Love game but too many ads! Thinking about deleting game and find one without so many ads.
The interstitial ads went away but the banners remain. We also had to restore our phone. Where we lost the somewhat ads free Mode because there is no way to recover purchases. As much as apple claims the App Store is to protect consumers, this behavior is far to rampant. Id stick to Apple Arcade, if there were more relevant games.
This game is not the one advertised.
Ive played games with ads. Most of the time its no big deal. This game has way too many ads. Brings the enjoyment of the game down.
We wish you could skip a phase that seems unsolvable. Instead of not being able to play anymore. We made it to the last phase but cannot find any more words in this word scramble.
So we started this game thinking it was going to be a good game and when we got to level 14 we were stuck and there was no letters.
Ive had free games and this one adds WAY to many commercial.

This game was way too easy and too short.
We just downloaded this game so that we can let the company know that their ads on multiple other games do not stop, nor does a person get any credit for watching the ad. As soon as this problem is fixed, we would like to play this game.
We downloaded this game and liked it at first but as we progressed through the levels the ads became too many and now Im stuck in an ad and cant get it to go away. There is no X to click on as suggested. Im deleting this game because its irritating. Dont waste your time downloading it.

The game play is good, but the fact that we know more words then it accepts, and Then there are words that it accepts which arent in any dictionary, we can find. This makes the game frustrating at times. What dictionary are you using.
There are ads after every puzzle. Even after 30 seconds or at the end of the ad, the X will not let you out. Had to shut the game down to get out. There are other apps with less ads and don't trap you.
Game was freezing so deleted and downloaded. Not the same game we have been playing for years.

We downloaded the Word Connect 2022 and it doesnt work like the prior version. We only played a few games and it wont go forward to the next level. Thinking of deleting the game.
Addictive word puzzle fun game. Like it, recommended everyone.
We thought this was going to be a fun game but after almost every game, we get what looks like an advertisement. But it is just a blank screen that does not go away. Every time we have to close the game out and start it up again. It takes too long to go through a level this way. We will be deleting this game. Its too frustrating.
We bought something from you for 5.00, now we cant get points or other rewards.
Enjoy the concept however, like so many of these games they start out fun n then get harder. Dont mind the harder puzzles but they give you few coins for winning but charge way too much (150) coins for a one letter hint. End up spending more time watching more ads than playing game.

Your ad freezes up our iPad every time.
Hi! We purchased some credits for this game and didnt receive them. We reached out to the developer on facebook but they stopped responding.
The game bounces us out after every challenge. Im not wanting to play other games we would just like to play this game.
Like the game but the adds are to often and to many!!! We know you have to do ads to pay for game but you cant even finish a level with ads before during and after.
This version is awful. We had the original word connect which was a challenge and now Im finding 3 letter words. Time to delete this game.
We like the game, BUT be careful when buying!!!!! We have paid and got NOTHING! Then paid again and got the pack. After the SECOND time it happened, we refuse to buy from this game.
We dont like the 2022 version. It wont let us get out of an ad. We click on the x and it just keeps going to the ad. Unfortunately the game forced us to update. Im going to delete it.

TERRIBLE – need to return to original format.
After each game they flip you to buy another. Like 2 minutes between each game or it just crashes deleted after playing for 20 minutes. If that the way they make money not interested too many other games.
We really like this word game. We are pretty good at word games and have several that we play every day. Our sister suggested we play this one. At first, we could not resist playing this game every day. However, there is a glitch that needs to be reconciled. Your developers need to enable the users to skip or choose another game if they get absolutely STUCK. Not being able to move on to another game/option is going to make users delete this game. Right now, we are at the point of Deleting.
This game has a cash out at $150. When we were .12 away from $150, it didnt let us gain more money. We played through 3 chapters to reach the12 cents and we never saw it.. Its a scam ! Dont trust this! They give you so many commercials to watch so they can make their money, but no longer will be a fool.
Love the game but am about to delete it altogether because we cant get the ads off except by turning off our phone and then turning back on. Today it happened four times and by the fifth time we decided to forget about playingthe ad is still sitting there tonight! There is an x in the right hand corner but when we tap it nothing happens! So sick and tired of this.
