ads when we do bad in our game, we have to watch ads when we do well. ANNOYING!! We downloaded this game today and was thrilled at how fun it was but already thinking of deleting because we do not want to waste our life watching the same ridiculous ads every 2 minutes.
Gameplay is great, haptics are great. We will close the game every time we have to watch a 60-90 second ad.
The game play seems fine, but the only reason we tried it was because an ad (from another game) directly said there were NO ads in this game. Wrong. That was a lie. Im uninstalling. We would rather put up with an ad or two than deal with a company that is intentionally dishonest in the advertising.
We really enjoy the concept of this game but getting hard to tolerate the ads. Some levels it seems impossible to solve and are forced to watch ads for help to move on. However, the one thing that may lose us is that the SHEIN app randomly opens? How does this happen? Why.

A fun algorithm will make it impossible to pass the levels without watching ads. Nothing new in mobile games.
The ad we got for this app stated no ads. However after completing 2 challenges ads started and recurred after completion of each level.
There are so many ads. So. Many. Ads. The game is fun and unique, but having to watch an ad between every level and having the game set up for you to fail a level so you have to watch more ads to keep playing is too much. Id rather pay for the game outright than have to deal with all of the ads. It really hurts the experience.
We downloaded this because the ad said it was ad-free, and an ad began at level four. Also, it is only 2D, and a static 2-D at that! No rotation or turning or anything. Other than that, its a standard unscrew game.
Fun game but why does it keep trying to open our SHEIN app? We found the app through fetch and emailed them about our concerns and they said we needed to let the developer of the game know, theyre not concerned about promoting a game that tries to access other apps. Can you explain why this happens? We have screenshots to prove it.
Love the game but we have to delete it. Ads keep popping up as harmful viruses. Cant take any chances.
We really enjoy this particular screw removal game, but the number of ads that then freeze and result in. Black screen that does nothing until you close it and start over. Frustrating when youre just trying to get a tool. Removing it now.

We dont know how you can show so many five star reviews when most of your reviews are three stars or less. This would be a really fun game if it didnt have an ad after every level.
We got this game because it said there were no ads. Its a lie.
But needs a lot of work.. You are not showing whats behind the shapes on top early enough of the next couple screw colors to provide enough info to be able to reason the order to take the screws out- its basically up ro chance that we get it right and mosrly a prettg low chance so you really need to think this thru a lot more- maybe try beta testing it before release we mean we really feel like that should be freaking obvious any company that's trying to do this professionally but yeah we're embracing it now so hope you fix it and maybe we'll try again someday but now it's worthless pointless and stupid because you didn't think that through it all.

Im on level 15 and we swear that you cant win with only two of those cases to hold screws. Right as we have 2 screws the color needed is a whole different color on 4 layers below covered in glass. We would much rather have a more relaxing game where we can mindlessly get the screws out. We sound like such a Gen Z dude but we cant organically get enough coins to buy power ups so we have to watch ads. Bruh. Come on.
The game is okay, when you get to play it. There is too much flash and too many ads, and not enough substance to the game. Not worth playing this over the dozens of other screw game clones.
The game itself is great. Its fun to play its challenging and you have the option to watch an ad to get extra spaces drills, etc. Our only problem with the game and why we gave it three stars is that there is an ad after every level.. Not every two or three levels but every level. If it wasnt for that, it wouldve gotten five stars.

You earn and can even buy gold coins, but Ive never found a way to spend them. The game will periodically, with no warning or trigger, move to your browser and start running a scan. Not cool. Ive gotten to level 1200+ but have never seen the screen shown as the example in the App Store. Game at the core is not bad.
Not as presented. It says no ads, but It does have ads after each and every level completed. Even if you are successful with a level, you cant continue on to the next without an ad.
When this game popped up on our feed, it CLEARLY stated that there are NO ANNOYING ADS. Well, guess what, after the first five levels, there are now ads after EVERY DANG LEVEL!! How is that NO ANNOYING ADS? Ill give you two stars, but unless things get better, that will change to one.
The game itself is fun and enjoyable on its own, but they bombard you with ads and make some levels virtually unbeatable without power-ups which requires you to view an advertisement to use.
Game is okay accept the adds are getting where they never close and you are spending more time trying to close the adds than the game. If they would close instead of forcing you to interact with them it would be okay . Time to delete and find a new one.

Simple game. We are on level 165 and it doesnt seem to be getting more challenging. Lots of coins racking up, and unless Im missing something.. Theres no way to spend them.
Had to delete because it would send us to a page stating there is a virus rather than showing us an ad. Game is okay, though sometimes literally impossible. Each time you replay the same level, it ends up being a different game because they rearrange the screws. Theyll allow it to be solvable after about 10-20 tries.
Do we have to see ads with half naked women! We let our Grandson play some times and we dont want him seeing that trash. If we see that ad again we will delete this game.
Love love love this game! Play it multiple tones a day! Only issue we have is after the last update, the game freezes and boots us out or we dont get credit for watching ads for coins. If thats fixed, its perfect.
We love the game, but they have started running ads at the bottom of the screen for mcafee that cause a beeping noise to scare you into getting a blocker or something and also other ads that pause music and videos. It's really annoying.
The game is addicting, but we keep getting notices that phishing attempts have occurred, whenever the black background ads are shown, and when the ads for them open up. Also, the x in the upper right corner that appears each time, are constantly opening up the phishing ads, more than the game opening back up. Please fix, or Ill quit playing the game.
This was a great game but a window on safari kept opening saying we have a virus. Sorry but you gotta go.

We like the game. We like watching the pieces fall in a realistic manner. We were dealing with the ads. A necessary evil. Fun game. But when one of the ads pretended to scan our phone, and then another ad sayid it was playing on one of our home devices instead of the phone? Thats a level of creepy Im not going to deal with. Deleted.
This game is very fun and its very addictive. Unfortunately, there is something, either in the game itself or in the advertising service they use that is randomly and without any input from us opening up a webpage in Safari with a fake virus scanner. Ive never had an app do this before.
About every 3 levels, youre forced to view an ad because the game strategically manipulates the choices to make you either start over or watch the ads. Happened too many times so we deleted the game.
On one of the many many ads it suddenly took us over to our browser and put something on our phone. We tried to delete the tab and clear our history but to late we guess, now at random our phone will just start beeping. We guess its not that serious but very annoying and a bit alarming. Other than that the game is fine, but it sort of rigs itself. But honestly we dont mind it we just wanted something to kill time and it does.
