Computers can we make random cards nor numbers. Thats why when you play Keno in Las Vegas it is done by balls. The poker machines and other machines all set up with a computer chip. Some payout 2% some pay out 90%. Good luck trying to find the ones.
Cash games should have max total chips to play. Too many people with millions play low ante games and then bully the other players. Not fair to players with lower stacks.
