This was one of our favorite games, and we played it all the time. Every time you guessed a word that wasnt in the puzzle, you would get points towards coins that would go into your bank. You could use your coins whenever you couldnt guess a word and needed a hint (youd still have to watch a video, but they were free as long as you had coins in your bank). We had over 20,000 coins. They removed all our coins and now we have to purchase coins if we need them. Im deleting this app.
Used to be our favorite game, now all of our saved up words are useless, change it back or you lose a player for life!
We have been playing this game for many years and for the most part have loved it. There was an update about 2 years ago that changed the collections. We lost all we had saved. They added many more and we still have not completed a single one even though we played many times every day. The latest update that happened last night (8/2023) took away over 55,000 bonus word coins we had saved up. We can no longer claim them to add to our total. They are sitting there doing nothing. This was the last straw for us. There are too many other word games for us to download. You made a horrible mistake with the update. So long.

We absolutely love this game and it has helped us immensely with cognitive skills. We started off slow and gradually got the hang of it and still learning but we are surprised and thrilled that in just two months our mind is much sharper and our memory has improved. We highly recommend for all ages especially for seniors, we are 70 and this game is how we manage stress and anxiety.
All of a sudden the app wont open. Just pretends to open and then nothing. Whats going on?

We were able to play this game without ads as long as we were offline, now ads are popping up so we guess we have to pay for no ads now. We wish we would of been notified.
Why are there so many repeat levels? We’ve played the same words over and over again. We were hoping we would get harder words but im past level 1000 and its the same things over and over. It was good for keeping myself distracted, but now its boring and repetitive.
Just discovered this game and we really like it. One BIG problem is that the screen goes black many times while we are leaving ad screen. It happens MANY times in a half an hour. Someone else mentioned the same thing but it wasnt fixed. We will check back later to see if it is fixed. But we dont think anyone trying this game will keep it if you dont fix the problem. We will check back at a later date but if the black screen appears we will definitely delete it. Dont make us do it. We like the game. This game was fixed within one day! Now there are no more black screens. Thank You for fixing.

Got a new phone which put us back to the beginning of the game. We contacted them and to our surprise got a response very quickly. We were able to resume the game at our achieved level.

Hard to play a game and enjoy it when youre constantly listening the many ads and interruptions. You wait and wait and wait more, hoping its the last one so you can proceed to the next level. The title of the review says it all. We paid $5.99 (a supposedly one-time charge) to go ad-free so our son could play without distraction. He didnt play the game for a about a week after we paid the fee, and when he got back on, ads kept popping up. If someone could help us with this, Id appreciate it. If not, Id love our money back.
Not worth playing, games alr but with how many ads there are its not worth it.
This game could be fun and relaxing. Instead there are ads after each game. And not just one, sometimes 2 or 3!! Each advis a minimum of 30 seconds and many dont ever come up with a close button!! It insists that you play the game then takes you to the App Store to buy it. We’ve even had to force close the app to get back to the game. But even when we do that, half the time it takes us back to the ad. Im deleting this app due to the irritating amount of apps and the fact that it wont allow us to get back to our game. We understand that some developers use apps occasionally in between games but this one goes way too far.

We like this game and have played for a few years. Now all of a sudden out of the blue it is stealing our coins. Collecting coins is part of the fun. As of now over the last several weeks we have lost at least 600 coins. Please fix this!!
We made it to level 198 but cant play anymore because the game keeps freezing. It is very annoying. Deleting now.
However, we feel like there could be more words to each level.
Fun when you can actually play the game and not have to watch commercials every few minutes.
We were on level 1372 on our Word game when it reverted to level 1. We were crushed because Word is one of our favorite games and we play it everyday. We contacted Support (Isabelle) who worked diligently with us suggesting several things to try. Isabelle also made changes on their end and finally after 4 days our game was once again on level 1372. Support never gave up and we never felt abandoned. Highly recommend Iscool.
We really like Garden of Words. We stopped short of giving it a 5 star because of the ads. There are just too many!
The game is good but our dad paid for no ads but there is still more ads and its really frustrating us that is what you need to fix and were we make words it always goes to the little circle thing were you get one right and it goes up to twenty and you get a prize but why cant every one you go to the next one you get like 30 coins. We mean it still good but issues please fix it.
