We love the game and play it a lot. However we put in our favorite background and the next time I, look it disappears. We put it in again and it disappears again. WHY!!! Lizzie B Also it would be nice if you spelled things correctly. It is chili not chilly. How many levels does it have? We still love it and play all the time!! Still disappearing!!!

We paid not to have ads popping up constantly and we love the game but the round add thing at the bottom that keeps jumping and jumping constantly drives us nuts!!!! We thought if we paid to get the ads to stop popping up, that would stop the the ad icon at the bottom to stop jumping but we were wrong. Is there any way you could stop that ad icon from constantly jumping? Jennifer Scalise.

This was one of our favorite games until we played level 2181 today. Topic: Suicide! This is a trigger for many people and should be removed immediately.

We literally just paid $$ so as NOT to have to deal with ads to play this game. And we get sucked into watching a video in order to claim coins or keys. If we could have given this app zero stars we would have. We cannot do that; but what we can do is tell everyone we know who either plays or wants to get this app that they gave to see ads even though they pay NOT to see ads! This stinks. We want a refund. We do not support business of such low standards and who have NO INTEGRITY!!
We have been playing this game for years. All of a sudden it disappeared. Found the link in our history and the new version has only one level that builds upon itself instead of multiple levels to choose from. Yuck.
How am we supposed to play this game when the discover ad wont close? Two days and we still cant play! No matter what we tried the discover ad wont close. We understand about the ads but you dont get that you have an ad that prevents someone from playing the game! Whats up with that?

Theres a piggy vest on the application that they will say add your card and when you add your card number After adding it they will say the money has been added to you card but it is a big lie…. This game is one of the best games ever for three reasons: one, you don’t have to pay for it, two, it helps you learn new words every time that you play it, and three, it encourages you to learn!!
Game can be a lot of fun but you end up still having to watch ads that are available if you do some levels that are harder and you you have to shuffle words at least a couple of times which they make sure you do.
We love this game but we see now with the update if you leave and come back you have to start all over. Why the change? So we dont know how much we will play now? So sorry you had to change things.

Love the game but now when we open the game it starts over at Level 1 how to play. We’ve lost all coins and keys. Im going to download again and start over. It does it every time anyway!
We have been playing this for along time. We would give this 5 stars but on every level we locate words which are not placed on board. We finally give up and spend coins for hint or shuffle only to have the same words placed on board. This cant be random and occur so frequently.
Since the recent update all our progress is lost and it keeps restarting us at the beginning. Boo Response to developer response: there are a bunch of people who have reported the exact same issue. You should have the info you need.
Something is wrong with the game. The last few times we tried to play it started us at the beginning and not to where we advanced to. Why?
We absolutely love this game!!! But lately every time we open it to play it, we have to start back over to the very beginning. We made it all hothead way to level 143 and then the very next day we were back at level 1. We thought the update would help so we went on ahead and updated it but again the very next day we were back at How to play. This is very very frustrating!!! We’ve had to start over 3 times!! Is anyone else having this problem? Please fix this issue ASAP!!!
Spent hours playing and got to over 100 levels. Game restarted back to beginning…. Lost all coins and a dozen or more backgrounds. Not happy! Restore did nothing! Previous review disappeared….
