. . . But not all of them. We use two anagram apps. This one is easier to use, ranks words by point value in Words with Friends rather than the far less helpful word length, and lets us insert mandatory letter sequences most easily. HowEVER, it dos not list ALL the possible words but perhaps only 93% of them. Another anagram app consistently finds valuable words that this app misses. We use this app most often but we often check the other, less convenient app to find the words this one doesnt find.
We have been very happy with all.
There are a lot of new people who use apps, and its ruining the game. It would be nice if letters had same values as in Scrabble, as a lot of us older players are also Scrabble players. Thanks! PS…. The app users will also use a lot of foul language during games.
This game has really gone downhill since we started playing about 11 years ago. The ads are coming closer and closer together and they keep getting longer and longer! There are tons of annoying glitches like, we have to power off our phone to get the new goals for the day, everyday. We are one of those who cant afford to pay for the app. Im just about ready to give up and find a new app. We do appreciate the mental stimulation the game gives us and thats the only reason we have hung in there this long.
It worked fine then one day it started freezing up. We would not recommend.
We understand you want us to pay for your app, but, if you make it free at least let us use it before the pop-up takes over! We cant even get one letter on before it disappears! Then it doesnt respond when the X is touched. Very frustrating.
Used to be a good app, but with the latest update, they throw ads at you constantly. And not just short one, long stupid ones. Plus there's always an ad banner at the top of the screen. We'd advise anyone looking at to not even bother.

As you are becoming more annoying. We agree that you interrupt train of thought. Dont offer free, then you skimp down your app, and make it impossible to use. You have recently made it impossible to use your App. When opened, it immediately flips to a bunch of ads on the Safari browser. Please get this off your App, we've been using it for 9 years. You have also made.it impossible to buy your new version with an old iPad. So it appears to rme, your goal is only to advertise. Again, please stop kicking us off the app! Now, we just spent three weeks out of the US, and YOUR ADS NEVER POPPED UP, SO NOW we KNOW…. IT'S A USA THING.PLEASE STOP THIS INVASIVE INTERRUPTION,M MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TOUSE YOUR APP. We totally agree this new update is a mess… Now you have annoying music that will not turn off. Forced to watch LONG ads before opportunity to exit comes up. Ive removed this app and using another. Way too many other apps that are not insanely annoying.
We are desperately trying to find another helper. The constant pop up ads are more than annoying. If we could rate this a negative 1 star, that is what Id give it. Please take ads away.
Whatever upgrade was just done to this app has totally ruined it. You can no longer search using a ? For a blank tile. We paid for this app a number of years ago and now its awful. We want our money back… Or return to old version.
This app was mostly ok until the most recent update. Now there are unskippable full screen video ads literally every few seconds and it renders the app basically unusable. Shame. Time to delete this app. Why would anyone download this? Why would anyone use it.
We find this app very helpful with finding words for word games as well as learning the meaning of words that are new to us.
This app works well. We use it a lot.
Find all possible words given the letters that we enter. Or find all possible word combinations given a certain sequence of letters. It works well. We would rate it 5 if it didn't have so many obnoxious ads.
Easy to use. Helps with any crossword as well.
This app is a blast. Our old app used to have two- letter words like this one does but then it took them away. You could BUY them back if you wanted, but they lost our loyalty when they did that. We hope this new app doesn't do that.
Love the app but it crashes a lot.
This app is great. Many times we'll use a word and a letter can be added before or after in a spot we may not want an opponent to use. We can enter in our word with a question mark(s) before or after and we can see if other words can be formed. Plus we like the dictionary feature. We gave 4 stars because it still needs more words added to its database. Overall, it's a great app and we use it daily.
We had this app on our old iPhone. When we got a new iPhone and downloaded the app it has annoying pop up ads. And they want us to pay 3.99 to turn them off when we already had the app without ads on our old phone.
We agree with the recent posters that this was a great app. Unfortunately it no longer works with the recent updates on iOS 10. Closes immediately upon opening most of the time. Also the intrusive ads are very difficult especially since they come on in the middle of entering letters and disrupt the process. Better fix it soon or it's a definite delete.
Use to love it until the app started having way too many ads and now it crashes when we try to open it.
This is a really great app if you could use it without all the advertisements. One can hardly use the app for the advertisement popping up in interfering in the process. The functionality of the app is fantastic with the exception of all advertisements.
We understand ads but there is an excessive amount and they pop up while typing and at staggered times.
This app is ruined by occasional popup ads and there seems to be nothing that can be done about it.
Would like to be able to buy out of ads.
We understand that apps need to have ads in order to be free for us. We're perfectly okay with that. We're even okay with the new, annoying pop-up ads. What we are NOT okay with is there being no warning that an ad is about to pop up. We are sick of being in the middle of typing when an ad pops up. Or JUST starting the app, and it pops up. Or, just having cleared a pop-up, and being immediately accosted by another one. Either give us a way to pay to remove ads, or make them less unpredictable.
The advertising makes the App crash often. Please remove them.
Used to really like this app, but like others have said it now crashes immediately after opening. IOS 10.1.1 on iPhone 6.
We used to love this app to help us descramble words for WWF. Then the developer made changes and the pop-up ads became really annoying. We can live with that, but now we can't even open the app (it opens and immediately closes). Had to uninstall.
We dont mind adds if it helps pay for the service. This apps adds occur more often than any app Ive ever used to the point. Extremely annoying but worse – the app misses words that can be used.
This app is basically useless. Way too many ads and no break from ads. You cant do anything with this app due to the constant bombardment of ads. Ridiculous.
We get it, you need ads to sell & maintain your app…but, really.

Can't stand this app since it was "updated". Either shows full screen ads or kicks us off and crashes. What gives? Please fix these bugs!!! It also turns our screen to a wider orientation. Please fix ASAP.
Free app used to work well with a reasonable amount of ads. Latest update (late 2016) makes ads pop up to a virtually unusable amount, and what's worse is that it breaks the flow of using the app, loosing focus of what the user was doing (e.g. If you were entering letters, an ad pops up, and on exiting the ad users are forced to re-select letter entry mode). Basically, ridiculous. Not going to use anymore, and certainly not going to pay to "remove ads" given their approach.
This app is all ads and won't stay open. Total pile of crap.
Annoying popups + crashes continuously = bad news. This was once a terrific app…. Please fix.
App is unusable now. If we're lucky enough to get the app open without crashing, it will crash once we type a letter in. Desperately needs bug fixes.
This WAS a great app. The ads ran at the top and didn't interfere with the functionality of the app. Now the ads are popping up continuously and even closing the app. It's awful.
App constantly crashes. This coincided with the addition of advertisements.
It would be perfect if we didn't have to wait for the ads to go away. But we guess you need to have the ads to keep it going, right.
We like this app and before it played ads every 10 – 20 seconds it was great. We don't mind the occasional add, but it's getting to be too much. And if we have to sit through ads, it would be better if there were more than one.
The app opens ads that you don't tap on. It does it in the middle of you using features. No rhyme or reason.
This ap used to be amazing. But lately is has been launching advertisements and web pages we don't want. We're going to delete and find a new app.
This app launches to sites that we did not instructed to on its own when we get anywhere near the buttons for entering the letters. We think it's cheating the system by saying that it's a free app when it goes to websites instructed by the program this is reprehensible and should not be allowed we will report you to the FCC.
We absolutely love this extremely helpful app!!!!! Thank you so much!!!! It works so much faster now and doesn't "get stuck" or freeze. Continues to be very helpful.
