This is a great down to earth app. We love how handy it is and yet we still have to use strategy which is perfect. Its the only helper we use.
Very helpful for scrabble and Lexulous. You give your letters and letters on the board you want to connect with. It comes up with possible words.
Love this game. While meeting and playing with strangers, some are so good and some are not so good. But the longer you play, the more tips you'll get, the more goofy- jumbles of letters REALLY ARE A WORD! You learn new words all the time. Some people are so good they are annoying. We just try to make the best words we can, even though we "apparently" have letters to make a word that would give us twice the points as the one we have already figured out. We will not spend hours looking for "just the right ubiquitous word to maximize our word point." we do the best we can and just have fun with it.

This is the "Top Dog" of all word finders. This the ONLY word finder we use because to us its the BEST.
Very helpful in games but we have made simple words that have not always been in the lists.
Have played 2000+ games so far and it is still fun. Keeps the brain working.
We have been using this app for several years, and we love it. Its our go-to when Im stumped for what to do with the mess of letters Im given in WWF. Its genius! And it makes us look like a genius.
WordFinder is a tremendous study aid for WWF2 junkies. We use primarily the word lists feature, so that we can study and become more familiar with valid words for WWF2. The word lists are kept up to date with changes Zynga makes to its dictionary. That is the most essential characteristic fo us. And WordFinder delivers.
This is a great reference for playing Scrabble. However, since new words have been approved for tournament play since 2014, it needs updated.
Does not list words we know are acceptable on words. Just poor quality.
Extra Version doesn't work as promised. You are suppose to be able to input more than 7 letters on the first line. However, that isn't the case.
Too many intrusive and annoying adds and pop-ups. Would like to have back the simpler app.
The new version totally obliterated the find word feature. Now when you hit the Go button, no words show up just a bunch of lines on top of each other, some numbers but zero letters. What happened??!! We tried multiple times to delete and re-load the app, but its still scrambled beyond recognition so that it is unusable. There should be minus stars for the upgrade.
Great app until the most recent update – now its not usable.
We love learning new words! We love learning how to spell them correctly…. And learning some alternate spellings. Also, we love having access to the definitions.
We got tired of losing and wanted some help. And this app got even more helpful as time went on – as we learned to use it. Plus the developer is actually paying attention to these reviews and responding and using our comments to improve the app. If you want some help with WWF, then this is the app for you.
Of course, it's hard to justify using this app, because you're probably cheating (at Words with Friends or Scrabble) if you do. But you can also think of it as a sort of training tool, something to jog your brain once in a while…? It's also nice that this app gives you definitions.

We love it! We wanna learn more so words stay in our head longer. Usually the dictionary currently tied to the app doesn't have a definition for the words suggested. Google comes up with weird stuff that isn't always a definition either. That said, we still love it.
It might be helpful if you added the game "Word Chums" to the list of game choices. We think it's more popular than "words with friends" now. Just a suggestion. We love the app.
We love the app – as the title goes – but an update is due at least for the International dictionary: a fair amount of words have been added since 2012.
We have tried numerous apps since we began playing Scrabble online (and WWF, etc) and this one is the only one we have really liked and we have been using it solely since 2011.
Our friend and we 'talk' during the games, but suddenly your latest update changed so that ALL games show ALL the messages exchanged. So you can't refer to a specific word play because it shows up on all the games. Go back to the old way please.

Need to be able to have more than 7 letters in the rack. Overall, very helpful.
You should be able to enter more than 7 letters in the rack box. Why? Because there are situations where you might have a play that crosses two different, non-connected, words. Entering one of the letters from one of those two words in to your "rack" allows you to evaluate your options in this case.
These are not real words!!!! We looked all of them up and 2 were in the dictionary out of 17!!! Save your money and don't get it.
