We cant get the app to start correctly. Ill launch it and the screen wont do anything else. We really liked this game too. Please update for iOS 16?!
We love the game, but app wont open. We’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling, and app still wont open. HELP!! Also, rewards used to go directly to PayPal but doesnt anymore. HELP!!

We really love everything about this app from the relaxing music to the addictive nature of getting to just one more level! The fact that you can win some money is an added bonus because we would play and enjoy this game even without a financial reward. Thank you for creating such a great game which we will enjoy playing for a long time to come!
We absolutely love this game. We had been getting the money without a problem. But here lately we have been cashing out but nothing has been put in our PayPal account for a while now. And its still not paying out. And again the game isnt paying out please fix this issue please Can you please fix the problem of getting the money. Its still not sending as it should . Please fix the glitch in the game that doesnt let your winnings deposit in our PayPal account.
Love love the game. Have a problem though. We get on top and the game wont load anymore. We can play the daily game but no other. Im left out of the tournaments. Miss playing. The only thing we can do is start over. Any suggestions ?
We love this game but we are in the 3000 and dont know how to get cash out. We received about $3.00 on PayPal but that was a few weeks ago. Where it says cash out it says we have 0.

The last 6 or 7 times we’ve won the little bit of change that you win, it never showed up in our PayPal. There is no link to customer service on the app. Fun game; but if you say that youre going to pay the whole $0.16 you should pay it.
We sent a review earlier about the freezing of your APP. We want to add details as to who we are so you can see that we are a avid player. Our name on your APP is ponytail. With remaining time for the Gem Tournament at 12:09:45, here are our stats: current degree, top 5%, 1-XVi. Our winnings are $5.39. We are at level 3233. Our Intelligence level is 180,892. We place (3) in the Gem Tournament. From the aforementioned you can see that we have been an avid participant. Have we been frozen because we have not purchased any products advertised? We are 96, in almost excellent physical shape and extremely well endowed intellectually. We dont know where your headquarters are and whether, in fact, the words are ones in the dictionary in the United States. So our assessment of the truth of what you purport is questionable.
Today is Feb. 22, 2022. The game has not worked for 4 or 5 days now. It says its loading, but it does not. All the other apps and games on our phone work except Wordrise. Please figure out the problem. We do not want to delete the game and reload. That would erase our score, our coins, and our dollars. This is a wonderfully fun game we play with our daughter. We would hate to lose it.
Dont know how this app rates a 4.5 !! Just to let you all know this app will be abandoned . They wont tell you because they want you to keep watching ads , if you can load game that is. Word is they have a new app that cant be loaded on iPhone yet. Might as well cut your losses and delete.
Never fixes fails to open and never get $ in PayPal after they say its sent, they never answer emails even after they ask you to email them. Just a runaround!!
We cannot open word rise ever. It sends messages every morning but when we try to open it does Nothing. Whats the problem?
App will not load anymore and when we get that we have made some money, it doesnt show in our email or get posted in our PayPal account. This had been going on for several months now which has made us stop playing a game we once loved.

This app is absolutely amazing! Its a great game to relax while keeping your brain working. LOVE IT. And we cant seem to put it down!!! We’ve played a few word games over the years and they are all pretty much the same and is a great pass time but THIS ONE however is different. When you pass each level and move onto higher tiers it takes you to the most beautiful places around the world like Peru, Russia, and Persia making it pleasing to eye while playing, the levels become more challenging but more fun- making it super addictive, and the icing on the cake you win some cash?! Like what?! This is a 5/5. Im HOOOOKED.
We have written a couple emails but posting here too for response. We love this game and its the ONLY one that has paid us! However, we have been getting stuck on every puzzle solved for the past 25 or so puzzles and it doesnt give us reward /or money. Im sure it is a glitch and hope it is fixed soon but we’ve missed out on several tournaments and money because of it. Please check our emails for details and advise.
We just download this app a little while ago, and we just love it coz, since we were a teen everytime we see a magasine or news paper Id go directly to the crossword puzzle page and answer it . And sometimes there is a hard word we couldnt find. And this Word Rise App thank you for making this app posible to sharpen more our mind especially of our age . And we play a lot of games and this app you never be disappointed bcoz they pay we LOVE THIS GAME REALY!!! We give this app a full star continue more to find hard word WORD RISE APP and ill be there!!!
We love that this app is fun and that Im learning at the same time. Its nice they have an option to look at the definition of the words you solve. The music and backgrounds are great touches and allow for relaxation. What a great ideagraduating levels and also making money while playing! Its awesome that you can play in tournaments and win a good chunk of money! We dont know of any app that pays out their users like this. It allow to engage in healthy competition, and winning some money never hurt.
A great word game. Its a challenging word puzzle game that keeps you engaged and thinking.
There are other word games out there. Like this. This one is a little different with the score and other features. We will edit this review when we get further along. It appears that when you get higher in the levels there is a chance to win a prize.
We play on a tablet in non landscape mode. We can not see the star & whatever else is down there across from the star. We also can not see the intelligence icon. Dont even know where it is. We typed in Wordrise for iPad but got no response. We are thinking about deleting this game because of it. We would like this game for a tablet. Is this possible? Please and thank you.

We just started playing this game and we love it. We have played many word games for a long time, and sometimes it gets boring. But this one even though we just started we think this will be first on our list. It keeps you thinking and helps your brain thats for sure, but mostly keeps your mind off of the things that are going on in this world today. We must stop playing now because its 3:30 in the morning we must get some sleep LOL. But we will be playing in the morning with our coffee, so thank you for putting this game together because we cant wait to start again.
