How do we get answers to questions about the app and some of the user control options.
Graphics are nice, but on the iPhone they put the slider too close to the Home bar and it messes with your shot. Also, you cant log in half the time.
Ive been playing this game since 2019. It was great until a few days ago. Our ranking was erased and now the play isnt working like it used to. When you draw the cue back, its very glitchy and moves the entire screen.
You need to remove chalk requirement for other cities. Your goal should be more people playing this game to earn more from mass ad views than less people playing the game with less ad view. Trust us if you simply remove chalk requirement you will be more popular and making more MONEY.
We don't understand the button Follow/Stop to do what What're their feature.
We think Im becoming a much better 3 cushion player because of this game (as an American dabbler). Thanks! Some requests: could it include straight rail (zero cushion or jeu libre) and one cushion (cushion caroms)?! Please please please! We would love to help work on that…! As an aside to other comments: we think the owners arent primarily English speakers, so engagement on that level is low. Doesnt matter to us though. Thanks again.

If you know how to play 3 cushion this is a great app. Very entertaining. The 3D view may need more versatility, we generally play with top view because of it. It would also be nice to see in ghosted mode how the opponent is preparing the shot. Maybe having chat would be good. The balls response is good. Recommended. Keep improving it.
Being an enthusiastic 3 cushion player we can say this game is very realistic. Of course in real life doing more then 7 (8) rails does not exist, but overall the way the cue stick, ball spin etc works is well done. The major glitch is getting disconnected during a game and regardless of score you loose your points etc. Or many times game freezes midway through and opponent gets time out for no reason or game disappears. The comments can be a bit more detailed other then being stereo type. Lastly, how can some have names/initials and others are guests? Overal fat 4 stars. Thank you to the developer. EEG.
30 seconds for shot is not enough especialy in 3 cushion games. Why there isnt an option to extend shot clock? Even in private matches.
The ads load and even if you try to visit them all the links to the ad site are dead…click everywhere and nothing happens. A source of frustration and it sure doesnt generate any revenue. IPad Pro user.
We have difficulty understanding why immense energies and $$$ are expended on the development of an app like this and zero effort is put out to communicate with the players!? The physics of the game are excellent. However there are features that are unexplained. There are several kind of points you can accumulate. So? You can buy upgraded equipment such as cues, chalk and Balls. So? Do they do anything? Is there a way to distinguish between computer opponents and real players – and a way to choose ? There are features that effect play but arent explained. Being sent to the app for FAQ on iTunes is not helpful. There are no FAQs there. Is this lazy, arrogant or stupid? This is a good, fun App. It could be a 5 star great app with just a little customer support.
1) aiming system is so bad, needs fixing in top view. Every time we try to aim it points at our finger, so we cant see the target ball instead of being able to drag it slowly. 2) laggy. Takes too long in between shot because of the lag makes it boring.
It is annoying the amount of advertisements on this game, every time you finish a game advertising, wether you win or loose have to watch advertising to play each game, its so ridiculous, no free coin to play, ever , we enjoy playing the game but come on not even a free coin when winning? Nuts.
Why do you have high ranking players play low rank players, it doesnt happen in real play? You should be placing similar ranks in the same games. Doesnt make sense when a 380 rank player is playing a 28 rank.
We think your website has a problem , its not the first time it was happening to us so many times already . Game not over yet and your said im lose with the score 1-1 and we dont think your system know whats bank shot mean ( the white ball hit the yellow ball before its hit the bank and your call its bank shot.
