It is a good way to challenge your mind but it also gets quite difficult and frustrating so it is not all the time peaceful.
This game would be fun if it werent so buggy.
We would like to click on the letters instead of swipe. It doesnt select the letters correctly. It also doesnt always allow you to select a letter.
We have happily played this game every night for a couple of years. Why have there been no new games added since April 2? It is now April 12.
We loved the old word ladder game. This is just okay. Or it was. Now when we click for daily game, it tells us to come back tomorrow for a new daily game. Every day. There are no daily games. We want the old game back. The puzzles where better and more challenging.
We enjoy this app. It works our brain and is better than the dead glazed viewing we have done in the past.
Ive been getting that message for weeks. Stay tuned more puzzles on the way. Any idea on long we need to stay tuned? This happened earlier this year so we deleted the app and reloaded. Lost all our progress and had to start over. Now it has happened again. Kinda frustrating.
We put the correct answer many times. It just wouldnt take it. Had to reveal the hints to solve itself for each letter until it became the answer we tried many times.
We like the graphics, but theres not much to it. It just shows us a raccoon and says 1%. Must be some kind of zen game.
We downloaded the app but when we open it and click play theres a progress bar thats stuck at 1% and doesnt move. We deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing happened. Such a bummer.
We love playing this game, but we wish there would be more puzzles! Its been saying more puzzles coming, but no sign of them yet.
This new rendition of word ladder is far too easy. The old version was superior for those who like word games. It looks like theyre not supporting the old version anymore though.
Nice breath of fresh air that isnt completely mindless like some of the other Word games out there.
So fun to play and would definitely recommend to anyone. Its a game that we play during free time and this game requires more thinking than other word puzzle apps.

We like Sporcle and was optimistic when we saw that they were behind this game. The game itself is a fun little word/trivia game. The UI for selecting letters doesnt seem very well thought out, having to drag a line to connect letters means your thumb gets in the way and makes it hard to locate the letters (exacerbated by the letters changing position after every answer); but those are minor annoyances and dont ruin the game. But the ads. After 10 levels, Im getting an ad after every single level. When it takes 30sec to complete a puzzle but you have to stare at a 45sec ad to get to the next level, its unacceptable. We wouldve paid .99 (maybe even $1.99) to remove ads but that doesnt seem to be an option. Uninstalled and we dont recommend it unless you really dont value your time.
If youre here because of the Sporcle trivia app or website, turn back now. This thing has short incredibly simple rounds with longish annoying ads forced in between. We only hung on (went to level 50 to see if it got more challenging, nope) because of the Sporcle name but this thing is really trash. Deleting in 3,2,1.
The game itself is great. The problem came in when we got somewhere between level 40 and 50. At that point, ads for ridiculous, very questionable game apps started popping up between every level. And you have to sit and let those play for a good 30 seconds each time. We realize Sporcle has to make money somehow, but why didnt those ads come up from the very beginning? And we actually subscribe to their website so we can play their games and quizzes there ad-free. How about an option for those of us who do that to log in and have this app be ad-free, too.
Very fun, quick and easy. We were able to get past it but we too had trouble with mat in the tutorial, something should be done.

The letter wheel makes it so easy to enter answers. Fun little brain teaser to play for a quick distraction.
This is super super funsies! Addicting.
This game is so cute, so relaxing, and so fun.
