We do love this game! All the animals and everything that comes with it to build a zoo is down right adorable! Its so cute and addicting! Which is what the makers of the game counted on to snag you! Everything at first is not to bad. But the longer you play the more expensive this game gets! And we do mean expensive. They want you to chuck out 20-30$ pretty much daily and if you dont its hard to play the game. They say if but you can earn the Coins free! No you can not! You have to scroll three hrs of crap to find a few free coins. Threw adds to add to your email or you have to purchase things which you might as well have just bought the coins for 30$! It gets on our nerves because if this was a game for boys it would be free! But because its a girly game nice and pink and has unicorns and cute animals its the Pink Tax bull crap! Just cos its for girls you think you can keep adding more money on top of more money. Every level you pay more and more! Its absurd! Why? Most games when you go higher things get cheaper not more expensive! Well we’ve had enough and Im spreading the truth! This game is crap and is robbing people blind! Do not let your kids get ahold of this because before you know it 100$ will be out of your bank in a week!
It was a great game at first, we’ve had this game on our phone for a couple years and we’ve reached level 30. And its really addicting the only thing we dont like about the game is that the expansions get sooo expensive! Right now to expand itll cost 978 coins! Thats ridiculous. We’ve used up all our space, our storage is full, and our lab is full, we’ve bought coins a couple times but at this point its not even worth buying more because the price is just completely ridiculous. Im deleting the game now since we can no longer enjoy playing it.
This game crashes and/or freezes every couple seconds. It happens on iPad, android tablet, android phones.. Doesnt seem to matter. CRASH!
Okay, the game is fun. Its interactive, its got a lot going on and even if you dont want to spend any money you can have a good time in the game. However…. The cost of things in the game, is rather high compared to other games we’ve played. We’ve played similar games where event tickets are 5.00 for the same amount of prizes you get for 20.00 tickets in this game. So its pricy. And the cost of land rises very quickly sos your zoo expansion slows very quickly. Still, it can be a fun and enjoyable game even with no money spent if you just want something quiet to enjoy. Its always got something going on, an event or a project to work on. So you wont get bored. Just know things slow down quickly and be ready. Id recommend it except that, lately it seems we are bumped off the game every time we try and log in. We cannot visit another zoo without the game crashing. We cannot even go from one end of our own zoo to he other without the game crashing. None of our other games have this problem at all. And we have heard from numerous other players they are also experiencing the exact same problem. This is very frustrating. When you cannot even visit your own zoo to check on your own kiosks, the game cannot even be played anymore. So until this problem is addressed we cannot recommend the game.

THIS IS SUCH A WONDERFUL GAME. We really enjoy the very nice graphics, (that barely any other games have.) and just the concept of the game! First of all, let us tell you this game is so addicting. And we’ve been playing for a while now and we still like it! Just one problem we have been checking some of the previous reviews for this game and we completely agree with you all! Towards level nine coins start getting REALLY hard to get! And its just so frustrating and upsetting we like a challenge, dont get us wrong! But five coins per level? Thats getting a little ridiculous! Other than that little rant and rave this game is so good, try it if you havent already! PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ABOUT ADJUSTING THE GAME. We loved this game we played it all the time until we got our first exotics well we already had the unicorn but just when we got the exotics we went back to play and the screen FROZE and we got really mad it was our favorite game so can you help us on how to fix it.

Since updating your app, we have experienced crashes and we a very new iPad. Wondering if this game is no longer compatible with apple ipads.
We started playing this game about a week ago and we have really enjoyed playing it, but there are a couple things we hope can change. The first one is with the lab. We love doing the animal experiments and seeing what new kind of animal gets created, but the time it takes for some to get done is a bit much. We can handle an hour, maybe two, but when it takes 10 hours, its too long. Our other issue is with the pearls. We dont mind using coins to water the shell to get them, but the amount of time it takes just to get a few pearls and then having to use them to get decorations and what not gets frustrating. We personally think it would be easier to have to use coins to get regular stuff, like a bench or a bush and use the pearls for just the elite items, or at least cut down the amount of time it takes to get them. Overall this is a great game.
We would give this game 5 stars if it didnt crash so much. If you stay in your own zoo, it does fine. When you need to visit your friends or go to the island with Zoey it continually crashes. We have done as the help recommended, but it still is not fixed, very frustrating. Otherwise great and fun game.
Ok so this game is sooo addicting we even got our whole family hooked we play everyday and we love getting on and seeing what animal we’ve made.

We love this game, one of our favorite games, but after you unlock the aquarium after level 32 you dont really have anything to look forward to unlocking besides kiosks. Also cant progress or have a lot of fun if you dont spend any money.
Takes for ever to get a new plot of land a bit later in the game and you can complete the second island that you fly to very fast so we think they need to add more things to do on the second island and make everything that needs coins a bit cheaper.
The game is crashing far too much. When you watch an ad, when you visit a friend, complete a task. Its crashing so much now that it’s impossible to play.
We dont know is it a glitch but why is it 1000 zoo coins to get the juice emporium we mean come on! Please change it how did it went to 80 to 1000!? As free to play it is really hard to play because 750 just to upgrade the Cotten candy thing to level to come on its good and all just please make it easy for free to play player!
Please make it not as hard as it is if it is fix we will give you five stars.
We would love to give this game 5s, but we cant. Its fun & im enjoying most of it, but the constant crashing is taking away from the fun! Aside from the random crashing, crashes while watching videos for various rewards. PLEASE fix this! UPDATE: we adjusted the quality setting in game & played for a bit & didnt crash. Im going to play for a few days & see how it goes. If no crashed will update again. UPDATE: The game was doing quite well, so we were getting ready to change our star rating, but the past few days its been crashing so frequently again, especially when trying to watch videos for rewards. We end up losing our reward because the video crashed & we had to restart the game. Im loving the game, but the inconsistency with the videos is causing us to second guess continuing to play UPDATE: we were helped in game with some suggestions. We’ve tried those suggestions & so far ( 4 days later), the crashing has stopped. We will continue to play & note any further crashes. Other than the crashes this game has been fun! The only other thing we might suggest is the speed at which we can earn coins & event rewards. UPDATE: Since October, 2020 we’ve had issues with the videos. The ones that play sideways do not give rewards, rather it acts like you watched the video, takes you back to the game with nothing. We’ve done everything theyve suggested to no avail. They tell us theyre working on it & we get it, but it does nothing for all the rewards we’ve lost. The advice to stop watching this kind of ad is not helpful. We do not have the luxury or choosing what ads we watch. The compensation, while nice, didnt add up to even half of the rewards we have lost. Such a shame. We love this game, but not worth the frustration. Hope they eventually fix this video issue.

We loved this game in the beginning, we couldnt put it down but now its ridiculous. Enclosures are way to expensive and it takes days to create a new animal. Come on, make it fun again!!!!!!!!!
This game is our favorite game to play. You dont have to put money in this game to have cool things or upgrade. The challenges are easy and fun! This game all around is a good game and its fun! Definitely well worth your time!
Thought itd be kinda stupid but we absolutely love this game. We spend money on it weekly even we enjoy it so much. Last 4 days we have not been able to log on. It will not update and keeps crashing. Very disappointed.
We love this game! Maybe enough to spend a few dollars sometimes, too. But $19.99 for a zoo pass for ONE event?! You guys are out ya minds!! Could have made a buck off us, but ya had to be greedy. Stuff like that has made the game less fun now that Im at a higher level.
We cant even lie to yall we spent about a month straight every single day on this game. It is so so so much fun getting all the animals you want and decorating your zoo the way you please. But the only way you can make your zoo bigger is through tokens which are almost impossible to get after about a week. Im on level 27 and the most tokens we can get a day is about 20-25. And at this point its costs about 500 coins to buy another lot to expand your zoo which has left us stuck, not able to experiment any more animals because we have no more room and itll take us about a week and half to collect enough coins to buy ONE space. We’ve spent so much real money on this and we honestly havent even played it in about a week because theres literally nothing we can do besides collect cash from our kiosks. The developers definitely need to have more options to earn coins. We understand you have to make money off the game somehow but we are not the only one who just simply quit playing because theres no way to go forward unless we spend real money or wait a couple weeks. Not to mention the times that your guys servers are just completely down and nobody can get into the game. Fun game, do not download if ur not ready spend about 30 bucks.
We enjoy this game, but it has a glitch when going to the island. Cant get to back pack to plant anything and freezes. Hope it gets fixed soon. Will not spend money on this game until it runs better. Started playing your game in our IPad and still has same or worse glitches. Dont know how or how to get help. Any suggestions?
It keeps kicking us out we deleted all our apps and then redownloaded our favorite Games, Dragon City (must get) Monster Legends, and Minecraft! Horrible because this game doesnt make sense our kids keep throwing the cat at the guinea pig and vise versa…. THIS DESTROYED MY KIDS EDUCATION!!!

However like others said , we know you got to make money but its hard to get coins & when you do its only a few at a time plus the land expansion is hard to get bc the coin price goes up . We’ve been playing this game for about 5 months. We’ve reached the max level and can get no more challenges. Which is a big bummer. Its now taking us 5-10 days to earn enough money/coins to buy a plot of land or a habitat. Im losing interest. We wish there was more, or have taken us longer to get to where we am.

This game crashes a lot! It looked like a fun game to play but it crashes so much!
Whenever we try to open the game our game just crashes before the loading is finished, sometimes closing our ipad entirely to the lock screen. We really enjoy this game and would love to play more but until this is fixed we have to give 1 star. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the cloud bc we heard completely uninstalling will make you lose everything. Edit: Developer claims its a storage issue but we have tons of memory, maybe solve the problem instead of assuming we have no space.
Love this game. Us and our wife are super addicted to it and the two people we have showed it to are as well! We love the game our only two complaints are that we wish it didnt cost so much to expand. We’ve already spent way to much on this game and we feel like Im going to eventually quit because we have no more room. We also wish that there was a option to pick up everything you have down on your park so you could re arrange it easier. It took us 2 days to re arrange our place and we know Ill want to re arrange it again eventually and it will take even longer because Ill have more stuff. If this game had that option we would 100% give it 5 stars.

We love this game a lot but we really hope there will be easier ways to get zoo tokens or a better amount of them since it takes so long to get more land. Please take this into consideration because we feel like if there were ways to get more zoo tokens without paying or trying to complete a quest for 1 zoo token people would love the game a lot more!
So we love this game. Its a nice distraction when we have a few minutes to myself. And we just did the tea party event. Except, we had collect close to 3000 eggs, and it didnt even give us the option to cash them in before ending the event. Which is lame because it really takes time to collect enough coins to buy land. And for some reason, it stopped counting beauty points. You cant level up if you dont add the beauty points. So whats going on here? Other than those two random occurrences, we love the game. The animals are cute and the anticipation of what animal you will create once you start getting mythic animals is enjoyable. So we really hope yall read these and are able to fix whatever bug is going on here. Thanks.
Okay so, not gonna lie, in the beginning this game was addicting. Like, we could never stop being on it because we enjoyed looking at our cute animals and experimenting, along with buying different things for our zoo. However, we noticed as you continue buying land or other things, the prices for the land go up. For example, for 40 coins you can buy land. After you buy it, it goes up to like 70 something and its so hard to get a lot of coins! Dont get us wrong, Im thankful you give us opportunities to get coins but youre only giving maybe 3 or 4 at a time. And dont even get us started on time! The time for experiments to be complete is outrageous! We are poor. We dont have real money to spend on this game or any game for that matter. Can you please make this game easier for people who cant spend money? This is not a challenging game. This is suppose to be a fun, relaxing game and lately we havent been able to play because we have to wait 48 hours for an experiment to be done and hours for other stuff to be complete as well. We’ve lost interest in the game and Im thinking about deleting it. Please take into consideration what we said. Make this game easier! We understand you need to make money somehow but not everyone has money to spend on an app! Other than that big rant, it is a fun game. But only in the beginning.
