We had contacted help@wynnslots when we had lost our gems when transferring our data to a new device. They were nothing short of 5 star service just like their hotel. They got back to us right away and they were able to locate our gems after some information we provided. They were pure pleasure to deal with. This is by far the best slot app on the web with impeccable fun and impeccable service.
We wish you didnt have to go to the top and scroll down every time you wanted to play. Too bad you cant scroll from the game you just played and continue going down. Also, too bad there is no way save favorites. Wynn is the only online casino that doesnt have these, it would make it much easier and more fun to play. We generally leave the app because it takes to much time to find the games.
Your machines dont pay which we find very unrewarding. We wouldnt want to go to your casino because its probably as bad as this game is we would think it was a good indication and youre supposed to be able to build points and get perks. Payouts areterrible. Graphics are good; but in all the years Ive been playing the game the only way we have gained chips is by securing the free chips. We played a lot of the games on the site, and none of them have been winners.

Terrible app, made adjustments and its impossible to win on line. Im quitting this online app because they made it impossible to win. The app has so many bugs , again impossible to win on line unless you buy into their system then the slots are so tight it makes it impossible to win.
The VIP program used to be decent but now its impossible to actually earn a free room without paying 200+ dollars. They also are now charging the resort fee and taxes which they used to not charge with the rewards. We wont be playing any longer. Id rather play myVEGAS where we could actually earn real rewards.

UPDATE Sept 10,2023 – Ive Tried to give it another chance..we have bought another couple rounds of coins and it is even worse now! We guess this is the retaliation for leaving an honest review. We would even change our review if it got better we have earned the max level of points and level 5 so wynn slots has nothing to lose by keeping proven loyal members in the game and playing. This game is fun, however even buying more coins isnt going to keep you playing. On this same page are at least 50 to 100 other slot games to play. Insert unhelpful developer response here.

We used to play all the time and have spent a good amount of money on the App. We did so because the idea of obtaining free rooms and/or a free buffet made it worthwhile in our mind. Those days are now done in our opinion. Some rooms now cost over 20,000 gems per night, so at most that would be one free night. And free itself is a relative term in this context because we would need to spend around $200 to level up to the point where we could even take advantage. Moreover, when the pandemic hit, the offer to use points on the Wynn Buffet were taken away. Made sense at the time, but we believe that The Wynn saw this as an opportunity to remove this perk forever, as it has not returned even though the buffet reopened a while ago. Instead of using this App to make a few bucks and get people to come to the Wynn where they would spend a lot more, the company is now using it to simply make money and nothing else. Seems extremely shortsighted to us. We used to be on the App every day, but now we barely touch it. More importantly, our wife and we always stopped at the Wynn while in Vegas, but on our last trip we refused to do so out of principle. That will continue.
But have not been able to open app in a while. App immediately crashes when opening. Please fix bug.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Please read. Since the update about 2 years ago, you now need to spend at least $100 to reach level 3 which is the lowest level to get a free room. This app used to be great, where you could get a free room by putting your time into this app, and a few dollars. They have since completely changed the design and rewards. There is 0 value in playing this app anymore. Hope this review helps any newbies.
Used to be fun. Now youll spin an hour straight and not even get one bonus round.
Do not waste your time and lose your money on a stupid game. You will lose hundreds of dollars on nothing. A stupid game and their recent updates are very stupid. Only losses. Even the hotel reservation place through the game is very difficult to find all days available. They will give you a very, very normal room, and the view is on the parking lot, and you will pay 45 $ on every night. Before everything was good, but everything changed to bad, and even their customer service is not good.
Hardly ever win, tight slots and rewards are Expensive. Stick to myVEGAS.
Our trip to Vegas Im a big fan of Steve Wynn and Encore.
We love the Wynn , this game used to doable, not anymore, do the math, takes a year and money to get any rooms we will stay at the Palazzo.
When we first downloaded the game, we were able to redeem our gems for 2 free nights. Shortly after that they changed the rules, so in order for us to get free nights we had to essentially pay to increase you vip status to level 2 or devote our entire day to the game to get to level 2 to spend our gems on free rooms. Not even 6 months later they changed the rules again that you have to be a level 3 status or spend upto $200 to obtain level 3 status to spend your gems on rooms. Luckily we paid to be level 2 and got our free rooms days before the change in rule. Unless your willing to pay you probably wont be able to get free rooms. Plus side there are no resort fees. Update. Now if you had any won scratchers/coins in you tabs they have expiration dates of 2 weeks so you can no longer save for when you need it.
Bring back the Buffet Rewards. Stop being so cheap. And stop charging resort fees. Wynn Slots use to be amazing and worth the time. Now they are just greedy and not worth the time anymore.

Ive been playing since 2019 and spend thousands on this app. We have experienced free rooms using gems and had a great experience been staying at Wynn for 15 years!? New updates are making it more expensive to feel VIP but not worth spending hundreds of dollars over in one night. Ive already reached the cap for gems, so not worth spending anymore money. What happen to the buffet part of the rewards?! Is it ever coming back? Should offer more options besides gems like resort credit or add to Wynn rewards card benefits. Make the app worth it again.
The rewards are limited to a 25k max accumulation which is dumb. And you can only use it for rooms plus you have to pay a 45/stay resort feeworse reward app ever. At least myvegas slots does not limit accumulation, they set limits on what you can redeem in a month but let you accumulate how ever much you want. We were excited to try this slot but its disappointing. Plus the slot images and animations feel dated like they are from the 80s. They should remove the accumulation limit and add other redemption options like meals for room service or discount entertainment show tickets at the Wynn.
We cant say enough great things about this game. New machines come out all the time, the games are fun and the bonuses and play are exactly like the casino. If you really want to be immersed in the experience turn up the ambient sound in settings and listen in on people playing and winning in the casino ! The pandemic is over and things are back to normal. Its time to bring back the Wynn Buffet back to the Redeem Rewards, and reduce the Level 1 VIP points to 2000. Ever since the change and greed that Wynn Slots has made. A lot of people stop playing this app. Make things better by changing it back to what it was before if you want people to use this app. Or else its not worth the time.

We are really impressed with the support team for this app, we had an issue and contacted them, they responded in a timely manner and our problem was resolved in under an hour. In our experience this kind of response is very rare, and extremely appreciated.
It use to be you could actually get free stays but they continue to increase the nightly points needed. They also took away the free buffets and reduced the number of days that you can choose from to stay each month. They got too greedy.
Bought hyper bonus 10x game, but rewarded only 1x payout. The customer service quick reply with no discrepancy and denied the 10x payout. It is 10x disappointed.
Terrible game. Rarely win when playing high stakes. There are much better options for slot games. Rewards take forever to build up. We finally chose to just remove the app all together.
Theres no way to increase VIP level free even if you play obsessively and let the game consume your whole day. Obviously programmed to prevent you from going to the next VIP level. Recently, the bar to entry in the game is very high. They have changed their game to where it is constant sequences, so it is very hard to gain substantial in-game currency and in turn, gain gems for discounted rooms. It is all in an attempt to make people lose their in-game currency and spend more real money. That defeats the whole purpose of this app. If you arent extremely careful, you will end up spending more than the price of a room that you can find online.
Somehow this app has gotten worse than it already was. It truly is a worthless game where the only actual way to keep spinning is to spend real $$. These ridiculous sequences that are the only challenges through the day are the only things they do now. Its no fun and is only targeted at those with $$ already built up, or those who want to pay $$. The developers should be ashamed, as the game is a complete joke now. Theyll just say that there are opportunities to win free money, but it doesnt add up in the long run and the only way to win more is to pay real $$.
The game is fun, but it seems impossible to be able to earn rewards unless you pay to upgrade levels. We have been playing for over 6 months and cant even pass level 1 and you need a minimum level 3 to be able to use rewards for a room, so we have all these points and cant redeem them. Not worth it, we deleted the app.

When you are invited to Invitational tournaments, beware. By clicking "agree" to terms and condition, you automatically give the app access to your "files and folders" under privacy for iPhone users. We check this folder all the time, and low and behold, we found the Wynn app listed under apps that have accessed this info. We immediately turned it off, which removed their access. Why did they do this? They had no right! So this tournament that gives out tawdry hard to get prizes is just a lure to access data on your phone. Looking forward to app developers response.
We kept purchasing upgrades to get our vip status up and they kept giving us the run around saying their system said something different their skimming and liars.
Utterly pointless to play this slots game, youll have to spend hundreds of dollars to actively play the slots feature. You can maybe get a million coins a day for free which doesnt last long. The odds of getting a jackpot or even your money back on the slots is very very low. Not to mention if you have any hope of playing for a compd room. Youre better off just paying for it yourself, youll spend more money buying chips than it costs to book a room. We think the cheapest rate is like 3500-7500+ rewards tokens for 1 compd night. Could take you 2-3 years of constantly playing for free to just get a room. Maybe $4-500 if you pay for chips. The rate at which you gain rewards points is just way too slow. In the myVEGAS suite of apps you can receive upwards of 5k points a day(compd rooms cost 75,000 a night.) For someone who has received multiple compd rooms under myVEGAS and has 600k+ current rewards points we would stay far away from the Wynn slots game.
