Get stuck on some levels, try endlessly but it doesnt allow enough to match so wind up getting bored and just stop playing. Why bother if it doesnt allow some matches. On level 511 and cant pass it. So Im about to delete the game cuz theres no fun to playing it.

We have several of the Rank One games downloaded and play them all daily. Im on level 3k on one of them. We like pretty much everything about these games EXCEPT when you are awarded a new game to download as an award for moving to the next level. We would much prefer 2 more lives or more bombs. Please get rid of that award, its lame !! There also seems to be some kind of glitch in the games that causes the screen to freeze after you have won three to four games. The new game will not appear and the only way to make that happen is to reset the game by rebooting the iPad. Would love it if you guys would work on fixing that glitch.
We are currently ranked number 3 globally. Cherbie 18. We just got a new phone and we had to start all over!! It took us over 4 years to get to level 18200+. Starting over, we are now at level 69! Trying to contact developers has been impossible. We love this game and wish to get back to third place. What can we do.

Level 18. Stuck on this one, game is rigged so that you pay to complete it. Thought it was a novel idea to play ghoulish gems instead. But its now annoying and will be deleted. We play a gem and jewel game on our Android phone and Im up to level 66 with no annoying ads, and links to pay to play.
Music and design are ok but overall the game is boring.
Ive been playing the game for about a week now and its great, but why all of a sudden today does it decide to automatically buy an in app purchase? We got a message while playing thanks for your purchase and sure enough it changed us. Why? Does the app have a bug? Please refund. Unacceptable.
