We like word games like these. Some of the words in this game Ive never heard of or seen. Makes it difficult sometimes. Also the game starts to repeat itself if you get far enough into it. We started realizing we were getting the same words.
This is fun but they make up words! SCOUP! Ugh.
We enjoy playing this app on our Android phone, but its a bit problematic on our iPad Air: The crossword squares are often covered by advertisements or other game parts (e.g., the button that reorders the letters). The game only runs with the iPad in portrait position, but we run most apps in landscape position.
We hate games that advertise one kind of game and when you download it, its not even close to the reason you got it. The only option is to delete it. Sucky.
The ad for this says its about grammar, which we were interested in. Instead its just like a hundred other word games, dull & boring.
We love it it teach us new words like love thinks.
Trumps name does not belong in our word games or in our vocabulary.
We play this a lot and really enjoy the challenge. We recommended it to friends and family. The only problem we have with this game is the puzzles that have black squares with purple letters. We really struggle to actually see the letters. Im sure this isnt a problem for everyone but we doubt Im the only one.
This puzzle game is great. Challenging, but not too challenging. Four stars instead of five because of the occasional abbreviated scramble word. Really?!? Just say no to nonsense words please.
There seems to be something wrong with these two ads- they never go off & require closing & reopening the game in order to play.
We spend more than 10 hours on this game. Although we love itI did until we stopped tonight to eat (9:15pm), rushed to get back to play & it switched to slogan solving! We will delete the game if this continues. We were working on our Doctorate and loving it as we are nearly 85, we do not enjoy solving the slogans. We have heard them forever. We liked the other BETTER than the very boring slogans we have heard all our life. It has happened againI hit the back arrow thinking we could see our last puzzle. The darn thing took us to QuotesI hate that game and cannot exit back to our puzzles we love. Please get us out and back to where we were. We cannot exit. Is there a way we can do it on our own if it happens again? Please get us out! PLEASE! October 4, 2023 we are unable to finish our game as it switched to Butterflies hatching and we are unable to remove it. Why am we being forced to watch this dumb thing waiting to be hatched? We are forced to abandon our Word Lots puzzle. Another thing, our Solitaire game is also frozen on adwhat is going on.
Why does it freeze where it wont upload the game to play.
The game is a lot of fun and we think it helps sharpen our mind. There are way to many ads. The ads are after every puzzle. They last a really long time. They are incredibly loud, even if the game volume turned down or completely off. Its getting ridiculous. Its to the point where we will download a different word game to avoid the ads. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
This game is very enjoyable BUT these freaking ads are simply UNCALLED for. We have never played a game that has ads every single round a game is played. Most of the ads are of other games that dont even have ads if you were to download the game! We would rather play a game that even have just a few ads than one that has one every second. The ads that are showing from this game makes us want to download and play those instead of the actual game Im already playing. Deleting ASAP.
Its a fun game and we realize there needs to be ads if you dont want to spend real money BUT This is the worst game we have ever played as far as the frequency goes. You get hit with ads after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL! Most of the time the level takes a short time to complete 3 -5 minutes often less so you are literally hit with an ad that often. Even every other level would be a vast improvement. We enjoy the game when we get to play between the ads.
This is a fun game but they throw words in that only Websters is familiar with or maybe brain surgeons and hospitallad workers MAYbe familiar with. Another sample is abbreviations. Just ran across the word HET. An abbreviation for heterosexual. Seems like a cheap way to force players to use up their rewards.

At first this game was fun. Then it changed, and it is no longer even interesting. Deleting.
Seriously?? Partial words, Abbreviations, Words spelled differently How about sticking with whole words in our century found in a reputable collegiate dictionary ? We dont care for word tricks or treasure hunting. We do not wish to learn the construction of old 18th century words with crazy spellings. Im done here.

We dont mind ads but having adds after every single set of words is very frustrating! Also first, Im angry because we can only claim a portion of our earnings and second, we STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A PENNY! Im deleting immediately.
This game could be nice and relaxing, but theres no need for an ad after every one minute round deleting.

1 word, 5 minutes of ads repeated ad nauseum, then 5 minutes of black screen, impossible to remove, then delete then restart. Several hours into this game and only on level 27. Our next word is censored/unprintable. Also duplicates several other games. Can.t improve mental acuity at this rate.
Its a good concept but its too frustrating when theres an ad break after every puzzle.
We love this game, but they keep playing Republican political ads. Not cool. Gonna stop playing and delete app. We do not play games to listen to political junk. Wrong place wrong time.

We dont know what the native tongue is of the inventor of this game – but it certainly isnt English. The idiot makes up words like gluped (no, not gulped) and misspells so many English words that some arent even recognizable. We enjoy word games – but they should use ACTUAL words.
While Im enjoying the game we have a question. Why should we buy the piggy bank when we filled it.

We downloaded this game in response to an ad that this is about grammar puzzles. We played up to level 22, and this is just another Wordscape under a different name. Nor did we see any prior message even confirming if there will be grammar puzzles. This would not be the first game that has lied to us. We say to you people you are LIARS! Prove us wrong and we will update this review. Otherwise, this one-star review and our resentment towards you liars hold.
Awful. Cancelling our subscription.way too many adds. Will not let us go past level 12 although we have solved it correctly repeatedly. We Do NOT recommend. A waste of time and money.
The game wont let us get the reward. You hit on the box where it says video and nothing happens so you cant get any hints. Please fix soon.
We play the game to earn the coins. Then you take our earned coins put them in a piggy bank to buy them back. After we have earned them.
