What is the War Room?
The War Room is an Alliance building which is unlocked at Alliance level 10. It enables Alliances to cast Battle Strategies. These can be used to develop and defend your Alliance or attack your enemies. Only R4 members or higher have the authority to cast a Strategy. There are three kinds of Strategies: Development, Attack and Defense. Alliance members can unlock higher level Strategies by making donations to Alliance Tech. Strategy Points will be used to release Strategies and Alliance members can make offerings to gain Strategy Points with the special item, “Battle Chart”. Thus, Battle Charts can be used to increase the Strategy Power of certain Strategies in the period before they are cast. Battle Charts can be obtained by battling Assault Outpost.
