We love the game but there are no updates now.
When we first played this game we were amazed about how good it was! The pixel art is simplistic but very amazing. This game is like a survival god game which we havent seen yet due to most if not all being god games are sandbox. The game is difficult but in a good way, you have to manage all of your resources or else you will die. This and WorldBox are one of the best games too ever exist.
Pretty cool game, just finished on easy mode, not really looking to replay it on a harder level, if the game ever expand we will totally play it again. Totally worth it.
It says every time we play it- well we really cant do much but build villages it kicks us out the game almost like we gotta buy the full game or something like that. Im not sure if we gotta buy something. But all we know is there isnt any in-app purchases.
We already paid for it and it still wants us to play the demo.
This game is great only problem is food we know you can get windmills and stuff but it is like every second is one food eaten could you change it to food is eaten at certain times and certain amount.
Game is pretty good, just needs a way to replant trees and a way to detect when and where enemies come from. Many times our people are being decimated and the army is nowhere to be found. Mostly because we didnt see or know the enemy was there. Also boats would be nice.
We dont like how you have to pay money to get to a far pouint in the game.
The game is awesome and fun the only problem is you have to pay for a full version and we would rather prefer not to Becuase it just makes it less fun to have to pay just to get access to further progression.
Make it easier and more fun and repeatitive to play it been 3 years pls update.
Look we managed to fend off some wolves in the game with roughly 3 spearmen and 6 survivors,the thing is we cant continue if we have to pay 5$ just to play this.
We dont understand why it doesnt say demo in the game title or in description but the game is fun and if we didnt have to pay we would put five stars.
If it would tell you its a demo it wouldnt be a problem but we doesnt say anywhere and stops you randomly to make you pay or start over. The demo is only a few minutes of game play and is pointless to even start. WAIST OF TIME.
The game shows promise. But after maybe ten minutes of gameplay the demo ended. That amount of time wasnt enough justify buying a full version.
The wheat doesnt produce any useable food resource. Everyone starves at about 5 population and the berries just get used then they cant find anymore.
We were doing sooo well then we got a complaint we needed money why cant we have free full version we really want this money thing deleted so people can play freely because its so small and we dint wanna spend anything.
When we started the game was easy but the wolfs destroyed our base we tried a couple of times and finally killed the wolfs but out of nowhere a big dinosaur came and our civilization is dead pls make it easier this is one of the worst games you made just let us have more time and you have to give a timer to let us know when the wolfs and other things invade us and you need to say what animal is coming The dinosaur came and it was a surprise and our civilization died Im not downloading the game until you make it easier.
After surviving the initial setting up of the village and the first attack (with spearmen), the game exhibits strange behaviors, especially in not attracting new villages (even when its at 1/10, for example). Worse, still, with 3 metal mines, it stopped producing at 18/700 and didnt produce any more (even after a reload) so that we could not make any knights, advance the age, Really poor coding.
The villagers run off and do nothing, you can't assign different tasks, they can't fight. So getting the resources is so annoying, defending is soo annoying, the villagers literally have mental disabilities.. ALL OF THEM. Could've been a fun game, if some extra thoughts and efforts went into its mechanics.
Our problem is we had 15 pop 7 soldiers 1 wolf attack took out whole pop until had 2 left they died of starvation, so tried again got roughly 15 pop around 7-9 soldiers 3 wolves attacked killed everyone and the guards like nothing just one wolf killed 3 guards alone another wolf killed population and third was doing the same so impossible to play cuz when tutorial says build weapons did not say how so we built a barracks after looking for Blackssmith when Barracks was built it said now recruit soldiers or something did while they were training is were first wolf attack slaughter our population were left us with 2 like we said above. Sorry for the poor grammar typing on phone is irritating. Also managing a big population past 20 is going to be hard we suggest different management style like tropico 5.
We really liked the mechanics of the game, but after about 5 minutes, it kicks you and you have to start over again. We hope the devs fix it, so you can play the entire game instead of having to buy it. More people would play that way.
In our opinion the wolves are too hard and Im not sure if unit heal or they dont but we had a successful settlement until the second attack occurred they somehow managed to 2V7 our units five spearman and two archers which we dont understand we were in the middle of building a tower and recruiting more units but the two V seven like we understand that its hard but if your starter enemies can wipe the floor with the equivalent of a squad then you might have to look into balance.
We were starting to grow our village but our people where gone and we only have 2 men we can kill the wolves but a Dino came and killed them all and we fail please make a peaceful mode.
The gameplay is not free and we want it to be free we never seen the full gameplay we just want it to be free and Please make it free.
Its a great game and all, but the enemies, not just wolves, are destroying everything. It would be nice if there was a peaceful mode so players who just want to build, can do that. So in your next update, please add a peaceful mode.
Please make the full version free this game looks fun.
We wrote another review before this one talking about how we couldnt place stuff, just found out how to, so overall, great game! Oh but we dont know and cant find what bushes are, there is only grass, sand, water, and trees, no bushes in sight, and our villagers keep starving to death and we cant put people on a diet.
You should add a sandbox mode make attacks less frequent.
So we were playing the game and having fun and then to wolves destroyed our village when we just started up we didnt have a military please fix it.
This game is perfect for masochists. A quick disclaimer: you will only ever progress about 10 minutes into the game. Just as you start building up, a single wooly mammoth will decimate your entire population. Look away for 5 seconds, and two wolves will somehow kill all 5 of your spear men while you werent watching. Often times, you wont even be able to place down buildings, for no discernible reason. We got plenty of resources, space, and its built close enough to other buildings, but it just. Wont. Place. So you restart your game again, only to be wiped out and have to start again. And again.
The wolves part is easily avoidable by quickly building a barracks. Making many lancers and about 2 archers is a great strategy and the wolves will be easily avoided. But when you get into the part with 2 dinosaurs you better have at least 10 lancers and probs 3-4 archers ready at hand. The game is challenging but its because you need to take a different approach to each time you get attacked or else you will make the same mistake over and over. 10/10 demo would replay many times over and over to try different outcomes to the randomly generated islands. Btw we made this review on the toilet.
Best mobile colony game ever, and for the people that cant get past the wolves just use all your people for troops. Highly recommend, this game is underrated.
Okay first off everyones complaining about the wolves, you need to collect stone from the mountain and make a barracks. The wolves are honestly the last animal you gotta worry about. But Im not a fan of the game ending after 5 minutes and sending us to their kickstarter. We get you need funding. But it feels forced. Graphics are similar to WorldBox and we love this idea because its like youre controlling the nation instead of just playing god. Hopefully Ill be able to play for more then 5 minutes soon.
This would be a good game if we could actually get past them wolves even when you find a way to train an army of like two before those wolves arrive there is no way of progressing please man you either remove those wolves or lower there health and speed or something there a boss battle that you cant win at this point.
Please fix the issue where you cannot get past the wolves in the beginning. As soon as they show up everyone dies and there is no time to train them with weapons. Please address this issue.
Every time we make a bit of progress wolfs come and kill all our men! Would be an amazing game if the wolfs werent so overpowered.
We usually dont write reviews but… We cant see why everyone complains about the wolves? It only takes 3 spear soldiers to kill the 2 wolves. Wait to complain until multiple T-Rex or Mammoth show up after you kill the wolves. Its just part of the game and you have to learn to play. We played enough to learn from our mistakes so heres what you do and the wolves wont be an issue! -Get enough resources to build 1 small house immediately (50 wood) try to build it by berry bushes and collect the food from them every time they regrow (this will help feed soldiers and more villagers) -Now with 4 villagers get 100 wood and 100 rock (shouldnt be long with 4 villagers) -Build barracks and turn 3 villagers to spears while gathering the wood and rock to do so -build another house *if the wolves show up, you should be able to kill them with the 3 soldiers. However, if youve got it down and went fast, build a farm and then get 5 spears and 2 bows. These soldiers are all you need to fight all early enemies with ease. JUST MAKE SURE YOU KEEP FOOD UP! Its really easy after you get the hang of it but the big problem is the game shuts down after we build a bunch of houses and says the demo has ended. Then it directs us to the Kickstarter to pay money.
Wolfs have ruined every time Ive played. It asks you to build the barracks and train but by the time youve collected the materials, 2 Lone wolfs come and murder an entire village of 15-20 people… Ive tried multiple times to overcome this but its impossible and its forcing us to stop playing. Everything else is great except for farm crop placement, we can see it over our finger which is an issue.
The wolves end our village before the tutorial is even over! Please fix this.
Dude your game is so dumb there is no way past the wolves ive tried 50 times just now and now im uninstalling :(.
We absolutely hate this game because of the wolf attack we cant even play the game because the wolves always come to kill us this game would be super fun if wolves didnt kill the whole village.
