We enjoy the game but we are totally perplexed at how words are excepted or rejected. Some words that we know are true words are not excepted and other words that make no sense are excepted for points. Wish we knew what the measuring tool is used for this process.
People complain way too much. This app is exactly what you need in an iMessage words game.
We all love playing this game. We play it all day, but yall should look into making it a 2-4 person game like the real scrabble game. We tried playing it in a group didnt work, words that were submitted werent there points were way off, and some of had the same letters as the other players. That would make this game ten times better if you can play with more than one player. Also sometimes when we submitted a word and the other person plays and when we go to play sometimes the last word we submitted wasnt there thats a little upsetting when youve got a three letter word worth 30-40 points or something and then its not gone along with your points.
Seriously, now that EA is deep sixing its very good Scrabble app and GO is a horribly garish replacement full of dark patterns, this is the way to go. 99 cents to remove ads is cheap; dev should charge more. Biggest missing bit: multiplayer. Add that and Ill pay extra for it too.
This is a great little app to pass the time. Our girlfriend and we play almost constantly. Its a fun competition too. Thanks.

Wild One time when we were winning, the game got deleted from both devices. Our friend had done a software update then it crashed.
You should get a significant bump in points from playing all seven letters on the first turn. We get you need to avoid copyright infringement but surely that doesnt nail you.
We play with our husband hate that it doesnt put any word from the English dictionary. Ive even looked up the word after they wouldnt let us post it to make sure it was real. Overall love it.
We cant purchase the pro version to skip ads. Ive tried everything but it only gives us the option to restore or purchase later.
Of course we don't like the ads but we understand why they are needed. We do not like how you have to go back to the game to see who won. It should tell you when you take your turn. Other than that we like the game.
Fun game! It could use a shuffle button and not zoom in when placing letters.
We love playing this… Sometimes it glitches but for the most part it's really fun.
Its Scrabble-like for messenger. Interesting that the bonus squares are randomized. One complaint: wheres the dictionary? It should especially have a pop up for all 2 letter valid words since they are different than regular Scrabble. For example we found ra is a word here but not in Scrabble.
This is s great app that us and our friends love playing however recently it's been acting up on iMessage for both people it won't send the words , then it makes us have to re do rounds , sometimes it doesn't open otherwise the app is amazing.
Whoever initiates the game, on their second turn the app will not open and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Happens to our whole family not just ourselves, please fix this.
The games pretty good but the Pro version saw a major price hike that just isnt worth it. $5 would be fair. $10 is ridiculous.
Whom ever is responsible for the dictionary really should spend more time in an actual library. This game recognizes random letters as words and actual real words it says isnt a word. Please fix.
We like the game. We play the game with our friends. There needs to be some updates on it. When we are playing the game sometimes it dont want to pull back up. The screen goes blank so we cant finish the game.
IMessage scrabble is such a good idea. We wish this version wasnt so buggy. Also has many flaws. -The dictionary is imperfect. Some words that exist we cannot play -add a scramble feature for your letters -The word swapped is misspelled when you swap letters for a turn (It says swaped) -sometimes the game crashes & you cannot continue the game. It just loads up a grey screen on both players phones when this crash happens -sometimes when you try to swap letters for a turn, it doesnt even swap the letters -add a zoom in feature! If that is possible. We know it zooms in once you place a letter but yeah. Its just finicky.
We wish there was a shuffle button so that it can scramble up the letters on the train to give you a new point of view. Also wish the board was bigger for more space & there was some kind of outline around the tiles youre currently using to let you know whats what when you put them on the board. Also think its RIDICULOUS that it cost $10/month to just have ad free?! Love this game but theres a lot that frustrates us.
Ive played enough Scrabble, Words with Friends, and this game to know what words work and which dont. There are SEVERAL words that dont work on here that we know are in their dictionary (we looked them up); and even more that work, but shouldnt. What is FL? That worked, but CUE didnt make the cut.
The board is a bit small and awkward to navigate. We have had a couple games completely freeze for both us and our opponent permanently. We could not get the game to load up which is super frustrating when youre in the middle of an intense game and both times we had to start a new game. New users are always very confused how to submit a word not realizing they have to wait for the ad, there should be some verbiage letting people know.
We love love this game but lately a white screen will just pop up and stop the game for both us and our bf so we cant continue! Very frustrating! Please fix.
Im using this to pass the time playing with our kids and on some of the games it freezes after you send it and it stays blank and u have to start a new game a lil annoying.
We were so close to winning and the screen went white for both of us and we couldnt play the game. Had to start a new one. So sad. Also the adds should have a clear timer on them.
Our sister & we play all the time. She plays words that dont exist, Ive googled and cant even find, so we feel like its kind of not right in what it accepts & doesnt accept. It would not take some words we know are legit like zen, but it will take something weird like bxk.
We lost but still had one tile left which would have given us the win. Everything else is fine, cant really complain.
We really like games on imessage (as opposed to separate apps) and our bf and we are kind of addicted to scrabble, so this is great for that. But its super buggy. At least a few times during a game we will lose letters and then have to replay the turn to fix it (not sure how to explain properly, it is a weird bug).
This is a fun little game. We do wish it had some of the functionality of the other Scrabble-like games, such as a dictionary (especially for 2 letter words), a more refined zoom in/out option, and maybe a word strength gauge. We know its a free app, but one can hope.
Why does it not let us shuffle on iMessage? Very annoying.
It's coo, somthing to pass time, hate that it freezes sometimes an have to replay our same word, an they except some of the craziness words an abbreviations!!! It ok tho.
We enjoy the game! Although we do not understand why the letters are so big, and the board is very small! When you move the letters from your tray to the board there twice the size of the board, and you have to search to find your letter to try and get it in the right spot. How about designing the board so it gets larger and the letters from your train get smaller.
We used to play this with our mom all the time and we occasionally had issues but now its completely not opening or giving a gray pop up screen. Just a really bad app now, not sure how it got worse.
We dont understand why it doesnt recognize and accept so many words standard with Scrabble. Like QI. But it accepts NP?!? WTH.

Unfortunately, the newest iOS update killed this app and it crashes after the first move. It also had a strange dictionary full of non-scrabble-legal words.
The game was good but we can only open new games instead of continuing our old one.. The update to the IOS doesnt have the same options to delete the app so we can re download.
Had fun playing but whatever update they did causes it to crash 90% of the time we try to open it. Very frustrating and makes it unusable.
The app is not working. When we make a move and it goes to the next person, it hangs. The other person cant make a move. Please fix.

Love the game itself, the app constantly freezes though and now we cant even delete it.
This game does not accept words that are commonly used in scrabble but it accepts some other words that are rarely used. Recalibrate this dictionary.
We were enjoying playing this with our bf while we are social distancing, but we hate to find several words as not acceptable like Qi Please fix this or give us our 99cents back.
No clear way to upgrade to pro once you have already loaded the free version. Looks like would be fun but cant get free version to work as have to click thru about 8-10 ad screens..,.
This is so ridiculous to have a word incorrect on a word game. Also the dictionary is highly inaccurate and the letters are really big for a really small board. A great addition to iMessage games but definitely needs some work.
