Bought this app 5+ years ago, and it's still our favorite app. Works on iPad 8. Always loved word fill puzzles when we were little, now we have an infinite variety, and the dictionary/word list is updated/expanded regularly also. Definitely worth the money.
Doesnt let you select which area you want. No starter letters.
We figured we'd give it a try, and we did. It's a little different than the puzzles in the books, but we love the setup better because we can blow through a puzzle real quick on break at work. Instead of typing in each individual letter. Great app! We Suggest the download for anyone.

We love the challenge of fill-it-ins.
We have since found a website that you can play free without printing the puzzle(no ads) and it also has the option of printing with no cost. We really wish this app had the first word filled in. Other than that we like the app but it should be $2 not $4.
Overpriced for the quality and the number grids are a separate purchase. It doesn't feel like a normal fill in in puzzle books because they basically spoon you options. Not a whole lot of fun and we wish we could get our money back.
We were waiting for this and finally we were able to download it to our phone. Keeps us occupied and entertained.
We are 49 and we have loved fillins since we were in grade school. We would spend hours doing them. We were hoping that someone would do them for the phone. We are in love all over again.

This is the best one we have run across yet.
The simplicity of this app is what we like best. Nothing fancy, just an endless supply of random puzzles! The only thing we would add is an option for dark contrast in place of the black on white default. :).
We love doing fill-in And we love the fact that we can do them on our phone now.
When we were a little girl (47 now) our older sister taught us how to complete Fill-it-In puzzles. We loved them! Our father would buy us the puzzle books and we would spend hours working on the word and number versions of the Fill-it-In puzzles. If you enjoyed the books as much as we did, then this is the app for you!!! The only change we would suggest is to show how many puzzles we have completed.
Remindes us of when we were a kid at our grandmother's camper doing her puzzle books with her. Waaaaayyyy before computers.
This is an awesome game! Only thing we would like is to be able to add some color and add font choices. Otherwise, awesome.

We love this game! Totally addicting. But we think you should add a button to check if something is wrong.
We've really enjoyed this game. When we got our iPad we looked for fill-it-in games and there were only a couple. This has been the best by far. We like the 3 difficultly levels, we can play words or numbers, we can even play in a foreign language. It's good exercise for our brain. We play it regularly with our other puzzle games. We think it would be nice to be able to change the font and background colors. We often play this game offline. If internet access isn't available and the dictionaries need to be updated you can't play it.
We love this app. It would be 5 stars if it didn't have questionable x-rated words not appropriate for all ages.
While we do enjoy playing the game a letter clue would definitely help so we have a starting point.
The description is misleading.. We saw "no more bucks for bonus packs" and thought that everything in the app would be unlocked, but number grids cost an additional $1.99. The swipe-to-select interface is nice, but lends to accidentally selecting the wrong space and putting in a "wrong" word, which there's no way to clear unless we clear the whole board. Some people are complaining about no word lists.. You don't need them though, just start with the larger words.
We really enjoy this game. We used to buy the fill it in books all the time. Happy we found an app. We do wish there was a button that allowed you to check if your puzzle was correct as you play. Also a word to get you started would be nice.
Good time waster. But we could do without some of the words used in the game like fag#t.
We paid money for this app because we love fill in puzzles, but they don't even give you a starting letter. Which means you guess. Which means your whole puzzle could be wrong from the beginning. This is not a logic puzzle, this is an effort in futility. Instead, we would recommend Word Fit by Havos.
After some time we have decided to change our review. What could be a great game is ruined by vulgar and racist word choices. We have deleted the app.
We had downloaded this app for our mother thinking it was the same as the books she uses….with the words listed and some letters filled in already. It's too confusing for her. Is it possible to get our money refunded.
We want a word list, how can you decide what word to use when you can't see the options for the words surrounding it. Not worth the money for us.
We paid for an app that we can't even get to start. When we opened the app, it told us we had to immediately like it on Facebook. We decided to wait until we had a chance to try it out but then it said it couldn't get updates or dictionaries. We JUST downloaded the app, we shouldn't need updates and it should have every thing it needs with the what was already downloaded, it is a PAID app.
This is great we love the puzzle books this is SO much more fun & no need of pencils.
